Had a problem with the radiant creamy concealer - completely separates on me, sits in my fine lines and irritates my skin to the point I look better without it. Spoke to staff and the manager who refused to help in any way to exchange or otherwise and just defend their product when I clearly showed them it on after a few hours. Such a shame as the brands other products I use are fantastic.

The Asian worker was at the checkout, and the Arab worker was the one who approached me, but unfortunately she bumped into me. I regret why I bought from them. Handling was substandard. . Amazing customer service since I entered from the welcoming , souzan greeted me and invited me for a quick service and then giving came and did for me a glow and go service and she applied a natural makeup !! At the beginning I was just left alone trying to find the right eye shadows. So I applied them myself to test what they’d look like. Purchased what I had decided to keep and was almost out the door when the foundation products caught my interest. I asked another assistant for help and Alex was just amazing. Even though the store was crowded, Ms. Marwa who is from Iraq took her time with us, she explained every product recommended colors and was extremely helpful. This was so refreshing compared to the horrific experience at Mirdif which is why we will be recommending not only Dubai Mall but specifically Marwa. If you want reliable customer service and appropriate makeup recommendations, please ask for her! She is a boss at her workplace and was so happy to help even with the bustle in the shop.

I’ve heard so much about the foundation and was excited to try it, I wanted have it sit on my face for a day, see how my skin react to it, then see if I like it I’ll come back and purchase it (like i do with all the foundations I buy from all other makeup brands).The sales lady nicely told me, she doesn’t want to spend time putting it on me it there’s a chance I don’t buy it.I was in shock but didn’t say anything. Took a pic of the shade i wanted and left. It’s a shame that we can’t properly try the products with the help of the staff. This would’ve never happened in Sephora.Never again :)

I had an incredibly upsetting experience at Charlotte Tilbury recently. One of the supervisors not only insulted me and my mom but also threatened us and used profanity in front of all the staff and customers. Despite bringing this egregious behavior to the store managers attention, no action was taken. To make matters worse, I was deceived and told that the supervisor would be terminated after completing her notice period. However, my disappointment grew when I saw her at the mall this week. This complete lack of accountability and the managers failure to address the situation has led me to sever ties with Charlotte Tilbury as a client.

I recently started buying from this brand and wanted to try more products as I heard good reviews. I went in at the Dubai mall branch and saw the sales lady pay me not attention, but when they saw two white ladies and they dressed up nice, they immediately marched towards them ignoring me like I was invisible. It probably because of how I looked today as I wasnt at my best. Regardless, these women should know to treat all customers that walk in equally and with respect. I approached another sales lady Nadine who seemed friendly and to my good luck she was and helped me with all the products I needed. She helped me pick the bronzer and blush that gave me a beautiful summer tan look. I got some brown and gold line duo to with the look. She also introduced me to the invisible uv primer which is a primer with SPF50PA++++ that leaves no residue. I also bought the brush flawless setting spray small bottle so I can try and see how effective it is. Nadine thank you for changing my experience today, few seconds when those ladies ignore me I wanted to leave but it was your friendly face that made me change my mind. This wouldve been a 5 but 4 because of how i was first treated.

Came to the store full of excitement, but left with disappointment. all the staff were not into helping me, but we’re into talking and laughing with each other. I asked to show me the wands and it took her more than 5 minutes just to find them for me in the store as all the testers were messed up, the products are leaking, she opened contour wand and the drops went directly to my clothes cause it was leaking. the lady was nice and polite but kept insisting on me to get something else from her and kept showing me items when I made it clear I didn’t need anything else. better to shop online not to waste your time.

While I appreciated the positive energy and exceptional customer service provided by the cashier named Blessing, my overall experience was less than satisfactory.Unfortunately, I cannot extend the same praise to the rest of the staff at Charlotte Tilbury, Dubai Mall. I encountered challenges in seeking assistance and it felt as though some employees were going through the motions rather than genuinely helping customers. It appeared as if they were doing their job forcefully and this lack of enthusiasm impacted my overall shopping experience.Despite my desire to purchase more products, the unenthusiastic atmosphere made me reconsider and I ended up leaving with only one item. I felt compelled to acknowledge Blessings exceptional service by giving this review two stars but I would recommend that the management at Charlotte Tilbury in Dubai Mall the overall customer service experience to create a more welcoming and positive environment.In comparison, my experiences at Charlotte Tilbury in Emirates Mall have consistently been positive. I came to Charlotte Tilbury store in Dubai mall to buy a foundation with a powder. My friend actually advised me to ask for the artist Veronika because she had such an amazing experience with her couple weeks ago. I did what she recommended and didn’t regret for a second. Veronika was so professional with her explanation, techniques and advice. I never had such an amazing treatment even when I booked a makeup in a beauty salon. It’s my first time I truly loved my glow up and couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror. I bought quite a few products and was a little anxious about forgetting the steps and techniques although I recorded a video of the whole process. But Veronika sent me the instruction with detailed explanation about each product I got and and how to apply them. It was very educational and helpful. Worst customer service. I walked in and was looking around to buy a lipstick, there were about 6 staff members. All of them were sitting and talking amongst themselves, not a single person got up to even ask what I was looking for. Later I myself went and requested for help. One lady reluctantly came and showed me where to find lipsticks and went back to talk. Would never visit this place again. This store is in Dubai mall.

I recently visited CT in dubai mall and I was so happy to meet Elie, he suggested so many great products for me (while keeping in mind my makeup preferences and skin tone) he also taught me how to apply each product and tested them on my face. I was extremely disappointed with the poor service I received at the store. The employees were not only unhelpful but also seemed to treat Arab customers poorly. Despite knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase, the saleswoman ignored me and asked me to wait for a few minutes. She made me wait for a long time while she chatted with her colleague, who also ignored my presence. After waiting for an extended period, I became frustrated and left the store without making any purchases. It is very surprising that such a beautiful brand can lose customers due to the poor behavior of its employees. I hope you can address these issues and improve the behavior of your staff in the future

Worst experience ever.I only buy makeup from Charlotte but when I arrived in the shop all the makeup advisers start to look in a bad way at me. No Hello, nothing, same when I came out.I ignored because I really needed foundation, I was trying to figure out which shade I needed with my sun tan, maybe 4 of them passed by me and nobody ask to help, the shop wasn’t busy.They succeed to make me buy another brand in Sephora places in front of the shop.

I attended the store on 5th of July 2023 and I was running to catch the store as my friend wanted to have the magic cream from them as we don’t have the brand in Saudi. I arrived before closing only 4 minutes to ask the availability and purchase it the beauty consultant instead of welcoming me as client the look at each other asking who did not close the door as it already the closing time !!!!! I was very upset and disappointed due to the level of the experience that I got and the very bad experience. I lift the store as I don’t want to keep them stay one minute after the working hours. I understand is the closing time but still there is few minutes to go as well I understand they are tired and exhausted but I wanted to get the cream only not to do shopping and discovery . I am very disappointed ☹️
