Started my Charlotte Tilbury journey with Beza and there was no turning back. In love with all their products- obsessed with their skincare range. Cant live without the magic cream and serum. Everyone at the store is super helpful and pleasant but Beza is my favorite and nails it everytime with her product recommendations that would suit me. Cant recommend her enough. Really loved the staff at the store, their Sales person Shaima was particularly helpful amd cooperative, she helped me and my sister find our foundation shade and was kind enough to let us try it on and test how long and how well it lasted while we shopped. The foundation was amazing and it stayed on the entire time ( we were at the mall for 6 hrs). Satisfied with the result, We both returned to the shop and purchased the foundation.Thank u Shaima for the amazing service.

The workers here are absolutely rude! We were just going to shop and whether we buy or not, the sales associates should be helpful. But they were definitely not. My mother who is an Indian lady was looking to buy a lipstick, the workers barely helped and told us to find everything ourselves. The workers need to be fired for being so rude and honestly racist!!!! Because they helped every other arab lady that walked in. After this horrendous experience we went to dubai mall and they shined. They were amazing, if you feel the same way about the workers at mirdif, go to dubai mall as they are patient, explain every product and are so kind. Do better.

The sales person Nawal is so rude and aggressive. I came to buy one product and was just browsing and she asked me if I want anything else my response was ‘ no, thanks’ however she continued asking this question several times by saying ‘ do you want something else’ and she kept following me and starting at me in a bad way. When I asked her if she was alright and what was the reason behind her rudeness she said that everyone is like this at CT and said BYE. Her behavior is unacceptable. At least her colleague Khaing understood me while I was explaining my experience and apologized on behalf of her mannerless and unprofessional colleague. Next time you decide to visit this brunch , don’t ask nawal for any help, because she will spread her negativity and give you aggressive looks , which will make you feel uncomfortable and ruin your shopping experience.

Only one staff member on a Sunday afternoon when the store is full, and of course since she was overwhelmed she was borderline rude (Arabic lady). Thats the problem with CT the service is either great or really bad.

I like this brand so much and it’s so fancy + luxury so your hands need to be full of money 💰🤑 yet you get the perfect high quality of makeup 💯✨

The workers at the mirdif city Centre branch are extremely unprofessional and rude. Tears down the shopping experience with how unwilling they’re to help out a customer and usually I don’t need anything except for them to get a fresh piece of the product I know I want, and I need to wait a good 20 minutes just for them to walk up to me and get me a product? And if they do come by, it’s as if I’ve bothered them by expecting them to do their JOB i.e. get me a fresh product and run up my bill and literally nothing else. Might as well not shop from somewhere so unwelcoming.

Bezaye was phenomenal I am sold on everything she put on my face. Such a beautiful and genuine customer advisor and make up artist. Looking forward to seeing her soon x

I am big fan for this brand but few days back I brought foundation I told clear sale lady name ind I need foundation not to transfer proof and match to my color help me out she give to me applied on my face I told her look so yellow she told me this your actual color I told her ok I believe on you . Next day I tried on face look so bad on my face still I give time but today I went there she there I wait for her she saw me she avoid me at all she dont talk to me properly this is the way people assist customer wow..did they sell heaven entries or pass just make up her face show she is angry on me I Throw all products of this brand in bin because that they deserve because of this staff behavior I told her change please or give me any solution I paid money one star ⭐ also I give my side zero 5/O for this brandIf owner saw this review she should care her business and brand and teach staff well behavior if there mistake behavior issues big problem for business

PRODUCTS ARE AMAZING but i had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE today with one of the sales ladies !!! I was told if my bill 800 DHS above i will get a free mascara which was a great deal so i had my friend to pay for both our products to collect 800 dhs and get the deal !! But instead the sales lady let my friend pay separately and then told us unfortunately ur bill didn’t reach 800 !!! I was so firm and strict and told her it was clear from the beginning that my friend is paying for all products which coast more than 800 !! & she fixed their mistake after me being annoyed with their attitude & what they did. management need to reconsider the sales ladies and order them to deal professionally with customers

I visited charlotte tilbury mirdif city center today to get a gift for my friend. I was looking for the new pillow talk matte blusher but i was informed that they’re still not in the region and would need a month, Lina kindly asked for my number to inform me once the product is in stock. She helped me picking few products and i asked if she can help me to pick a foundation, she happily assisted me and did a perfect color match and walked me through a full skin care routine which i ended up picking a product from.Lina was very helpful and well informed, will definitely visit this branch again

Very bad experience with one Moroccan staff this is second purchase for me in the same week but the second time I bring my sister she came because of my recommendation about the products she selections some items and she have esaad discount she applied the discount 15% and I want to pay for her because her birthday the staff informed that she have to pay not me and she told according to policy the payment card should have the same name of esaad with a rude way I argued with her too much that she saw the application of esaad and she have the same aura name so we should pay with any card this not your business really first time to hear like this and am sure that the management of charlotte tilbury doesnt know about it and I will not visit this branch only because of this staff even if I like products

Didn’t like my experience at the store. I wanted to test out the flawless filter but one of the staff told me it’s all sold out, I told her I still wanted to test out my shades. And when she placed the shades on my hand, she put them close together that i wasn’t able to tell the difference, also she wasn’t in the mood to help.I went to get help from another staff member and she told me one shade is available (I don’t know why the staff member didn’t mention that). But this staff member wasn’t very helpful as well, she keep making take the wrong shade even thought I told her it was too light for me.She was also in a rush and I wasn’t able to scan the store properly, every time I picked an i item out she would say “that’s all, you’re done right?” Which I didn’t appreciate because I wanted to get more items. In the end I left the store with a shade too light for me and bad experience.

By far the best experience in getting my makeup done. Warda was very professional, the sweetest and kindest person Ive ever met! I was not having a good day and she made my day very special and it was very touching since it is my birthday. Will definitely come back and 100% recommend warda!

Very unfriendly staff. I purchased makeup from The Dubai Mall location but the trial result was not as expected so I went to return UNOPENED foundation at this location. The lady at the front said they cant process return because I paid with my creditcard- TAP on terminal. So I called AlShaya group and the rep said had no clue instead she said they dont accept returns. When the receipt clearly stated unopened returns accepted within 7days. Anyhow I was avoiding the trip to The Dubai Mall as im 7mo pregnant but that failed. The supervisor at The Dubai Mall location told me it couldve been returned at Mirdiff the lady was wrong. She put in a inquiry on my behalf. This was a exhausting process and the staff at Mirdiff need to learn what customer service is and how to be professional.

I recently visited Charlotte tilbury Mirdif city center branch for a makeup appointment. Later on the same day I had pimples around my eyes , the next day my eyes were infected. Although I had a good experience with the makeup artist, however unfortunately I don’t think the brushes or the makeup were cleaned before use. This could cause serious health risks for your customers!

The worst (!!!) experience I have ever gotten at the cosmetics shop in UAE for the last eight years. Three times I gave this shop a shot but I will buy the products else where. For the first time a couple of months ago, when I was swatching the foundations and going around to choose my next beauty treat, the sales ladies didnt pay any attention as they were busy discussing their personal matters. The second time I met the most wonderful saleslady from Croatia who helped me to choose the gift for my mom, so I thought yesterday that my first experience will never repeat. Oh, how wrong I was, it was even worse. When we walked in, the sales ladies were at the back, peeking at us through the door. They saw us, we saw them too. I took rounds around the shop and no one even bothered to come out. I would rather spend my money at the places where the customer service is on point, but not here. Train you staff, such experience is unacceptable in customer service

I have visited plenty of Charlotte store but this visit was my absolute favorite I was assisted by a lady called Sabi and she was so helpful and explained Everything to me also telling me how to apply and mix my products I will always come here
