An extremely shocking and disappointing experience. I had booked an appointment for a GOURI injectable treatment weeks in advance having only an extremely limited window due to international travel. The clinic sent numerous messages to confirm 1 week out then 3 days out and the night before. Then 2 hours before the appointment they called to tell me they never had the product and offered me an alternative. It is unclear to me why they would lie in the first place but shows a total disrespect and insult to people’s time and intelligence

I had the most wonderful experience at the Al Birra clinic. I tried for the first time Exosome treatment on my neck and even the first treatment my skin feels much better to the touch. I would like as well to say that the nurses and specially the doctor administrating Exosomes had a very light hand/gentle touch and I felt no pain.

I went for a removal eyebrow tatto first time to visit this clinic , Dr sadia (not sure how to spell her name ) she was helpful , was with me from the begining from numbing cream to end of the procedure. the Dr was so polite and helpful and receptionist super friendly. eyebrow tatto removal price was so so so good! i cant tell about the results yet cuz its been two days but once i see the results, def i would come back again for jt.

6 MONTHS REVIEW:Ive been a client at Al Biraa Clinic for the past six months, and I’ve been very pleased with my experience. I had a custom package specifically tailored to my needs by the staff. The clinics atmosphere is both welcoming and calming, making each visit a pleasant experience. Valet is available at the door.The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, approachable, and helpful, always ensuring I feel comfortable and well-informed about my treatments.Over the past six months, I have undergone several treatments including laser body hair removal, skin brightening laser treatment, scar removal via laser and micro-needling, sensitive area brightening laser treatments, HIFU, mesotherapy, hair plasma (PRP), skin boosters, stamping, Botox on the forehead, sweat reduction via radiofrequency, and various facial treatments. Each procedure was conducted with utmost care and precision, and the results have been truly remarkable.I requested a customized package that included all these treatments, and I was very happy with the price for the number of treatments I received. I felt it was affordable and provided excellent value for the results achieved.Dr Tamim was my primary doctor who has treated, guided, and overlooked my progression throughout the process. I have just competed tattoo removal on two tattoos with Dr Cruz, and I can’t recommend him and Al Biraa Clinic enough! Dr Cruz explains everything very well, and tells you what to expect during and after every session. I’ve seen my tattoos fade bit by bit, and now they’ve completely disappeared! He has done an amazing job, and I would trust him with any treatment. Al Biraa Clinic itself has excellent communication and very friendly/helpful staff.

I started a laser tattoo removal 1 month ago, and so far I like my experience. I checked several clinics and this appeared to be an optimal solution - good laser and the price is not as crazy as other places. I believe that the doctor is competent and knows what he is doing. After the first session didn’t have any blistering, burn or complications. The nurses are friendly and responsive, too.

I had picosure done for my pigmentation and i heard its a bit pricey but its very reasonable because of the quality of the services. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this clinic to others. Thank you so much Albiraa. 😍

I did 3 sessions of PRP hair treatment in al biraa clinic and am amazed with the results. They did their best to make it painless and the therapist are professional but also very considerate they keep asking you during treatment if there is anything bothering or painful and like the fact that they follow up very next day if all is good. I noticed a significant improvement in my hairs thickness and overall health. My hair feels stronger and looks fuller. I highly recommend.

I’ve been coming for the past 3 months to Al bira and I’ve tried sooooo many clinics before. No one is nearly as professional or careful or good as al bira, I did chemical peel, MRF, laser and Sculptra. I keep coming back and I even brought all my sisters with me. I highly highly recommend them because of their care and honesty. And their prices are very reasonable for the special treatment and care I get.

I arrived on time at 4:00 pm for body laser. They made me wait for 1 hour and that is the worse time management i ever experienced. They told me they are preparing the machine and needs 5 minutes only which was only excuse.The disappointing thing is that they called on someone who arrived after me and kept me waiting for 1 hour. There is no respect to customer’s time and commitment. Also, the manager was not in the clinic to address the issue and resolve. This is bad experience for me with lack of credibility and management. I do not recommend this clinic based on the above experience.

I had a wonderful experience the place is so clean, the ladies are very kind and helpful. They are not pushy, they dont oversell you. I got botox with Dr. Cruz a Plastic Surgeon, who knew exactly how to handle my forehead because I dont like my eyebrows to drop. He did a great job my eyelids did not fall, the doctor was fantastic. I really recommend it. The prices are reasonable and it is a very relaxed place to be treated.

I get hair laser removal sessions at this clinic monthly and aside from the great and professional service, the staff is what gets me through the sometimes painful sessions. The staff is very comforting, sociable, easygoing and simply sweet. They even play good music throughout the session which is always great!The only thing that sort of stopped me from giving 5 stars is the SLIGHTLY pricey prices (heh), however Id say that for laser treatments, most clinics offer similar prices so all in all a very decent clinic. No complaints thus far, hopefully none to come. Highly recommend!

I did 6 sessions eyebrow tatoo lazer removal and I can’t see any improvement with doctor Cruez. After I did the 5 sessions, he told me I still need 3 more sessions And it will be totally removed . I purchased 3 more sessions and my tatoo turned into green. After I did the purchase , he told me that my tatoo is not going to work anymore and that I need to do pico lazer. They didn’t returned the money that I have paid. I had pain and swelling for nothing. I also paid extra money to get injected so I don’t get hurt during the treatment. I don’t recommend it at all. No support and no compensation at all.

Worst experience ever, my Girlfriend went to get her tattoo removed there after 3 sessions the only thing she got is micro-burns and permanent scar over the tattoo area, we spoke to the doctor and we requested to speak with one of the manager but managers are never available we have been waiting for a callback for a week now and we never we call no managers available. We decided to contact the authorities to sort this situation since no one in this clinic care about the damage they did about.

Bad clinic. I have a gift voucher worth 3,500 UAE dirhams. I went to them and they told me that we cannot do all the services written on the voucher for you. You can only do skin cleaning, laser and HIFU. When I chose one of these services, they refused to do it for me and told me to take another appointment and made me leave even though I came from a long distance.

Why does the front office agent have a tough time just replying to a simple WhatsApp query . The response was would you like to book a free consultation? Wasted my time

I know Dr Raslan the chiropractor at a Albiraa clinic. I came to see him 12 years ago for my disc issues in the neck. back then he saved me from going to surgery. 10 years ago I left UAE and now I live in Sweden. Last week after doing a wrong move at the gym I started to have severe low back pain that won’t go by pain killers. I visited two doctors in Sweden but the pain didn’t go so I contacted Dr Raslan and decided to come to dubai for two weeks to be treated by him just after the second session I already felt the pain has reduced 70%. Dr Raslan is exceptional he has medical and chiropractic degrees that makes his treatment is different from any other chiropractor. I highly recommend him

My experience is great with Dr. Raslan, he is a chiropractor, after various experiences with different doctors that lasted for 6 years ago. I was going to have surgery, but with Dr. Raslan, I finally got cured. I advise any patient with disc, migraine, or any back and nerve problems to go to Dr. Raslan, as he is a genius in his field.

I used this clinic to take Acupuncture & Hijama treatment from Dr.Sam. She is very kind and knowledgeable person and her approach is unique and identifies the problem quickly. She fixed all my chronic problems like migrane headache, anxiety, Bloating, etc... She treats as a whole person and not a specific diseases. Now I am free from migrane headache that haunted me since 15yrs.I strongly recommend Dr.Sam for Acupuncture treatment

I when to see as a last resort Dr Raslan, after being diagnose with a trap never on my neck, and the pain was constant running down from my elbow to my wrist. I saw 3 neurosurgeons who all agreed that my only solutions was surgery. Dr Raslan promised that after the 5th visit I will feel better , I did! And continue till the paralyzing pain stopped. 4 yrs on and I have not done surgery , and have a monthly visit with Dr Raslan. An Angel in disguise for me .

Dont go here for tattoo removal. Went for three sessions and not a single change. And when someone called me from the clinic to check up on me and I told her my results all she could say was “sorry maybe you need a different laser “. This for me is unacceptable as if the treatment you say you provide didn’t work then you should be giving either extra treatment or some kind of financial reimbursement for a service you say you provide that clearly dosnt work. The two stars are for the friendly nurse who assisted with the treatment process other than that I would have giving none

I’ve seen the chiropractor Dr. Raslan, I had neck and severe back pain, Dr. Raslan told me he needs to see me for two months every single day, but since that’s impossible because of the weekend he wants to see me for two months and a half 5 days a week and I have to pay 33,000 dirhams upfront. I decided to take other doctors opinions I went to two different doctors and they all said that I have to do a maximum of 10 physiotherapy treatments and I’ll be back to normal! Basically Dr Raslan is taking medicine as a business!
