I really had very bad experience, regarding Unauthorized ChargesI am very disappointment in my recent experience at your clinic. I believe it is crucial to bring these issues to your attention in order to address them and ensure that other customers are not subjected to the same unethical practices.Firstly, I would like to discuss the matter of inconsistent pricing. I have noticed that your clinic charges different prices to different customers for the same services. This lack of transparency is highly concerning and undermines the trust that customers place in your establishment. It is essential for businesses to maintain fairness and consistency in their pricing policies to avoid any potential disputes and dissatisfaction among customers.The same treatment that i had was at higher price while my sister did at half of the price!Furthermore, I recently discovered that I was charged an amount higher than what I had agreed upon without my explicit consent. When I inquired about this discrepancy, I was told that it was due to an anticipated facial treatment in the future!!!However, I must emphasize that no such agreement or discussion took place regarding any future treatments, and it is unacceptable to charge customers without their knowledge or permission.Moreover, during my visit to your clinic, I couldnt help but notice several other issues that raised concerns. The professionalism of the staff was questionable, as their knowledge and expertise seemed lacking. Additionally, the clinics facilities appeared outdated, and the equipment used seemed old and not adequately maintained or updated. It is imperative for a clinic to have modern equipment and well-trained professionals to ensure the quality and safety of the services provided.In light of these experiences, I feel compelled to advise others against visiting your clinic. I believe it is crucial for potential customers to be aware of the questionable practices, lack of professionalism, and outdated facilities at your establishment. I strongly recommend that anyone considering your clinics services take extra precautions, such as verifying the amount being charged before providing their payment information. The inconsistency in the amounts charged is highly concerning and may indicate a systemic issue that needs to be addressed urgently.I sincerely hope that you take my concerns seriously and investigate the issues I have raised.
