I have a wonderful experience here. This place is so wonderful for anyone who wants to address their skincare issues. I had a wonderful session thanks to Gagana, I really enjoyed the facial and I have to say she is very gentle and understanding of her clients 😍👍🏼Very hygienic and clean set up and the staff are lovely. There is ample parking available too.

I just had my Morpheus facial treatment with an amazing doctor, Dr. Raneem. Although I am nervous and scared but her professionalism, attention to details and concern to her patients felt me so comfortable all throughout the process. Also the friendly staffs, cool ambience and hygienic clinic added the urge to go again for another visit. I would definitely recommend BodySmart polyclinic!👍

SCAMMERS AND DISHONEST.Avoid this clinic! My treatment did not go ahead since the hospital did not have the date available despite the clinic team confirming it was and requesting full payment upfront. I was due a refund since cancellation was on their part however 4 months later and nothing. They have kept (i.e stolen) my money.When trying to contact the clinic and ask for progress updates, I was told many excuses, including (i) no staff to deal with refund (surely they have an accounting team?) (ii) the Operations Manager was the one and only member of staff that could deal with this had emergency leave then (iii) I dealt with her deputy who after our phone conversation scheduled a meeting and she also then conveniently had emergency leave. Whether or not this is true, all trust has been lost. Calls were scheduled in but she never called me and the company refused to give out any contact information. Lack of response to all my emails. All communication was via the receptionist who was as helpful as she could be. I was constantly told blatant lies you have been emailed regarding the matter when this was not the case and I had to daily chase this up with a complete lack of response.I am now in a court battle and suing Body Smart Clinic.Also do your research. The lack of before and after pictures for particular surgeons is telling enough.I would recommend Dr Hassans in Healthcare City Dubai. The best surgeon I have met in Dubai and a lovely team who will take care of you.

Use to be a good place but recently I had the worst experience with the Morpheus 8 procedure.Doctor didn’t wash neither her hands before she touched my face, not the face it self. Didn’t know how to use the machine, from one side of my face she went twice, like a two rounds and other half ones only. Obviously she had no clue how to do it bcs application wasnt even, patch here patch there.Waste of money and time.After I ask her to wear cloves before she touched me she got so angry and obviously was trying to hurt me intentionally.Didn’t wipe the blood, didn’t put sun block, nothing. Horrible.

Absolutely amazing clinic! The experience I’ve had would recommend for everyone who wants to do Botox, filler ect! The receptionists were so welcoming from the moment I stepped into the clinic. I love this clinic .. it’s located in Lamer Dubai .. the services are up to date .. the staff are so lovely, helpful and smiling all the time yet they are very professional.Doctor Tarek is so talented and listen carefully to the clients requests. The clinic is just a find! I signed up for laser because they said that everything would be painless (I was sooooo afraid that it would hurt, so I kept putting it off), in the end I didn’t even understand when the procedure started, I thought that the cosmetologist was just applying the gel, but it turned out that she It already works with the device, absolutely no pain, just fantastic. I highly recommend it!
