If I could give 1,000 stars, I absolutely would! I’ve had work done before in LA and NYC, but I have never experienced anything like this. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the most welcoming front desk staff. Everyone, from the check-in team to the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff, is incredible. They exude confidence in their work, and their positive energy and smiles lift you up.I was initially very scared, but they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. The level of care and service is truly luxurious – top-notch treatment! Communication was effortless because everyone spoke fluent English, and all instructions were provided in English as well. It felt more like a vacation than a hospital stay.The food was great, my room was clean and comfortable, and the aftercare was absolutely perfect. They checked on me frequently, always smiling and offering comfort. Even after I left, they kept sending messages to ensure I was okay and didn’t need anything.This isn’t an advertisement – they had no idea who I was, and I paid for everything myself. The outstanding treatment I received is something they give to everyone. I genuinely feel like a completely different person, inside and out. The team at Bellaroma are angels, and I cannot recommend this hospital enough. They elevated my Dubai experience to the next level! I already know that when I return to Dubai, I’ll be coming back here for more work. Thank you, Bellaroma, for everything!

I have had a liposuction surgery with Dr.Dawood he is the best doctor ever I’m happy with the result and Dr.Rawaad is the most beautiful soul I don’t know her personally but I used to interact with her on social media

I just hate Dr. Daoud and regret the moment I went to him. He promised me amazing results with the extremely painful threadlift he did to me. He made me pay 11k aed for literally nothing. Then he says no I see a result. He was trying to convince me by force knowing that Im very young. He doesnt even know what he has done. He said now I see a more defined jawline. He didnt even notice it was done by fillers and my face changed because I lost weight. He also tried to call me racist because I told him whatever ur religion was if you know God you wont accept this. Im just a teacher and I had to pay for all of that in installments... I really had hopes but now Im very disappointed!! Please dont EVER VISIT DR. DAOUD he just wants you to pay money. Now, I have raised a complaint and I want my money back! Will update with what happens. Ps. Before writing this review I have went to him and he told me that he will get back to me. And surely he didnt... I was the one who called again lol PLEASE DONT TRUST DR.DAOUD!!!!

Similar experience to everyone with negative review, I,m sharing my experience with my wife and hope it’ll benefit anyone who is thinking about dealing with this hospital. 5 months ago I went with my wife for liposuction and were promised a lot, but all we needed was few kg’s of fat removal. We were traveling 2days after lipo and we wanted to do it after return but they kept pushing for doing it right away and assured us you can walk out next day. This is simply misinformation as when you are released from hospital the next day you’re in too much pain and could never EVER travel even after a week. When you ask more details about the procedure they simplify it similar to their promotion on social media. This includes statements like you’ll be out next day and it’ll be local anesthetic…etc, but reality is shocking. First you pay, then on surgery day they give you loads of papers to sign stating they’re not responsible and you consent to everything they do. They used this to do general anesthetic without even asking and if you object on that day to anything they say money is unrefundable and also saying these are just formalities…etc. so forcing you to accept. After the surgery the Dr didnt showup after the surgery and until late next day after i raised several complains…beleive me they didn’t care about anything once they got your money.All above was fine till we realised that most promises are simply overpromising. After the messup in surgery we were promised to use all after surgery machines for free till we get the required results as compensation for inconvenience. Even this was over promise as when we went back they said the offer does not include Venus and you have to pay 800 per venus session.What was shocking is that the next day the dr passed he said he removed 7.5kg of fat, so we were happy and expected results to show, however after 3months doing everything they asked us to do with no result, we insisted to speak to the dr, who opened his PC to review the case and said you should have a better result and you need to go on diet and informed us that he removed 3kg in surgery!!! So is was not 7.5kg!!!!! Imagine you pay around 35k and mess up travel plns and continue your life with scares and spend weeks in pain and months in inconvenience and go through general anesthetic to discover they removed 3kg. I complained and was not offered any solution. This is how you lose a client and what really hearts is that i tried to sort matters several times, but they really dont care. This is my true, factual experience, hence please be diligent and careful

I did a liposuction with doctor Dawoud, and I wish I go back in time and never step in their center, first the doctor doesn’t explain anything about the surgery and doesn’t pay attention to what the patient wants, then after surgery he refuses to fix his mistakes. I think I will complain to the health authority. Don’t let them fool you with these fake reviews, or their welcoming at the beginning or even their accounts on social media which’s mainly for bloggers or famous figures you will never get what you see on their pages. Hello everyone if your planning to do liposuction in this hospital please don’t do it I’m telling you from my own experience I had liposuction fat transfer with dr dawod in this hospital I was very clear about what I want I even showed him pics of the body I want he said ok and we went to surgery room after the surgery I was unhappy but u can’t complain about your result right away so I waited i wanted big butt and and hip I was very clear about that and on the healing process when the healing goes down I lost half percent of my result and at the moment my body looks likes the pre surgery body and I went to see the doctor couple of time told him I was worried and stuff he always got something to say but now it’s getting worse even people are saying are you sure you had surgery!! U can’t even tell if I had surgery or not I been depressed I’ve endured. Hi girls, ladies and anyone who has the intention to throw a visit to Bellaroma please BE AWARE: youre up to lose your money, its not a coincidence this amount of complaints against the center. Unfortunately I didnt do my study/research well before doing my liposuction. When I didnt see any difference after the surgery I went there to fix it, guess what: no one cared!! Im placing a complaint against the center and the surgeon himself at the DHA, and through my relations I found a lot of complaints are piling up. Soon they are going to face the consequence of their careless and unprofessional work.

Had my liposuction with dr Sinan in Bellaroma , so happy with my results ,everything was smooth the staff are amazing from reception to nurses and all special thanks to Ali and thank you again dr Sinan for making my dream body , thanks everyone for the good care and the follow up I hilghy recommend the clinic for your plastic surgery

The best plastic surgery hospital in the ward I did yesterday liposuction for abdominal & waist & back & gynocomestia and six packs

I PAID FULL INVASALIGNE TREATMENT and clinic was not able to finish it. I paid installment until the last dirham. I agreed with the doctor the total of 25 numbers but I received only 19 numbers. Since 2015 until 2017 the doctor couldn’t manage the remaining 6 numbers claiming to have problems with the supplier in Saudi. Even worse than this, in 2018 the doctor moved to Abu Dhabi and Bella Roma told me to follow the doctor even though they are the responsible for the treatment. The doctor couln‘t do anything because indeed Bella Roma is the responsible one. Bella Roma’s manager at that time said that I have to wait for a new orthodontist and since then I am following up every 3 months. On my last visit to the clinic they saw in the system that are 6 numbers missing but couldn‘t find them anywhere. On my last call at the clinic I was told by both the receptionist and doctor‘s nurse that they are doing clear aligners now. I was told even the average price. Unfortunately the new management it‘s now claiming that it is long time ago and expired plus that it is not true that they have an orthodontist.HOW CAN MY CLAIMED PAID RIGHT EXPIRE??If they are not able to finish the treatment I PAID FOR they should provide me partial refund at least what unfortunately they are still denying.For sure legal actions will follow.~ old text ~Never back to this place!Very unprofessional and rude manager ( Ms Abeer). The doctor who was doing my dental treatment left the country and did not finish my treatment. I asked to continue the treatment with another doctor, she told me we do not do this procedure in the clinic anymore but receptionist and dental nurse told me one day before that they do. They even told me the starting price for it. Also, it is advertised on their website.I have to solve it legally with them because they clean their hands.

To be honest, I was so impressed with their work that I dreamed of becoming a Barbie at the hands of a doctor, but unfortunately the result was not satisfactory at all, and I am now heading for another operation to correct the situation.In 2020, I had a gastric sleeve operation, and I lost 60 kilos. My body was flabby, and my body stopped losing weight. After many attempts to reach the ideal weight, but unfortunately the situation did not work out. I went to Bellarumma Hospital and agreed to perform a tightening and liposuction procedure for the abdomen, back, and sides. We did the operation, took instructions and medications, and walked, but the back was noticed. I am sagging and the abdomen is swollen from the bottom. I went to the doctor the second week ago and he told me I had a bulge and a tumor that would go away after only 6 months. This is how now, after 7 months, the situation is still the same. Nothing has gone away. When I went to the hospital, he prescribed me injections to lose weight. Hahaha. I mean, I came to you because Do I do a diet that has suction and tightening?????In conclusion, interest in operations and results is only for people who make advertisements. A wonderful hospital. I thank Madam Rawad Warsha for her treatment and standing with me. I advise everyone who goes with them to treat you like a sister, not like a patient.

I went to Bella Roma Clinic to see the offers they had made, and after they told me that this offer was a mistake, then they agreed to make up for the offer, and I discovered that they used the cheapest products on my face (the Korean product), on the basis that they only use American, Swiss, and French products. I also asked them to take pictures of the products. She used to tell me to be patient and we would show you all the used products. What I saw were only two products, and Baggy, as she said, had freshness needles, but its origin was unknown. This was my first experience and I was expecting a satisfactory result, but the change was for the worse, unfortunately, and I contacted them over and over again, but to no avail. After I went back to them, I went back to them. In order to melt the unfortunate farmer, he told me that they would pay me 1300 dirhamsIt was my first real experience, and unfortunately I was disappointed. Although the clinic was my choice, I failed to choose it.

Over promising, not caring about patients and no results. Beware where you spend your money. Avoid doing liposuction here. If the positive reviews are genuine, most are talking about Botox…etc, but please read carefully the real experience with liposuction. The reply from hospital is completely misleading and I confirm I did everything per instructions but they just want to avoid any blame. Its up to you to judge from the attitude of the reply.An unsuccessful response from the hospital, which indicates the way the patient is treated once the fees are received. To this day, what the treating doctor said has been adhered to the letter, and unfortunately the method of defense without investigating the matter is something that raises concern...
