The store experience was terrific! Silver was an amazing person to experience it with. Silver made sure I had the perfect lip color and liner for my skin tone. (I’m a warm but also cool, and it is always a struggle to find the right tone.) I was taken into a vanity area, and was taught about the right technique to apply the lipstick. It was so much fun. Ive been to the store at Emirates Mall. When I went in, a very friendly staff named Rachel asked me and my cousin if we need help. So I asked her: why Charlotte Tilbury? she answered: please come in and let me show you. She showed me the gorgeous products, she put those on on me an my cousin. We really loved our makeup *no makeup* look. The products are really nice - and unfortunately expensive. A friend of mine went to the Dubai Mall store today, May 8th. I asked her to buy me a Hollywood Flawless Filter travel size. She bought it and they didnt give her a bag to carry it in. They just gave her the product with the receipt. Im completely dissatisfied with the treatment. Is it based on how much we spend? Thats not right!

I have been hearing CT a lot from friends for quite a while I must admit I stepped inside this shop out of curiousity! I was kind of lost when I walked in (forgive me I am not yet familiar with the products) I dont even know where to start first thanks to this pleasant cheery eyed woman who approached me and started asking on how she can be of help she did not only let me try one of the best seller cream and their make ups but she also politely asked me if I would be interested to attend one of their future events/tutorials which is really cool! Amazing products.my favorite is the magic cream but also all other products are really good.The experience with Hadi in MOA is super beautiful. I keep calling the branch & texting one of Yas mall staff ( Monia ) to book make up appointment in order to buy the correct products, but she keeps ignoring and not replying to my msgs.

They are not interested in helping the customer or making a sale. I was even ready to pay the redeemable AED600 for the make up session to discover new products. They were completely empty, but refused to give me an appointment till the next day.Staff need to be less stuck up and better trained.

Ive been wondering for years why this store has so few customers while the rest of the makeup stores are full. I found out during the past two months because I went there 3 times. The reason is that the employees have bad manners, do not cooperate, and do not know the meaning of a smile, and each one tells the other to talk to us. This was the last visit for me and my daughters

Had the most amazing experience learning how to refresh my makeup and skin care with Richelle. Expert knowledge and knew what would suit me and taught me how to apply the products. I managed to replicate the makeup for work today, and it lasted for my 12 hour day perfectly. So happy, wonderful experience. Would def recommend

My sister and I visited the branch in MCC, waited for a good 5 minutes until the one lady in the entire store noticed our presence. We showed her a sample of pillow talk tall and asked for 2 of the same color, she immediately gave us 2 shades and asked us if theres anything else we want to buy with little patience then went to the counter and placed them in the shopping bag. To our surprise the next day, one was in intense shade and the other was in medium, they were not even identically wrong. We broke the seal and used them so clearly there was no chance to get these returned. A brand as such must invest more in selecting the right attitude in staff and training them properly on how to treat their customers. Not sure I want to visit the outlet anytime soon.
