I vsiited this clinic for scar treatment, Very kind doctor and very good follow up from the staffs. The pricing is comparatively cheaper to bigger derma clinics.Pros:1. Friendly atmosphere.2. Easy to reach doctors.Cons:1.The infra and machines could be improved and be better.2. Medicines are not available online and no discount provided from their shop.

A month ago I met her ....Doctor was very nice and carefully listened to all my queries. My mom also was very satisfied with the way she explained the skin condition with common examples to help was understand better... Visited here for skin issue. The consulting Dr was very humble and listens to the problem and explains the causes and procedure that would be involved.Only issue that i faced was the token system. Very poorly executed. Not sure why they hav that system and an employee to run it. People who came later visited Dr before me.They dont have UPI payment acceptance. As any other skin clinic. The prescribed Meds / ointments are expensive. and sold onsite on MRP.

A very cosy look at this place. Really makes patients feel at home or at a 5 star hotel. Both Dr Samiullah and Dr. Fathima are so kind to patients and their treatment is excellent. Diabetic and Derma patients are treated well to their satisfaction. Great job by both of them keep it up.

Just visited few days back. The medicines were not much effective on my skin and became worse. I tried contacting the doctor with my prescription and photos. The current situation of covid 19 and my locality is covid prone and restricted. But still the doctor havent understood my concern and insisted me to visit the clinic. And later never responded back. Not satisfied. Highly disappointed.

The doctor sugggested me to apply the oilment all over the body instead of the infected area which is why im getting infection on other body places too. Its really painful and worst than before. I did tried to reach you with my situation prescription and photos but you were contionusly telling me to visit you again. I dont understand then why you have online consultation. If Im not getting any updates from your side , im gonna take some severe action. Because i dont want this to happen to anyone like me.
