My wife and I visited Clinic for the first time, feeling very excited and hopeful to confirm her pregnancy. The reception staff and the nurse were wonderful, welcoming us with warm smiles and making us feel comfortable.However, our experience took an unexpected turn when we met the doctor. Unfortunately, her attitude was far from professional. She seemed angry and was very rude in how she asked questions, with a negative and dismissive tone. It was surprising and disappointing, especially during such an emotional and special moment for us.I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their staff provides more compassionate and respectful care to all patients. A positive environment is essential, especially for sensitive situations like this.”

I always have an amazing experience in Better Life Clinic with Dr. Aamina whos very dedicated in providing the best solution for my issues concerning aesthetics and health. The nurses who assisted me are also kind and lives up to expectation making sure youre comfortable with all the procedures. Dr. vaishali were so delicately taken care of my wife every monthly check up and Dr is ready to resolve all doubts. waiting time is there but we understand for that. I highly recommended this clinic . Very Clean and goof ambiance . I visited this clinic for dental check up and got my ceramic braces installation. I’m thankful and amazed by Dr. Soumya she clearly explains the procedure for the installation and some advise how to take care of my oral health. I was followed by Dr. Vaishali during my pregnancy. She was really attentive, kind, and reassuring. She is truly very nice.I went back yesterday, and Dr. Vaishali was on leave. We were seen by Dr. Lina... it was really disappointing. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day for her, but it was a bad experience. She showed no empathy, and I felt attacked. I go to the doctor because I’m concerned about my health. Not everyone has studied medicine to guess that what we’re experiencing is normal. She had no patience. Kindness is essential, especially in your profession. Please understand that you can hurt and traumatize women with such behavior.I’m giving only 3 stars because this bad experience really left a mark on me. Otherwise, the rest of the team at Better Life is great.

I tried PRP face for the 1st time and I should say it was a very calming, refreshing and an informed session. Dr. Siby kept the session light and humorous and I had a very good experience. My friend and I visited. This clinic is business orientated and not for patients concern. Reception tries to add more services without needs. Especially in pregnancy packages..There is a nurse seekala who is not polite and different faces in front and back. Got to know from other nurse staff who I cant reveal the name.Please calculate and see the packages and individual test. They are manipulating.please be aware on that nurse seekala if you are going for Gynacologist. I dont have any personal with them. Im sharing the truth. Thanks

Not recommending this clinic at all after I already messaged them to change my appointment time from 7 PM to 6 PM. They actually told me no you have to come at 7pm so I came at 7pm I can actually 15 minutes before my appointment and they asked me to change my appointment after I reach the clinic to move it to 7:30- also he told me is a free consultation but they asked me to pay when I arrived the clinic and said is fine but this is not fine

The service was highly unprofessional; I recommend not going there for your routine check-up. As their regular patient, I used to have my routine tests done every 6 months. They used to be open on Sundays, but now they are closed.They close at 9:00 PM, and I texted you at 8:57 PM and called at 20:50, as it was very urgent. However, it seems you are not bothered to attend.They are more focused on watching the clock. Instead of paying AED 299, its better to pay an extra AED 50 to have the sample picked up from your home, where they are very efficient, unlike Better Lifetime.

The dentist(dr. Ramasubramanian) js very accomodating and explained well what i need to know. And did my adjustment very well and i am very much satisfied with the services. And thank u also to the receptionist (ms. Elaisa) for being so friendly and approachable..

Even though our insurance was not covered they are very affordable and the receptionists are friendly and approachable. Like why would a whole clinic be manipulating their patients into schemes that are not even practiced nor respected. Imagine being lured to paying for package and being told the benefits and later finding out that each time you set an appointment your time and efforts are gone wasted and never respected Dr. Mehreen Sarwar discussed the benefits of the pregnancy package only to charge us an extra later which literally doesnt make any sense is scam or what like seriously a whole clinic 😡😡😡😡 what a nightmare wish I could reverse time for sure!!!!!!!!Worst Clinic with broken staff and policies

They are charging additional registration charges so consider 200 AED and no one will update me when I booked online and Once you arrive at the clinic, you cannot check-up with the same appointment you booked online. Me and my wife did a hydra facial,it was ok ok experience. The doctor did the consultation part good however when it came to actual procedure we felt it little quick.it felt that the doctor was in hurry to finish the process and all steps followed during the facial was so fast ,felt like they were followed just for the sake of completion. It was my first experience to get the hydra facial and i was so excited but it left me with the feeling that the amount paid was not worth and disappointed..the normal salon facial is comparatively good and relaxing than this one.Another thing is prior to this, we visited clinic twice. First time, we got late by 30 mins then they made a big scene and have informed us to come later as doctor was busy. We went a week after that and they made us wait for 1 hour and shamelessly informed that equipment is not working due to some issues. Please come later. Staff did not even apologize once. Today we went just 7-8 mins late due to parking issue and again doctor, staffs were asking like why you came late n all.

Totally unprofessional…. I missed my flight because they made mistake in my pregnant wife’s flying certificate. They wrote fit to work instead of writing fit to fly!! They took 300aed for this certificate and upon asking for refund, they are now not replying on WhatsApp and calls !!!

I took my mother to Dr. Soumya, the dentist at better life clinic and I was extremely disappointed with the experience we had.To begin with the Dr. did not even make my mom sit on the dental chair to check what has happened to her. My mom generally explained that she is in pain and needs urgent help so just based on my moms word the doctor gave a very weird solution to the problem. The Dr told my mom to apply a toothpaste on the tooth that is paining and leave it for 3 mins and wash it off. Apparently that will make the pain go ???My mom was in much pain and we expected the doctor to atleast see her mouth once to know whats the issue.Anyways, we knew the problem is serious so we actually WENT TO ANOTHER DENTIST who took an xray as well as saw the teeth properly and informed us that my mom has an INFECTION that needs to be treated immediately. Luckily we got the right medicines and within 24 hours after the initial course of medicines my mom is feeling much better.Will never visit the dental department at better life clinic.

I had a fear of other doctors because i used to see filipino doctors way back home, but upon searching clinics in dubai, i found better clinic on google, im impressed on their reviews so i booked an appointment. Upon reaching the reception, they were so welcoming, receptionist was so kind, she speaks gently( i forgot to ask her name😅) as well as the nurses.,Doctor Vaishali,treated me so well, she made me feel at ease and comfortable, she explains thoroughly(i forgot to take photo with her😅) ....To sum it up, i am a 99% satisfied patient on their services. I will surely recommend this clinic to others.

I had availed the B1G1 hydrafacial offer. After my 1st session I was a bit confused, hence thought I will comment here after my 2nd session was completed.The scheduling, the reminders they send prior to the session, the staff at the reception, the cleanliness are all great. No complaints there. My first session was done by a nurse actually 2 nurses. They sort of played tag team between my sessions. I figured something was wrong with the session, it seemed incomplete. It also did not help the nurses were constantly bickering as to why they had to do this in the first place and about their work stress etc. And also there staff constantly barging into the treatment room looking for things and asking questions.Today my second session was done by a doctor, and I really could see and feel the difference from the first. I really felt the deep cleaning of my face.Anyway I wont return!

I would like to share my experience with better life clinic.I consulted with Dr. Vaishali Gynecologist yesterday . She is very patient, friendly and answered all my questions. This is my first time, I felt nervous because I came lonely, but she made me feel comfortable she did a transvaginal scan. As per advertisement I paid 175 AED for consultation with scan. She prescribed medicines.I was very happy right from the reception staff sumaiya to the doctor...all are very professional. And yes...i will definitely recommend Better Life Clinic to all my friends. Keep up the good work 🤗.

I took an antenal package in this clinic with Dr. Mehreen. The staff is great and very accomodating especially Jezz.Dr. Mehreen Sarwar is one heck of doctor. I trusted her with my pregnancy from the get go. She is more excited than me to have my baby. She respected my birth plan. She supported me through all my questions, and worries. I had a consultation a few months ago with Dr Hina for my hair and she recommended Mezo therapy. Following her suggestion was great for my hair as I see a marked improvement that I’m really happy with. The sessions are painful and Dr Hina is very observant and caring trying to reduce my pain, and concerned with improving my health, lifestyle for long term effects. The nurses, receptionists are also sweet and accommodating.

All 5 star reviews are paid, they don’t care about the patient at all. I have took face laser service from them but i feel no difference even after 2 months & taking 4 sessions. Worst staff i have ever seen, they used to lie in front of patients face & don’t have any etiquettes to treat patients. Very worst services. I don’t recommend them as its matter of your face or body. Waste of time & money.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staffs and Dr. Hina were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Hina really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Really enjoying the results from treatments I received in just 2 sessions.

This clinic is very unprofessional. Had 3 appointments today with Dr. Saumya dentist and yesterday night they called and said that Dr. wants to leave early so we need to reschedule your appointment. We booked ourselves in another clinic and got better service than Betterlife clinic

I would like to give my deepest gratitude to the dermatologists doctor HINa for giving me such time to explain for me about my skin condition. At first when I heard it I was down and depressed and theres a lot on my mind that time. But thanks to her for encouraging me and giving me strength. Especially in our first conversation I want to stop the consultation because you will giving me prescription. And I said I dont have money anymore to pay. Because I paid already for the Obgyne and for the test, but you said no need for me to pay and still you give me prescription...Thank you so much Doc for your kind heart your are only few Doctors who can made this... I had a consultation with Dr. Marshal Dermatologist a month ago regarding my skin concerns.i had severe dark spot on my forehead, highly pigmentation surrounding my mouth and pimples.She explains everything about every treatment in detail andI have got good results from chemical peel treatment in my first session.I highly recommend Dr marshal for dermalogical concerns .All the staffs are so kind and professional.

HINASaturday, July 29th, my appointment was scheduled for 7 p.m., but I arrived at 8:14 p.m. owing to a lack of knowledge about traffic near the site and wasting about 12 minutes looking for parking; I was complaining to the receptionist about the difficulty I was having in getting there. Finally, I arrived, and when I arrived at Dr. Hinas cabin, I began my chat by apologizing for being late.Then Started the deatils about fat loss injection sessions at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience with her was quite disappointing. Throughout the sessions, the doctors behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional, making the whole process uncomfortable and demotivating. Below are the only few examples1) My friend stated that facials are useless as its glow stays for just few days, and the doctor replied “Go out, why are you sitting in front of me?” Instead she could have replied in a manner which promotes how effective the facials of particularly their clinic.2) I questioned her about the pricing per session for fat loss, and she said, Do you think Im the price-giving person? She said, Go to reception and check, and Ill inform them of the quantity. Instead of letting us know in good manner.3) I was asked what treatment would I require for my face as being in my early 30s, she said “start loving yourself, nothing will work for you beauty comes from within blah blah blah that too in very rude behavior”. I do love myself I just went to know why there are so many breakout on my face, instead of assisting me with her treatments she said she believes in nature’s beauty, then what’s the point of being in clinic where the clinic offers services of enhancing beauty.4) I said, Mam, you are being rude, and she said, If you come late my behavior will be like this only, my baby is waiting down with nanny what are you expecting from me, and she added, I think you go to all clinics and take the information like this, but you never starts the treatment, I think you got enough of information now u can leaveAs a patient seeking support in my journey towards better health, I had hoped for a more compassionate and understanding approach. However, the doctors lack of empathy and dismissive attitude left me feeling unheard and discouraged.While the clinics facilities and overall environment seemed satisfactory, the negative interactions with the doctor overshadowed the entire experience. I believe that patient care and communication are essential aspects of any medical practice, and its disheartening to encounter such behavior during what should have been a positive and motivating journey.I sincerely hope that the clinic takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue with their medical staff.I hope my review helps other potential clients in making informed decisions while choosing a clinic for any services with DR.Hina.
