Very bad experience in this clinic few months ago. Be careful with the price between social networks and reality, even if they try to find a solution afterwards, I wouldnt recommend it. The room upstairs is very small and the space doesnt really make you want to go there, so ask to visit all the rooms in the clinic first. Theres a big difference between the room for hydra facials and the others. The director was supposed to call me back, but never did.

I have tried laser treatments at different places, but I was most satisfied with Ms. Reshma. The way she performs the procedure and checks in each time to make sure I’m okay and comfortable makes me feel good. Ms. Mabel did the HydraFacial very well; I felt very good and in a comfort zone. If they have negative star, Ill put negative.On my first appointment for underarm botox, the doctor was so late that the numbing cream didnt work at all, and it was so painful that I had to bear. Then after 3months, the injection didnt last and I had to reschedule with them again. We talked by phone call and whatsapp. They confirmed that I should make a touch up appointment with them. It will cost only AED250. Not just 1 confirmation but 3 times. I confirmed with them 3 times. Then the date came, they put the numbing cream again and I advised them to notify the doctor not to be late so I wont be feeling the same way I had to deal before. 35mins after they put the numbing cream, they just told me that they will be doing a full injection and not a touch up coz it has been 4 months after my first appointment. They told me I should be paying AED900+ but since they were wrong, they will just collect AED750 only from me. I got a little bit upset for their professionalism and asked them why didnt they told me before they put the numbing cream. I was shocked at the moment. For 35mins I had the numbing cream on my armpit but no one told me that I need to do the full injection again. I then answered them that I just had confirmations with their team 3 times for the touch up. I told them that they need to check their whatsapp to see the conversation I had with them. So I assume it should be a touch up only. Then again, they explained to me again and I told them, that money is not the problem. The service that you are having is the problem. I told them I will just move to other clinic because of their professionalism. After telling it to them, they just decided to let me continue the service, having to pay only AED250 and saying that the injection will be less than the usual. Of course its not okay with me that the injections will be less, whats the point of doing touch up if you will not get the benefit of it? Then the doctor came and explain that the injection will not be compromised. She said its normal for people to be wrong sometimes. I agreed on that but this is too much. First, I had a conversation with them 3 times and they assured me its touch up, second, no one told me when ai was on reception area, or even before they put the numbing cream, and now telling me differently. Third, I was confused with what she (the doctor) said and what the other lady staffs were telling me about the less/ not less injection so I decided not to continue the service with them and will not go ever again. This clinic is unbelievable.

I must say that the therapist Ms.Reshma is very good at carrying out the procedure, well experienced and knowledgeable about laser therapy. It was my first time experience with them, they were very good at following up.The nurse had informed me about how the procedure is going to be and the do’s and don’ts so they make u comfortable , made me sign consent form and this hydrafacial was very different from the ones i previously had. It felt really clean and good. I just wished the pressure was but more otherwise it was really good with cleaning and everything. Even the serums they use and the scrubs are really cleaner and better. Definately a return service.

Worst customer service, the new manager (Indian lady with long hair) my husband and I been going for over 2 years to this place and we still don’t see any changes on laser hair removal treatments nor slimming as they keep changing machines and when it comes to slimming please don’t try it because it’s waist of money, and when I complained to the new manager about not seeing any results after doing more than 38 sessions plus she gave me attitude and disrespected me in front of staff and she informed me that I have to deal with what I got or pay for extra sessions. As per laser sessions, they have changed their machine more than 5 time for the past 2 years and so you might see results after 10th sessions but once you stop for a month all the hair will come back as you’ve never done a session.Overall, this client is a scam and they just steal money from clients and the new manager is so unprofessional!!!
