I give the center 3 stars for hair transplantation, because I didn’t try any other services, so far the results are good but not as expected I wrote before that “ I will follow up according to the results by keeping the five stars or changing that according to the results.” Sister Asifa takes care of you and follows up on cases, appointments, and arrangements for each‏surgery.The doctors follow up the cases during the operation and observe the clients throughout their presence. All the workers in the center are calm, patient and friendly.I did 2 sessions the second one without any results, my mistake that I followed the owner advice to do my surgery for 2 sessions I think to pay more and when I did that and pay close to double cost I regretted that I trusted his words.

I recently got 6D veneers done at this clinic. Initially, I was hesitant because I had to wait over an hour at my first appointment. However, Dr. Ahmad made sure that I didn’t experience any delays at my following visits. He was incredibly responsive whenever I reached out with questions about the next steps in the process, which put me at ease. I’m thrilled with the results – my new smile looks amazing! I did 1/2 year ago hair transplant at Bella rose medical center at al mamzer branch. I have worst result. The doctor they are unprofessional. My surgery it takes only 5 hrs which is other professional clinic it takes 9 hrs to 2 days. I dont advice any one have plans to do hair transplant .pls dont go Bella rose medical center. U can see below my picture after 1/2 year with worst result.

Worse experience ever, they don’t respect appointments and you have to wait for at least one hour.I was doing three crowns and it took me almost one month to finish, I had to chase the call centre to ask when my crown will be ready.Although they have good doctors but I will never recommend it to anyone

1-They changed my wife’s dentist appointment three times and when asked they said they can put the appointment at a later date which is not the point because im coming from abu dhabi and i have a whole schedule i need to follow, changing the appointment last minute throw most of my plan in the bin. the laser removal was sub optimal

I did hair transplant in july 2023 and they mentioned result well be after 4 months and than when I visited them again after 6 month they said full results will be after 1 year and last month when I visited I couldnt find old staff and new lady doctor said u have to do re-transplantation I was really shocked bcz they had given wrong information in beginning and now they will not treat as they were treating in the begin stage, I cant recommend them bcz I m not satisfy as they promised.Thank you.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the clinic recently with my teeth as i did restoration . During my visit on ], I was not only overcharged but also left without a proper resolution to my concern. The additional charges that were imposed without any prior notice or explanation were highly unfair and unacceptable.As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty in all financial transactions. It is disappointing to encounter such unethical practices at the establishment. I called them and asked them for the price of the service and i was surprised that they overcharged me at the end of the process and they’re scammers i dont advice you to go there at all . All they do it just taking money without any explanation.

I recently visited for an appointment and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite arriving earlier than my scheduled appointment time, I was left waiting well past the appointed hour. This delay was frustrating, as I had made an effort to arrive early, expecting to be seen promptly.What made the situation worse was that the clinic took other patients who did not have appointments before those who had already scheduled appointments. This lack of organization and prioritization is very concerning. Additionally, there were only one or two nurses available to perform laser treatments, which further contributed to the delay.The only issue I had was with the timing—I dont like to wait a lot. I hope can address these issues to ensure better service for future patients.

I underwent a hair transplant a year ago followed by nine PRP treatments, but unfortunately, I did not achieve the expected results. The clinics service is subpar; although the doctor is competent, they frequently cancel or reschedule appointments without prior notice or consent. Communication via WhatsApp is also inefficient, often taking up to 12 hours to receive a response, if any. As a result of these issues, my treatment has been prolonged by over two months.

I loved the way they treated me, from the reception to the doctors and staff. I tried their laser first thing. Don’t be late while you wait a long time for your appointment. I was with Al-Nairs, Sapana. Her work is excellent and she pays attention to the smallest details of the little ones and her treatment is very kind.

Worst experience with hair transplant, i saw a offer with unlimited graft , and i thought lets go for a consultation, they made me believe that they have the best transplant surgeon, and i wont see any baldness again in my head, i was surprised when they finished my surgery within 2:30 min!! Where other clinic doing 2 day session minimum 8 hours, i was arguing with them but they said dont worry you will have full head of hair! I was helpless because i already paid, i have no idea about other treatment(for girls) but its been 1 year and im still going with bold head 🗣️.. warning dont fall for cheap price, they will damage your donor area too😭

Extremely Disappointed with Bella Rose Medical Center - Unprofessional and DisrespectfulMy wife had a series of laser hair removal sessions at this clinic, and the overall experience was deeply disappointing. The recurring issue of the staff keeping her waiting for at least half an hour before each appointment was incredibly frustrating and showed a lack of regard for her time and schedule.To make matters worse, my wife, who is not Arabic, felt disrespected and uncomfortable due to the staffs rude behavior of speaking in Arabic and making her feel excluded. It was evident that they were discussing her, and this discriminatory treatment left her feeling humiliated.Whenever my wife tried to address the delays, the staff responded dismissively, promising just five more minutes, only to continue chatting and laughing in Arabic, further adding to her frustration.Beyond the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, the most distressing aspect was the lack of satisfactory results from the laser hair removal sessions. My wife was deeply dissatisfied with the outcome, and the presence of burns on her legs is absolutely unacceptable.As a result of this negative experience, we have made the firm decision not to return to Bella Rose. I have been visiting the clinic for over a year now I did dental check ups and whitening also laser hair removal and every single time they make me wait minimum 40 minutes sometimes up to 90 minutes I never complained about anything but this time they crossed their limits. I went there for my laser session and I found out that the nurse is not coming to work that day and I haven’t been informed in advance… I live quite far from their center the receptionist apologized and told me let me accompany you to the exit I was shocked that I wasn’t even given time to understand what was going on until I was outside the clinic !! Very bad customer service experience!! I hope one day they will improve because their technicians are professional and polite every time I go!! Looks like the receptionist is there for decorating purposes only instead of calling and rescheduling appointments!!

The medical center has a good reputation because of its good staff. They are hard workers and doing their best to meet peoples medical needs. I would like to emphasize on one of the centers doctors, Doctor Ahmad Al Samman, as he has a great personality in dealing with patients. He also does the best for the patients sake regarding any medical consultancy.

This place is a mess with Untrained and unorganized staffI wanted a consultation with the dermatologist before I start my laser treatment to know what type of laser is good for me. The consolation lasted only 5 mins. She didn’t even check my skin not even a look at my body hair!!

The worst place to pamper yourself. You will not feel pampered or well taken care of at all. From the moment i stepped inside the clinic, it was a total chaos. The receptionist cant even focus on our concern and very poor time management in handling appointments. My appointment was at 7PM and I ended up having my treatment at 8:30. Apart from this, the most unacceptable thing was during the payment, they have a promo for the facial for only AED 120 plus VAT (126.50) but they deducted AED 157 (incl. VAT) which is the normal price of the treatment. What they wrote in the invoice was 120 and i asked them 3x before if the promo is still on and they confirmed but yet they deducted the normal price. I complained as soon as i noticed that they did this but their only response was that the cashier is with another customer and shes busy to speak to me and maybe she was just confused at that time!!! But lets not waste our time and energy on this. Just note that this is a bad place to relax because you will end up being stress. :)

Very unprofessional, they rarely respond via whatsapp and won’t pick up the phone either. They booked me at the wrong branch and after driving for 45 minutes the cleaner told me that the clinic doesn’t even open for another 2 hours.

I bought a laser package.The first time was OK. Today was my second session. I had to wait 5 mins at the reciptiob since there was only one receptionist. I had to wait 20 mins to enter. I got another therapist which was Egyptian. It was the worst encounter I ever had with a human being. It was absolutely unbelievable I was in total shock all throughout the session and even after I reached home. She was so mean, so rude, she asked me questions and when I answer she tells me that she already knows and looks at me with a mean face. She was clearly forced on her job on something. I didn’t even talk to her or ask her anything and she was so irritated. She doesn’t know the word gentle. I told her twice that she burned me and she said “I know, u just feel like that because I increased the power.” She holds the laser nozzle and moves it like a child, she missed a whole lot of patches. I was so shocked and when the session was over I just wanted to leave. She was so mean to me that I didn’t want to complain to authorities because I just don’t want to see her face again. I don’t care about the 3 left sessions I’m not coming back anymore. It’s been 12 hours since the sessions and the burnt areas are starting to scab.

If there is zero star I would chose it, worst management ever, is it so hard to manage your clinic and appointments?? Is it so hard to make your employees happy so they dont leave? Every time we need to do lazer with new technicians because the technicians we like and trust are leaving, please keep in mind that lazer session just like other surgeries, your clinets came back to you for the sake of trust they have with your employees, I dont recommend anyone to chose your clinic for lazer

Visited a top dental clinic for an orthodontic consultation. The orthodontist was highly knowledgeable, explaining clear aligner options in detail.

I had cupping therapy at Bella Rose Dental Clinic and felt rejuvenated afterward. The therapists are skilled and attentive.

The biggest problem is WAITING!!! Was waiting(after my appointment) for 45min to more than 1h every time! And if you take a package they tell you they can’t give you money back later if you r not nappy with results or anything! I’m arguing with them still to return my money back. Just a big NO NO !!!! Try some other center better then to go into this drama

I do not advise....This Place is Terrible terrible clinic because of the following reasons:1) Timing is bad so many times I had to wait 1 hr and 1 and half to check me in for my treatment.2) the rooms are very unhygienic, no disposable towels.3) No Coffee Station or even water to drink, even if I want to buy I cant as the location in the middle of no where.4) Reception staff dont approach the clients at all.5) No seating area most of time I had to stand till I find a place to sit, and again non of the Reception staff come and offer a solution.6) Every time I come to my session they keep asking if it is my 1st time even though on the system they can check.7) Technicians as really bad they dont put aloe vera nor a topical anesthesia.8) I went 3 session and the result wasnt satisfying. and every time there is a new person which is uncomfortable and they dont know how many session I done the treatment.9) There are better offers in 5 stars Clinics even in DHCC.

Terrible experience with regards to lateness to my appointment with the reason of wrong scheduling, the clinic was very dirty and even smelly, the ladies in the reception with revealing clothes, the technician was very rude to me to the limit that I got scared of her, the door was broken and not closing (no privacy at all). I believe they dont even have a management to monitor them, they just want to make money. Can’t be worse!

I went for Hydrafacial. They only did hydrafacial on my face for less than 5 minutes and then continued with the other facial and vitamin C. The woman who was doing it on me left bruises all over my face. When I complained about it she said don’t worry it willBe gone in a few hours. I’ve never looked like this after a hydrafacial before. I look like I’ve been beat up. I will never go here again and I don’t recommend anyone else to. Staff at the front desk are unfriendly, no one wears a mask and they don’t speak to you during the treatment.

I did prp last month. Doctor wasn’t good at all! She did prp to my hair literally in one minute and didn’t do whole much head just one small part. She was in rush all the time. She has zero patience! Easily one of the worst laser clinics in dubai!!!Terrible terrible clinicDont fall for their deals , I payed for a package so sadly Im stuck with them.They never let you in on time . The third time I came i even booked with them at opening time at 10 am just so Im sure I go in on time but imagine all the laser technicians arrived to work after 11:45!!!!!The receptionists keep using traffic as an excuse.The customer waits from 10 am and the employees arrive almost 1 and a half hour late !!Moreover, I payed 3000 for a laser package and every time I come they have a problem with the system and cant find my name. Once they asked me to pay 500 for the laser session after I was done only because they couldnt find my name in the system ????Whoever the management is , they need to get fired

Worst experience and treatment I got was thereI always go for underarm botox every 6 months consecutively and I never had any issues or complainThis time I did it at Bella Rose back on first week of December.. First visit I had a deep bruise all around the injected area on top of getting no results at all on the first visitI went back after 3 weeks which was around end of December to get it repeatedAnd guess what here is January and am sweating again as if I got water injected not a treatment

We have booked an appointment two weeks prior and showed up on time to find a chaotic scene! the waiting area is packed with customers who were told to come with complete disregard to existing schedules, many disgruntled people including ourselves left the place unserviced after two or more hours of waiting!Find a decent place who stick to their word when they say your booking is confirmed!.

Horrible experience,firstly, I went there for prp as they obviously have an unbeatable offer, I met the doctor and he advised me to combine the prp with another treatment for better results. I have paid a huge amount for that, which I was ok with as long as I’m paying for a service, however, it turned out he didn’t mix it with anything and he charged for something completely different!Ps. Please if you go make sure you ask what they’re offering and double check with the nurse who’s actually the one preparing the combination.Secondly, the second time I went I had to wait for more than 45 minutes and it’s only when I started to feel irritated that they sent me to the doctor.( And it was actually the time I realized that the previous doctor charged me for something different that I haven’t used. ) So I started asking what is it that I paid for and no one was able to answer, so here the accountant interfered to help with a solution, and we agreed to see another doctor instead and see with her what to do with the balance.I was happy to do so because I wanted to use other services. I met dr. Ibtissam, she was professional unlike any one else in the center starting from the receptionist that doesn’t wear mask at all ! I finished the treatment and I came back after two weeks for a follow up, booked my appointment at 3 arrived at 2.50 and I had to wait till 4! And the doctor still didn’t show up.It’s obviously the mistake of the receptionist taking appointments.I don’t recommend anyone to go there or use their services they’re not professional neither they are competent !Please be careful

Very bad service, I paid for PRP service 2000 AED , in the time of session unprofessional nurse, and no doctors, they pierced my vein and they took a blood from other hand , left the plasma for 40 minutes without proper storage, in the end I’m not allowed to inject, I’m asking for refund already 15days left they ignore me

I swear i have never been to any clinic or any place that offers any kind of services as bad as this clinic ! Staff with attitude i didnt even make the service i came in for because they made my wait for and hour and a half and when i went to the receptionist she said u didnt even come on time.. note that i was there on my time sharp.

I took an XRAY after 2 months from doing a filling in this center; if you share this photo with any dentist he/she will tell you that the filling in the photo is total garbageThe bottom line, going for cheap dentist for saving would make you pay as twice as you shouldve paid from the first place

Terrible customer service. Messed up appointments, always have to wait for 30 mins to 1 hour after appointments. Irresponsible receptionist and rude technicians. Horrible customer experience
