This place should be closed !!Their doctors are not professional at all!! I did huge mistake by doing there under eye filler.. dr inject filler wrong .. so every month I’m having inflammation under my eyes.. DO NOT TRUST THEM YOUR BODY, FACE AND HEALTH !!! Also do not trust them as they are liars from owner to employees!! I left my EID there , so I called and they told me that it’s with them and I can come anytime and take it . When I came nobody knew nothing.. I asked to check the cctv and I was informed that it’s not working lol . I called the police but even police told that they can’t help as I left it there and this ppl from clinic didn’t confirm that they told me to come and take my EID as it’s with them !!! LiarsAlso it’s a very dirty clinic .. dirty mirrors , bad smell .. still blaming myself that I didn’t run away after seeing all this . Please be smarter then me and NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE

Today i visited the clinic and had body filler, I am extremely happy with the results and the price.The clinic was clean and the staff was very kind.Special thanks to Dr.Aida, I didnt have pain and she was checking me if i am good the whole time.I will come back for other treatments and would deffinetly recomend to everyone.

Very very bad service, they not refunding money they are lying!! The machine they using it’s not original. You paying for services an advance and you don’t want to use them, they are not refunding the money. Because they do know how bad service is, never ever go there! Better find clinic who is responsible, they don’t care about customer service! Even no towels. Waist of money and time.

It was good before new management.They require only cash one, their card machine always shows same error, which is suspicious.I made an appointment recently and have been waiting for 1,5 hour!!Russian doctor was extremely late and didnt even apologize or acknowledge that she made people wait. She had time to put on her make up and flashy outfit, but was late for her job!After waiting, so called doctor said that cosmetologist can do this procedure. Why I was waiting for 1,5 hour??And cosmetologist was super nice person, but she was obviously lacking knowledge or experience in the procedure. My procedure was nothing close to what I done before.Why would they fire their old experienced staff??

I often go to Alex Care clinic for my beauty treatments. The girls are very welcoming super friendly team and the range of treatments for the price are incredible. Always offering lots of deals to keep me coming back.

THE WORST CLINIC IN DUBAI. I don’t know how the authorities are not taking actions against such places.Dirty, unprofessional staff, u never can reach them, no ability to schedule appointments or obtain any information. New staff members every week, frequent rotation of “doctors”(if u can name it like that). I couldn’t finish my sessions with them due to lack of communication and unprofessionalism, they don’t even follow up with u if u leave the clinic unsatisfied or faced an issue. JUST HORRIBLE! Such places should not exist in Dubai.

They are having new management now, which is very good me and my friend did prp,lemon bottle, hifu,sculptra and fillers botox with Dr naeem all went well,offers are very good and there staff is polite especially there receptionist name Haleema. All products and machines was good,highly recommended Im giving them 5 stars hope to visit again.

I strongly advise against this clinic. My wife subscribed and paid in advance for a laser treatment. After one session, they became impossible to reach. They claimed a name change and new ownership, but it’s clear they are scammers. Weve reported them to the authorities. Be cautious and dont fall for their deceit.

I left my Gentle Monster Sunglasses in the clinic few months ago and the receptionist promised that she will get it back. Apparently she said that they took the machines from the old clinic but not my sunglasses... I kept sending her a message but she is not answering. so sad coz we were loyal despite the BAD Reviews.. but with the receptionist, I want to complain to the owner.

The clinic is amazing and the dr Naheem is professional with his work. Halifax the laser therapist is so good and gentle with laser treatment…

Extremely bad service! I had appointment and spent 1,5h waiting. There can be good price discounts and offers, but on the other hand you’ll waste your time and nervous cells. Staff is new, they don’t know which promotions they have, which prices etc. Overall service is horrible

Best clinic ever! Their staff is so incredibly friendly and it is very easy to make an appointment, they always make room for me. The location is great so I can reach them easily. One thing thats impressive is that they have 0 waiting time. As soon as I arrive, they always take me in immediately. Compared to other laser places, the prices are similar however sometimes they have amazing offers which really pay off. I have been going here for 2 years now and I really dont plan on changing at all. Everything about them is 10/10 !

I want to say this clinic they will take money and not giving you invoices and after that they will say we cant do anything and if you have invoices they will tell you we have this issue and … they have also different branch with different name! All the same and sending from this branch to other branch.They are taking money and doing nothing

I booked appointment at JLT branch and waited here for 30 minutes, no one was there to do the laser treatment…. No one was there… my goodness what a non professional people they are…you just waste my time… poor poor poor service. I kept messaging and calling but no response from them. Please don’t come here to waste your money and most importantly your time

AVOID THE PLACE !You can trust all the comments : they dont answer by phone or bu WhatsApp (they see the messages), the Jumeirah branch closed because they were not compliant but they did not inform the customers !! You discover the situation by yourself one day.The other branch in JLT is a big joke : no appointments or 3 people are asked to come at the same time for 1 technician only, no proper hygiene, not enough staff, they are not on time, super bad experience.They propose attractive packages and prices but its not worth it at all !

They will steal your money! Be careful, they don’t answer call, msgs. Very rude and unprofessional.The salon does not comply with hygienic standards, they use towels from other customers. They dont have disposable sheets to use for each client. Everything is dirty, the staff do not use gloves and very unprofessional!

Worst experience with this clinic I had laser treatment during which the nurse was extremely rude instead of being gentle and I got several burns and not at all helpful, I had hydrafacial as well which was nowhere near to what I used to always have it, no cleansing no prep no actual mask theirs no steamer. Very bad experience I won’t recommend it to anyone.

Prp and face lifting treatment is amazing with dr naherm.. The receptionist halimah is accomodating

The business has shut down! I paid for a 6 month package and they have moved location and blocked customers on whats app. They sent me a receipt and then deleted it on the message. Absolute scam. I am contacting my bank to report fraud

Very bad service. They keep changing the management. U book appointment then they say we are closed due to maintenance. Once u pay, your money is gone. If there was negative rating I would have given that. Do not try them, you will loose your money.

They are back will take people money promise services and will close the office and they will never answer u.they have statement everytime new management.Dont take their servicecant understood how below comments are madethey are even not responding landline or whats appputting offers and after few days they will get another reason to close and delay servicesalex give me confidence not to buy any package not from them only but others too

Great service and discounts on various procedures. They also have the most welcoming staff that makes you feel like home! Highly recommend laser treatments & hydra facials

My lips got damaged due to random filler used they said its restylane but it was diffrent my lips is full of lumps

They are fraud.. I took 1 year membership for laser hair removal. They changed management few times, kept cancelling my appointments and now all their contacts are switched off or not being answered! They dont even deserve 1 star they should go to jail for taking peoples money and running away!

I would give it zero stars.Please don’t waste your money here, don’t get fooled. Machines are very old with a-lot of technical issues. They hire and fire employees on daily basis you’ll see doctors changing every day , you won’t find a proper management in this clinic. Don’t Visit!!

Absolute fraud. I bought one year package and 5 months in theyve closed the clinic and disappeared. The hygiene conditions were pathetic. From giving used dirty sheets to firing staff on daily basis. The service was complete garbage

I swear to God and I will put it on my account. It is a liar clinic. I went to filler for two days and it disappeared. I came back and they said there is nothing feminist. You need more filler. Pay again. I did another time and left. I found poor people in the clinic who did not pay their salaries, sitting crying. God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

My friend went to get Botox. They did the full face for 250 dirhams. I swear it didnt affect Busha. I doubt they used water instead of materials.
