I recently visited Al Das clinic seeking holistic treatment for my endometriosis, after being recommended by my gynecologist. Unfortunately, my experience with the holistic doctor was not what I had hoped for.From the start, I was introduced to a treatment called bioresonance without any explanation of what it was or how it could help my condition. After undergoing a lengthy and expensive bioresonance test, the doctor diagnosed me with emotional issues and a blocked chakra, which seemed unrelated to my endometriosis.I was then offered a discounted package for additional bioresonence sessions and a diet plan with a longevity dietitian. The entire experience felt very commercial and didnt address my concerns about endometriosis at all. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated, having spent $300 on a consultation that was not covered by insurance.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the services of Al Das clinic or the holistic doctor who treated me. I hope that other patients seeking holistic treatment for their medical conditions will find a more supportive and effective approach elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience at Al Das Medical Clinic. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, making the visit stressful and unpleasant. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a smooth and respectful healthcare experience.

I visited Dr. Tod at Al Das Medical Clinic due to severe shoulder and arm pain, resembling symptoms of a frozen shoulder. Despite previous consultations with an orthopedic, chiropractor, and physiotherapist elsewhere, my pain persisted. Unlike others, Dr. Tod takes a comprehensive approach, beginning with scans of the neck and spine to pinpoint the issue. He thoroughly explains his findings and initiates treatment. After just two sessions with him, I experienced significant relief and improved mobility in my shoulder and arm. His colleague, Mariam, is an exceptional physiotherapist. Together, they collaborate closely to identify and address the root cause of the problem, combining treatments effectively. Dr. Tods expertise extends to treating children as well. My 2 teenagers like to go to dr. Tod and I see already improvement in their posture. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Tod for effective and personalized care.

My experience and that of my daughter today was very good as always with Dr. Marcela Jiménez, she is an excellent doctor who explains everything to us in detail, her patient-doctor treatment is 100 and the staff are very competent people, they make everything easy.

Five stars for Doctor Marcella always meeting our expectations, she is a great Doctor, working through a wellbeing approach, very professional. But as for Al Das clinic i would give them maximum 1 star: the lady cesilia at the reception very unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming. called me for a feedback regarding a test approval, she was talking nonsense stuff and when i asked her to double check with the doctor she ends up closing the phone line!! As for the clinic they are giving only 15 minutes time per visit, which is definitely not even enough for the doctor to do half of the check up. on top of that the Doctor would be interrupted several time during the 15 minutes sessions to be informed about the customers who have reached!It is totally bad to see that happening! I used to be a loyal customer to Al Das but after all this bad experience, i would truly consider changing the clinic even though if i will be loosing the great Service of doctor Marcela!

Dr Gulben is a gem, always highly competent, professional and understanding of kids and parents. The clinic in meadows is small but in a good location. I dont rate 5 because they need to make some improvements like training the nurses who are not performing like others I saw elsewhere, or keep equipment ready and functional always, be more patient oriented giving all info needed. Overall good experience and pediatrician dr Gulben is amazing, but clinic needs to adjust something to reach the top.

My son, who is 4 years old, had some negative experiences with healthcare back in the UK. After moving to Dubai, we were fortunate to meet Dr. Snezhana Cheshelkoska. She is an exceptionally professional pediatrician. Dr. Cheshelkoska is always attentive to every detail, conducts thorough examinations, and her approach is both friendly and reassuring, which is crucial when dealing with young children. She is always willing to share her knowledge, educating parents about childrens health. I wanted to share our positive experience, hoping it might be helpful for anyone looking for a reliable specialist.

We visited for Vacination.Our 4mn old baby visit was scheduled on time with Dr. Rihham. Doctor privided us with full time without rushing for next patient and studied detailed history of baby. Staff was co-operative as even baby was crying out loud they were trying to calm her 😅. I strongly recommend Aldas Medical Clinic. Thanks

This could have been the worst hospital and experience I have ever seen in my life. We made an appointment and went there based on recommendations. However, it was a disappointment from beginning to end. Despite it being my childs first examination, they did not want to measure anything, not height or weight. I insisted and got them to measure the height and weight. Additionally, the doctors indifferent attitude and panic-inducing demeanor, along with their insistence on tests, completely put me off. We couldnt get answers to any of our questions. In my opinion, it was an incredibly bad experience. I never plan to go there again.

We love the doctors at Al Das The Palm. Always thorough and caring. What I also very much appreciate is that they collaborate with each other and come to a conclusion amongst them first before discussing with the patient. Eventually they leave space for discussion and think along different options and consequences. I cannot praise them enough. The front desk is also very helpful, accommodating and always genuinely polite ( very important!)

Facilities and staff are top level. Dr. Mehrnoosh is an excellent dentist. She is very caring and approachable, and has always treated me with the utmost consideration. She creates a great feeling of trust and I am really happy she is taking care of my teeth.

Very good experience in both Al Das Shoreline 10 and Golden Mile 2.As Gynaecologist I can strongly recommend Dr Ayse (I had both my 2 boys with her) as very professional and clear.In GM Dr Marcela as GP was great with all the family.

The doctor was not experienced enough. Her diagnosis and medication was not correct. I had to take my son to another doctor the next day. I still receive messages from Al Das and throat culture results are not out yet, it has been three days. I am asking you does it make any sense to wait for 3 days (and still counting) to give medication for a sick child!

I saw two of their doctors there DR. AYSE EKIN CLEMENTE and DR. ANDREJA SMAJILA and both could not find any diagnosis. In the end another doctor found out it was an allergy but both of those doctors made up some diagnosis and said it is because of hormones because they couldnt figure it out. All they do is tests and if the they are negative they just guess or prescribe some cremes. Money spent for absolute nothing.

Went for an evaluation with GP Dr Snezhana. She is dedicated and understanding. I really felt at home. Very nice experience and for once I feel confident about a diagnosis living here in Dubai for the past 2 yes.

Dr. Mehrnoosh was wonderful, and did a great job with my dental cleaning. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and even had a follow up visit to ensure everything was completed to standards.

I have been regularly visiting Dr Tod since he moved to Al Das Clinic and needless to say he has fixed my spinal issues every time. I have complete faith in his capabilities to address any spinal problem.Few years ago, he introduced me to Dr Aleks who is not your traditional physio. He uses a combination of physio techniques (pressure, acupuncture, suction cups, laser, etc) and brings me back to life.I feel fresh and active all over again thanks to both of them. They are magicians with their hands.Highly recommend. I would give 10 ⭐️s if I could.

Poor coordination between the reception and the medical team and total lack of empathy and customer service skills. We were left to wait for 2 hours after our appointment time slot with a feverish toddler while the doctor actually left the clinic while we were waiting. We had to raise the concern ourselves as nobody cared to inform us even though we were sitting in front of the reception staff ( with a visible distressed child). And we were left to wait more even though the alternative doctor was not seeing other patients. We left after 2 hours to seek proper medical treatment elsewhere after being treated completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

It’s very hard to come by dermatologists who are as knowledgeable and skillful as Dr Matthias Roux. Remarkably experienced, polite, ethic oriented and caring.His level of expertise, competence and gentle personality collectively make for a positive, and stress free experience that is hard to come by anywhere else in UAE.Dr Roux always gives clear and helpful information, my skin is healthier and most importantly; he’s been addressing my husband’s skin health with humanity and high level of mastery and that’s something I’d always be grateful for.I cannot recommend our dermatologist highly enough.Also, Id like to mention the excellent service, provided by the reception team, and the clinical staff; they all are always friendly, competent, attentive and welcoming.Rest assured, the high quality care you receive here is unmatched elsewhere.

We have been coming with our kids to the Pediatrician many times, with different doctors depending who was available. Every time we have been so happy with the experience! Both are kids (2,5 and 1 year old) love the 3 doctors that we have visited (Dr Riham, Dr Eunice and Dr Snezhana), and they are coming with a smile to the next appointment. Dr Eunice is just amazing, I can’t recommend her enough. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented, she explained calmly and with empathy the condition while managing to keep the little one entertained. My little one, although usually so scared of doctors, and who had 40 degré fever was sending flying kisses when saying good bye to the doctor.

Had a great session for lower back pain.. the therapy was smooth and had immediate effect.. the place is easy to access and has ample basement parking... reception and and staff checking me in were extremely courteous and helpful.. highly recommended

The clinic covers almost all specialities. I personally found my kids lifesavers like dr. Riham and dr. Marcela who gave for me a special care for my clinical needs, as well as Mr. Bahaa, an excellent Operation Manager with high customer care skills and professionalism who make us patient feel heard and comfortable like at our own home.

She is very caring, knowledgeable and responsive. Her accessible and comforting approach is the thing you need during your pregnancy & routine controls too. You can easily reach her to benefit from her detailed explanation for your questions which bothers you. I am 100% satisfied from the clinic and Ekin; I recommend her to all women at any age.

The dermatologist Dr Matthias Roux was excellent. I wasnt expecting much, went in for an ugly scar and expected him just to rant about bio oil and smoking (yeah whatever) but he gave it an injection, 2 days later I can literally hardly see it. The nurse and reception staff were also great I was shocked :-D

I had a very good experience with Dr Ayse Ekin Clemente. She is one of the best gynecologist in Dubai. I feel so lucky to know her during my pregnancy because there was covid and lockdown during my first trimester and she behaved so friendly to calm me. She is really professional, and very knowledgeable, always helpful and she explains every stage of pregnancy, what to expect, what is normal, what is not etc.. My wife went with chronic neck and back pain, as also balance and gait issues. The biggest improvement was in her mobility and walking, brought about by Dr Tod and Maram who really worked on her. Today was her last session so lets see how her body settles down to all the adjustments over the next few days and weeks

Dr.Mehrnoosh the most friendly dentist Ive ever met , I didnt feel anything but also slept while she was working on my teeth. Its been 14 years that Im looking for a professional dentist and finally I found THE ONE.

I think the doctor was new to the center and even maybe country as she didn’t know the name of available medication. It is unprofessional to have a doctor who is new to the facility and medicines, I am not blaming her, but this is for management considerations; you need to provide proper onboarding to the systems, structure and medication before she face with any patients

I had a great experience with Dr Ekin Clemente. She was very knowledgeable and explained what needs to be done in a very informative way. She examined me very carefully and explained the next steps for the assessment and treatment plan clearly, overall I am totally satisfied!

Dr Snezhana used her expertise and guidance to help my sick son. She was always on call and followed up on testing results. She is an amazing asset to Al Das.

The customer service in al das clinic is bad and does not reflect the premium prices they charge. The staff in the reception has no the slightest idea of what they are doing. I called three times within a week to get a report of an scan and nobody bothered to send it or call me back to check if I receive it, also they didn’t know what I was talking about. Nothing happened until I contacted the doctor directly which immediately took care of it. In another instance I had to do a blood test and the staff did not bother to check what kind of test and gave the wrong instructions saying I needed to fast, luckily the doctor told me that was not necessary when I booked the test. The only good thing in this center are the very qualified Doctors.

Dr Ayse Ekin Clemente is extremely knowledgeable. Explained options very thoroughly. She took the time to listen to me fully, didn’t rush me at all, and just made me feel comfortable. She is just a wonderful doctor!

Since moving to the Palm my family and I have been regularly visiting Al Das Clinic for our health check ups. The medical team at the clinic are fantastic. I highly recommend Dr Jelena, the paediatrician and Dr Matthias the dermatologist. As my son was born during the pandemic, it was extremely stressful and dangerous to travel to busy hospitals for check ups. Dr Jelena has always been supportive over the phone and quick to get back to me whenever I needed an advice or was in doubt about something. After a dermatologist I visited few months ago, who works in a very renowned hospital, suggested that I should immediately remove a suspicious mole I visited Dr Matthias for a second opinion. He told me my mole was completely harmless and that I shouldn’t worry. I still requested the excision to keep my mind at ease. Dr Matthias called me in less then one working day after the excision to share the results of biopsy which, as he suggested, showed that my mole was harmless. Waiting for biopsy results can be really nerve wrecking and those who care about receiving the right diagnostic by highly qualified doctors as well as the quick turnaround of results should def consider paying Al Das M Centre a visit.

I was twice for professional cleaning of my teeth. There are different dentists, but both are professional, accurate and very polite. I like and recommend this clinic!

I highly recommend gynecologist Dr. Ayse at Al Das Clinic. She is very professional, has a lot of experience and always helps me during the course of my pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and she always explains every stage of it, which makes me fell calm and confident about my health and the health of my baby.

I visited Dr Riham for removing granuloma of bellybutton for my 2 months old baby, and she was super gentle and meticulous while she was doing procedure. All recommendation for such a great doctor.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Dr. Mehrnoosh Dehbozorgi, this was the first dentist visit for my 3 years old daughter and thanks to Dr. Mehrnoosh my daughter enjoyed it, she had a cleaning and fluoride application and she keeps saying she want to go again to the dentist. 😁

HORRIBLE service!This has got to be the worst clinic I have ever visited. The service is down right shockingly bad. The receptionists are CLUELESS. Almost all the time I had to ask them for information, they were clueless. And then they would call me back and still wouldnt have the answer for me, it was always, Ok maam let me check and call you again. I dont know whos running the place, but you really need to train your employees asap! I am now happy I changed clinics. Other clinics have amazing trained staff, unlike Al Das Medical Clinic. Such an unprofessional setting!

My 3y old daughter got sick and kept vomiting while our stay in Dubai. As tourist I found their service very easy and efficient. Dr. Ammar was very very kind and nice to my daughter. The symptoms improved quickly by follower dr’s instruction.Payment can be done by international credit cards. Easy to keep in touch with the clinic and the dr by WhatsApp.

Dr Marcela is excellent, so caring and attentive. She is a true gem and I highly recommend her.

When it comes to an expert in hair loss laser treatment, Dr. Snezhana Cheshelkoska is really the best. She explains very well the entire procedure, and she is constantly asking how are you feeling. Al Das Medical Clinic is a great facility to have on your home doorstep on Shoreline, Palm Jumeirah.I have used the Clinic on Shoreline for a few years now, and the service is excellent!Appointments can be made 7 days a week, and I have always experienced that I am seen on time!My use of the clinic has been for General Practice, and I normally see Dr Sevdalina Velizarova, or Dr Ivica Djupovac.Both work hard to identify the problem at hand, and prescribe effective treatment, and follow-up.I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic!!

Doctor Sevdalina is one of the most amazing Internal Medicines doctor I have come across.. she is calm, patient and very comforting.. she has always been there either in person or on phone to guide me when needed..Another amazing doctor in the clinic is Dr. Snezhana Cheshelkoska, who explains the problem patiently and gives the practical solution without much medication. I have visited this clinic about 20 times. Internal and general dr. have been alright but i do not recommend the gynecologists. Lacking of professionalism, diligence and empathy. I would say they put money in front of a patient needs which is no shock in Dubai.

Al Das Medical Clinic covers it all just about and with staff who really care and want to help you. I can see the dentist, physio, chiropractic , and a medical GP all in one place....drop off my dry cleaning, visit the salon and get some grocery too. Yes, all in the same building.I have never been treated so well for just a cold or flu that gets on your chest. ..usually takes me 3 to 4 weeks to recover but with the nebulizer treatment twice a day I am recovered in less than 2 weeks ...amazing. I know their standard of care is top notch compared to treatment I have sought elsewhere.Thank you thank you thank you. ...I will be back .Update as of June 2020: I have been Dr Todd Cahill patient for over a year along with physio therapy and following Dr orders of hit the gym and do my exercise to help with my back and neck pain. I must say after one year of treatment ... The S curve in my spine is gone .. I have a straight spine now.My headaches are gone from my neck getting a natural curve back and my axis is staying put now ...I also use the Temper Pedic pillow ...heaven .Dr. Todd actually wants to help his patients that want to help themselves.I cannot thank you enough Dr and your staff for all the care you have given me to help treat and fix all my issues ... I had 2 appointments on clinic, the true is I had to wait extra for couple of minutes but the service that they provide it’s great and when the management here about my problem they call me right away to provide me better service.So they care about patients and they are happy to help you.I regret that I didn’t had any procedure with dr Lyana, she is very nice and very professional, is very good with people and very understanding.

Al Das Medical Clinic is having expertise doctors on board providing quality patient care. I and my family visiting this clinic on regular basis for relevant departments such as General Practitioner, Gynecology, Pediatric, Dermatology, ENT, General Surgeon etc.Trust me they have never disappointed with quality of service. Doctors provide personalized care to the patient along with valuable suggestion/opinion.

Dr. Ivica Djupovac was absolutely incredible. He really listened to all of my symptoms, prescribed all the tests that I needed, and went above and beyond to help me get to the root of my problem and explain how to move forward. Im very grateful to him for his attention and care.

Poor service. Unfortunately Clinic Palm Jumeirah is not picking up the phone in order to make an appointment. Tried three times Saturday April 5 9:30 am. Switched to Nakheel Clinic.You lost a loyal client.

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 2017, I have visited almost 15 or more general practitioners and endocrinologists in Dubai and NONE of them did an ultrasound or even suggested that I get my antibodies (TPO) tested, which I got to know NOW that it contributes a lot to the cause of my medical condition (hypothyroidism) and it actually can be cured!!! Thanks to Dr. Ivica Djupovac in Al Das clinic who has triggered this! now I will be able to start the right course of medication and get this issue fixed which I have been suffering with its symptoms for so long ! Thank you Dr. Ivica! I really cannot thank you enough!
