Amazing clinic. All the staff are super friendly and always happy to help. Dr. Afsaneh is extremely kind,knowledgeable and very professional. She will always advise you on the best treatment suitable for you. She will explain in details every step of the procedure and after care treatment as well. I tend to bruise easily, but that never happened after Drs Afsaneh treatment. Im super happy with the results achieved and will definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

The hydra facial wasn’t worth the money, a total scam. Poor customer service, so mean and always putting there standards high. Pls have a reality check and treat your customers better rather than blocking and not taking the truth. 100% would not recommend, a total waste of time and money for just a sheet mask and led lights.

I’m regular client of Borna Al wasl branch. Doctor is the nicest doctor I have ever seen. She never recommend unnecessary treatments. Their equipments are all new , top brands and very effective . Borna Al Wasl is the worst center in Dubai! The worst service, the worst communication ever ever ever!I’m so so disappointed, I’ve never seen that in Dubai and anywhere!Do not go there, you will just lose your money..I had discussion with them in their center, and they told me that I have two choices, doing the session or being charged without getting the service, All I asked for is to postpone it since I couldnt do it! But they insisted on charging me for a service without receiving it.Furthermore, they publicly and illegitimately threatened me for expressing an honest feedback about the poor treatment I received from your end. And then they deleted my comments on Instagram and blocked me. they could not have dealt with the situation in a worse way. (I still have all screenshot)Now I can not trust their center anymore and I would not want to go back there or recommend it to anyone I know. I asked them to refund me the difference between what I paid and what I used but no one replySo after all the above details I have the right to be disappointed or not!!

Ive always had excellent treatments here last year but the first visit of this year was terrible.Late start of treatment, Trainee to shave before laser who didnt know what she was doing, then another unknown lady to come in unannounced roughly remove Emla cream before eventually laser therapist ( who was very good) came in. Laser therapist and results great, but professionalism of rest of staff poor. Staff walking in and out of treatment, very in personal and not private.

Had an wonderful time in the clinic. I had to come back for my follow up botox touch up on my frown lines. Called in saturday and i immediately got an appointment. Doctor was very accommodating and i didnt even felt the needle when she injected the medicine. Best thing is that the touch up was free of charge. Highly recommended.

Had several laser sessions but the results were unfortunately poor, which makes me question their efficiency. Their customer service isnt the best either. I had an incident that proved to me how much they dont care about customer satisfaction, so I decided never to go back again. They way they respond to negative reviews does say a lot about how unprofessional they are anyway. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.Edit: they also have the audacity to lie in their responses to reviews. Ive done a lot of sessions at their center and have signed on their forms after every single session. Ive spoken to the manager in person after the 6th session and she wasnt helpful at all. Theyre definitely lightyears behind when it comes to both customer service and marketing.

BORNA was recommended to me and I’ve been more than happy with the results! Great service, quality level laser and my friends agreed with me that this is one of the few places in Dubai that have the latest machinery for skin care products. I have definitely recommended it to many of my friends and they all agreed that it was worth going back.

Firstly, i got to know about the clinic trough Instagram add. I was attracted by good price for under eye fillers, but good price is not the reason to take risk for something so delicate and dangerous. I was asking questions and reading comments online.. . After all I took a decision to try it out and I was very happy with results. They use good fillers. Dr. Lina was very realistic and professional and never pushed for more. I also did PRP tretman which was amazing and I plan to continue with same. I definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Lina ❤️

The Dermatologist is the worst doctor Ive ever seen in my life and the rudest ever. I have canceled the whole package with them because of her rudeness. My laser session was already under process and she came in deciding to get higher price than the one i have agreed with the manager and she claimed that Im abusing her nurse while i was doing nothing and i didnt even talk to the nurse. Im warning you guys that they have the worst customer service.

I started my Hair Removal Journey with this clinic at the Jumeirah Branch few years ago. Thanks to them, I am hairfree today.But, the journey of beauty is a continuous process with new treatments launching every day. I had an issue with skin pigmentation and brown spots on face due to sun exposure and hormonal changes. The REVLITE Laser has really helped lighten the spots. For skin hydration, I tried this marvellous HYDRAFACIAL which is great on fine lines and improves the collagen as well. And presently, I am trying the New HIFU DOUBLO GOLD to tighten loose skin due to weight loss and improve skin texture. I have been to many laser clinics in Dubai. From doctors offices to stand alone clinics. What impressed me most about Borna Medical Spa and Laser Center was that the manager was very informative and knowable. She understood the problem and planned the best and most effective way to take care of my issue. What, to me at first, was unusual, was that she didnt want to do what I wanted, but what she thought was the best option for me. Now, having said that, it upset me that she wasnt listening to me, but once I went home and googled, I realized she was right and I was trying to force her to do something that was not good for me. I have now been to her clinic many times and have referred many friends to Borna. The work there is excellent and the equipment are all top of the line. I have since done laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, hydraFacial, PRP for face and hair and all haven been done professionally with the best results possible. Thank you Borna Medical!

I had a touch up appointment at a certain time. Doctor left me upstairs waiting for her when she showed up 45 minutes late to my appointment as she was assisting another patient. Regardless, once she showed up, she was extremely rude and verbally insulting , therefore, I decided to leave and not undertake the treatment with her anymore because she was shouting at me .. which is extremely unprofessional coming from any doctor !!! In addition. The entire staff were waiting for me when I came downstairs to demand I pay the 500 dirhams they forgot to add to my bill last time . I did so just to avoid problems and a bigger scene since the doctor was literally yelling at me in front of other waiting patients. I am very disappointed since Ive been going to this clinic for over a year to do full body laser and in the end , i didnt even get to do my free retouch session , and wasted an hour of my day waiting for nothing . Would never recommend this place again to anyone .

The clinic is very clean and spacious.. the doctor is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the skin, the way it gets improved with using the treatments.. I found great results with my hair meso and jallupro for face.. one of the few doctors in dubai that is not commercial at all.. highly recommend this clinic.

It’s the worst laser clinic ever. Not professional at all and not recommended, you’ll waist your money. I had more than 12 sessions with no results even it get worse and lots of hair spots and when asked to check my file they refused to show it to me and said it’s their own secret and can’t share the information with anyone!!!! The manger is not professional at all, not a friendly environment, not recommended.

Hello,the reason i left a 1 star is for the following reason .I requested for a ECPR and under eye consultation, my appointment was on the 25th of August 2021 @ 6:30pm  at the wasl branch.( please refer to your response which states you checked your records.. Yes i am not a client at that point in time as it was an initial consult.. however you should have this info in your records since i have a confirmation on my mobile for the same) .I was only met at 7pm in the waiting area by a doctor! not even in the doctors room, which isnt correct.Secondly after the doctor met me... she referred me to the nurse at the reception for costs who wasnt in a position to quote pricing saying it depends on the doctor, which i understand so why refer me then? correct!Also while i was talking to the nurse , another customer walked in and she turned to address her without finishing with me . The other client even told her to finish with me.. but she said its ok tell me how can i help u...this was clearly not a nice attitude.so please before accusing me of cyber crime and using harsh language that I am NOT even a client.. kindly know i did visit youll for a consult which is valid enough for me to express my experience. Thank you

Worst experience I had it as we went for hydra facial with 3D mask they have done facial in max 15 minutes my face feels better atleast after cleansing but this facial was not even that level, I have wasted my time and money wouldn’t recommend at all , you guys need to do the job atleast for the level a client in paying putting a sheet mask and and a light for 5 seconds doesn’t mean a hydra facial

Pathetic way of dealing with customers. They straight up refuse to give you any time of weekends even if you are a loyal customer. And worst of all they dont even bother apologising once told that they have lost a customer! The arrogance! So pay your money somewhere else, tons of places in dubai doing laser that have better customer experience.

This is a very expensive center (because their technician has 10years experience 🙃) and it’s really hard to get an appointment, very rude iranian staff, they will always keep you waiting even if you come on time or when you come earlier no use.

The doctor did it very well. She uses a vermilion machine which I think makes the treatment painless.Vermilion is a micro acupuncture treatment. This procedure treats fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and enlarged pores. Dealing is 0 in Al Wasl Center. The timings are wrong. It is normal for one hour to two hours. If you have a complaint, you can see it all day long. Don’t call yet to complain.
