I am absolutely furious with my experience at this clinic. I called ahead to inquire about a treatment package, and I was told that the package included three sessions, and that I would pay for everything upfront after seeing the doctor. The doctor confirmed that I needed three sessions, so I paid for the full package and completed the first session.But when I came in for my second session, they tried to charge me AGAIN. I told them I already paid for the entire package, which was supposed to cover three sessions. They told me I had already done all three sessions in one visit – but no one ever mentioned that! No one informed me of this when I first came in, and no one mentioned it when I arrived for my second appointment.To make matters worse, they had scheduled TWO MORE appointments for me, which I assumed were part of the package. But then they told me those weren’t included and that I would need to pay extra for them.This is completely unacceptable. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. The lack of communication and transparency is infuriating. I came here expecting a clear package deal, but instead, I was hit with hidden charges and no explanation. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone.

Best clinic i’ve deal with ever, starting from professional & honest doctor that gives you the advice for what procedures that exactly suits you . Last thing I’ve tried there was the hair removal , after trying many kinds of machines I’m in love with their one . The session was totally painless the nurse was very nice,clean & professional + I’ve paid a good price with their hair removal offer 😉
