I really love the staff there , HR doing very great job . Doctors are amazing, receptionist and managers team are very cool!!!I done with my veneers no one even recognized that it’s not real teeth , crown and bridge are done very well as well , never annoyed me in 3 years. BUT to make appointment with the clinic it’s really challenging me , no reply on WhatsApp , always numbers are getting changed, by call I made appointment last week and came to the clinic , I’m not in the system. Receptionist made great job and anyways I went to the doctor but honestly it’s really Annoying clinic have to highlight it 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I love the clinic and service and doctors why I have to stop coming here because to make appointment is changing and annoying?

I jusr visited Dr. Buthayna this morning (11:00am) at Be You Clinic for help with two broken veneers done by another doctor here also at Be you clinic. I can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment I arrived, her warm and friendly attitude made me feel welcome.Dr. Buthayna is very kind, and her gentle way of speaking put me at ease. She clearly explained my options, and I really appreciated her honesty. Her expertise made the whole process easy and stress-free.I highly recommend Dr. Buthayna to anyone looking for caring and professional dental care.

I had forehead Botox at this clinic, 2 weeks after the retouch, nothing had changed. The customer department said i probably didnt see results because it was an “offer” 😂😂 and that they are allowed to inject only a little bit because it’s an “offer” of course none of that was mentioned on the add.

Poor service and customer service I’ve been to many clinics before but I’ve never seen a treatment like that , i had a lip filler and they ask an amount i gave them then i need to do retouch but when i had a booking no one answered me for many days , after I’ve been calling and sending no reply and when i went they said it’s too late we can’t do retouch! my lips look normal like i didn’t do anything to them aslo room are not clean and the not professional at all for me i don’t like it

I used to do laser with Neeru .She is a nice girl who takes care of my skin and very honest because of her distinguished service. Honestly, this five-star rating is all thanks to the amazing Nurse Beenita! She did my full-body laser today, and I cant express how wonderful she is. She truly understands what her clients need and goes above and beyond to make sure were comfortable. What really stood out to me is how much she genuinely cares about her customers’ happiness – that’s her number one priority. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in her attention to detail and the way she makes you feel at ease. I’m so grateful to have had such a positive experience with her!

This clinic is a scam. They are deleting all negative reviews here in google and in their social medias. I still didn’t get my money back, it’s been a year already. They will ask you to pay first in their clinic but later on announced that the product/service is not available and cannot return the money so they will force you to book for another service instead. The experience was so frustrating and they lack professionalism. Until now, I’m finding a way how to place a legal complain against them so to help others not to fall for this trap.

Worst experience!First they are telling that I dont have any appointment even thought I have conformation for my appointment second they let me wait a long time third they do it but it is so very quick and they are not using right machine and lastly after 3 day the result is worst, it doesnt even remove the hair thats need to be removed. There was a clear lack of effort to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation.There was a great staff named Jet , they also let him go . He was the only good thing about this place .Given the considerable amount of money and time I have invested, I am extremely disappointed with the results and the overall experience at your clinic. I expected a professional service with effective results, and unfortunately, this was not delivered.I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction among your clients. I am considering reporting this to relevant regulatory bodies if no action is taken.

The most annoying clinic in Dubai. First time I asked through WhatsApp if youre gonna call me, dont call before 6 pm but they kept calling me in the afternoon and then I texted them to stop calling me its too distrusting, but they kept calling me. In the end I was called by Rami, I picked up and ask him to cease the calls and delete my number. And guess what! After 20 minutes he callwd me again and he said sorry by mistake. I received around 10 calls.

She is not confident, eventually filled my eye with Botox and made a big bump with Botox on my forehead; apart from that their call centers provides offers while clinic gets you 50% more; zero customer relationship and respect

Doctor can’t take measurement my teeth bez take time more 15 mins . My appointment allowed for 15 mins bez call center mentioned as a follow up. They left me go home without anything .

Me and a friend had been recommended this clinic for the dental services (Al Barsha branch), we checked out their Instagram account and saw they had some really amazing offers. We booked for consultation and proceeded to book our appointments.The service was great, the offer was fantastic and Im really happy with the outcome. There is however a couple of things that would make me give this clinic a 5 star review instead of 4.I saw 3 different dentists, I understand they are super busy however it would be a better client experience/journey if you are able and guaranteed to see the same dentist for both appointments. Nevertheless I had a great experience with all, from the consultation to the finished result and check up.Customer service is a working progress, I didnt find the receptionists overly helpful or friendly and they cant actually book/manage your appointment.They should post the real before and afters of peoples dental work on instagram, if I hadnt of known somebody that had visited this clinic I probably wouldnt have gone as you cant trust everything you see on Instagram. It would be nice if they did this so people can see real results! For reference my after picture is below and I love my teeth!!I would recommend this clinic to others but expect to potentially not see the same dentist each time!

I had a few laser sessions, and the treatment was very good. They send reminders for upcoming appointments, are flexible with changing appointments, and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend dealing with Beenita; she is the hair removal expert 😊.The reception staff are also very professional and helpful. And o recall dealing with a person called Hosam Elgohare from the call center team, he was also very knowledgeable and very helpful and have a very good advices in terms of available services.Sometimes in had to wait a little bit longer to wait for my turn but this is very understandable due to the nature of services they provide. It’s similar to my waiting time when I go to clinics and hospitals. So my advice to avoid any inconvenience is to keep that in mind.

Today I came and turned out the appointment for my laser session wasnt confirmed and although they were fully booked, Haya at the reception tried her best to accommodate and she was so cheerful and received my anger with smile. Guys the worst clinic I have ever tried.I did 4 laser sessions and the first 3 were good but the last one just 30% of my hair fill down and now it’s more than 15 days and this is the maximum that the skin takes to drop the hair.I called and I told them but as expected they could not careless.

Really it was amazing the experience with be you clinic al barcha branch and the staff was verry professional specialis the receptionist NABILA was verry hapfull and verry polite 😘😘😘😘😍 👌👌👌

Anwar is the best laser therapist in be you clinic, she knows and understands all skin tones and I have never had any problems. She makes me feel very comfortable in her ability and that’s why I trust her. With her I feel safe and welcoming !!

I just finished my laser session at BU Clinic, and it was a very excellent experience with Beenita. She received me with a wonderful smile and gave me advice before starting the laser, and even after completing the laser session, she helped me to choose the next date, I am very happy.

I did my veneers with BE YOU CLINIC, Al Barsha brunch and I’m very happy with the result and post care appointments, I also advised to my sister and she did same veneers in your clinic, she is like me very happy with the result. Doctors are paying attention for every detail, very caring and professional. I want to thanks girls who work at Reception too they are very polite and helpful. My laser experience today exceeded my expectations in a wonderful way! I had the honor of working with such an amazing nurse named Neeru! It was such a comfortable and painless experience. She’s very professional and makes sure that you’re comfortable at all times! I look forward to more sessions with her!! The conversation flowed naturally and she made me feel extremely comfortable during the process! As i told her she is the best nurse that has ever done my laser! She even gave me so many pointers and advice which was really helpful!

Worst experience unfortunately. I did a laser session and during the session I noticed there was no AC. After that they asked me if I would like to go to another room and I said yes and still the same problem no AC. Just a small cooler that barely reaches the body and face.

I was so glad to meet Dr Samah from the Albarsha branch. My smile now is perfect because of her work. I did the hollywood smile 6d with her and it turns out so beautiful and natural. Shes also sweet and caring to her patients. Kudos Dr Samah and Uzma ( her dental nurse ) . Thank you to all the staff from reception - and management . Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I have had 4 laser sessions so far at be you barsha clinic, every time with a different technician. Beenita was my technician today and she was super professional and attentive, I recommend her and all other technicians to be honest. The clinic also runs a lot of offers for facials, dental services, etc. they sometimes struggle with mixing up appointments but I wouldn’t say it’s a major deal.

They give you an appointment then you enter 30 mins after the time of the appointment. Prices vary I think on how you look. My advise call then ask about prices then go cause they asked for 210 instead of 150 as discussed on the phone earlier than add taxes also. Very unprofessional!

My favorite clinic that offers good and sweet things like Beenita, she is really great in her work and her treatment is very nice. I recommend this clinic, especially Beenita.

I would put no star if I can..They gave me an app at 12:30 and called many times I came before time no one on the reception for 30 min when I asked with all the other clients they replied receptionist is off.. I asked to see the doctor they said sorry dr Sara comes at 2:30 why the hell then u gave me an appointmentThey took my time and if I didn’t ask I would have been waiting hours…..

They are unorganized, they don’t have a system to record the history of the treatments, they keep changing their staff, and Neeru got a very bad attitude towards the clients.Every time I got their I find different person provide me the treatment and I will then need to state the history of my treatment with them.

I don’t recommend anyone to visit this clinic. They gonna book 5 people on same time you have to wait there more then 4 hours to finish your appointment, very bad service what matters them is only money not the customers,

Based on several visits I experienced this clinic .. i rate their service 1/5 .. just had a very bad experience today at al barsha branch by waiting for my session for around an hour .. then left without completing my session .. even when i did my teeth or previous laser sessions the waiting time was unbelievable.. i will never recommend their clinic for anyone.. 👎🏼👎🏼

I recently visited Be You Clinic for laser sessions and was pleased with the results. However, my experience took a downturn with the hydrafacial. The technician, an African lady, was notably rough, applying excessive pressure on my face. Unfortunately, this has left me with visible scars and black scabs on my previously flawless forehead. While the laser sessions were commendable, I cannot recommend the hydrafacial treatment based on my recent, disappointing encounter.
