The best thing I have done for my face was the halo laser treatment. I have done the treatment 2 times so far. I felt and noticed my skin became tighter, and glowing, even my immediate family felt the glow after 3 days of the treatment. I used to go to this clinic regularly on a monthly basis. Just 3 years ago I stopped and I wish I stopped even sooner. The last incident I had was when I booked for a facial. During the mask part normally there is a cotton fabric placed on top of the mask and I’m supposed to let that sit for about 10-15 mins. The doctor said that she would leave the room to check on something and come back. I’m left waiting in the room for about 30 mins and the fabric with the mask, and felt like ceramic was stuck on my face. I tried calling the doctor several times and screamed. No one answered until that 30-35 minute mark. If the doctor leaves the room, a few minutes that’s fine. But even after the set time for mask removal, the doctor is not present in the room. Obviously, the customer would feel worried. This is no way near acceptable. This was the worst experience I had and I never came back after that. The clinic still sends a lot of advertisements and promotions on WhatsApp and I even consistently inform them that I will never come back to the clinic again.If the clinic has changed or the doctors are more trained now, then that’s great and I hope the clinic takes those complaints seriously and really makes an impact to improve customer satisfaction rather than focusing mostly on company’s branding.Good luck!
