Congratulations team Athena, for designing and delivering a wonderful experience. The facility is state of the art. Clearly, every small detail from the music to the equipment has been thought through. The staff are well trained and kind; the therapists gathered all relevant information and shared the right amount of detail. The Dermatologist (I worked with Dr. Parul) is superb. With her extensive experience, she is able to personalize her recommendations and is thorough with her diagnosis.

After one week post injections she has given me on my skin.I found out that my upper left eyebrow was sunken and dented, furthermore this my first treatment here in Dubai. I can’t imagine this is happening to me.On the contrary,The clinic are not taking responsibility, even though I tried several times asking for the Pictures they’ve taken on the day before the procedure.There’s evidence that show my entire face was clear and no injuries at all.Nevertheless, they refused to acknowledge the severity of my damage skin. Instead they insist to speak to me on the phone. I wasn’t obligated to talk to them. Because, there is no proof of conversations. So I suggested to text via what’sapp. Unfortunately, they refused too. And they insist to relate via phone call to cover they’re themselves on publicity and legal.Adding on, during the text messages the clinic nurse and Receptionist in charge HENRIETTA AND RACHEAL kept brushing me off through my conversation without answering my questions.
