I’ve been visiting the clinic 2 years now and I did treatments with all the doctor and experts there like the dermatologist Dr. Sahar, plastic surgeon Dr Chelbi & Dr. Michael, skin experts Alfia & Diana, and the Dentists Dr. Nasser and Dr. Ayman and I’m also doing my laser hair removal sessions there and will start my slimming sessions soon. The vibes, the staff, the doctors, the nurses and every one is just amazing and friendly. They have valet parking so no need to think about where to park. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would not say no, its a 10 star service and experience.

Dr Michael Salivaras is the best plastic surgeon in the world!!!We heard about Clinica Joelle from Instagram and decided to book a consultation for an eye lift surgery procedure. The team were very responsive on WhatsApp and helped to set something up swiftly. Special mention to Nancy who helped us understand the process and continuously showed care and affection through what can be a scary experience. Nancy made sure we were constantly aware of what the next steps were and showed exemplary care and professionalism throughout. She was truly a joy to speak with and have as our liaison with the clinic.The consultation with Dr Michael was out of this world, his care and infectious personality shone through instantly. He has a unique ability to make you feel like the centre of attention, extremely interested and respectful of your initial thoughts and ideas of what procedure you want done. His excellent knowledge of every procedure puts you to instant ease in his care, and his passion for the field eliminates any doubts you may have to go through with a surgical operation. We went originally just for an eye lift but within a few minutes and Dr Michael’s superb contextualisation and explanation, even for laymen with no knowledge of plastic surgery like us, we were interested in further procedures in the near future. His storytelling and clear to follow point-making help to visualise what the end results can look like to achieve your true potential surgically. I can not emphasise enough how much of a spectacular and enjoyable experience it was with Dr Michael. So much so that we are already planning for further procedures in the next 6-9 months with him and Clinica Joelle.After the procedure, the team very kindly sent us a lovely bouquet of flowers which is further testament to their best-in-class customer experience. I have just had my surgery yesterday but can already see the results during my recovery which exceeds even my wildest expectations.To summarise, Clinica Joelle is the only place I will have plastic surgery in Dubai, and only with Dr Michael Salivaras who is truly the exceptional plastic surgeon in the world.Many thanks to you all and see you soon!

A commercial and worse clinec ever. they do not take care bout what really the patient need they care about the amount of money patient should bay at the end of the visit. money is the most important things to them. I had a bad experience with them. I got a bad result, with huge amount of money. they are not clear about the payment you ask for something, but they do a lot just to charge you more. and they let you to surprise with the amount of the money when you finish. it would be OK for me if I had a good result, but unfortunately, the result is worse with a suffering . I wish I did not do it I really suffer after the treatment with bad result. I tried to contact and complain about it, and I just hear the “Sorry”. They did not try to offer me anything or refund a part of my money back because of their mistakes. I don’t recommend it for anyone.

Had a wonder hydra facial with the Beaty therapist Diana, and Sandra was extremely helpful with arranging my packages and payments. Lovely professional staff as expected from a clinic like Joelle’s. Definitely coming back.

I went for a consultation and for doing the Venus Legacy treatment with the beauty therapist Diana Susi and i was so happy with her extreme honesty from her side about what is best solutions for that will really benefit my skin type. She gave my the best options that she saw best for me although i was there to do the venus treatment and yet she didn’t do it coz it will not help me. Always loved my experience there!Super professional and caring. Dr.firas is one of the most educated and up to date doctor, never to mention that he is an artist creating a smile that is for me only and doesn’t look fake or take away from my personality, loved the hole thing from A to Z, and I still visit him every 6 month for cleaning and maintaining as it very important for the health of the veenrs.

UPDATE ON THIS- THE DUBAI HEALTH AUTHORITIES HAVE DECIDED THAT THERE WAS 100% MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE COMMITTED AGAINST ME AT THE CLINIC (SEE PHOTO ATTACHED) THE CASE IS NOW WITH THE COURT.SEE A PHOTO OF MY BLEEDING TEETH EVERY TIME I BRUSH THEM!!--- If I could give it less than a star I would. 2 years ago I went to the clinic to get my teeth done “Hollywood smile”. It’s a real scam. Just a PR clinic that cares about money that’s all! They lie constantly, with appointments and I was quoted one price then given another one after I saw the dentist! I did them with Dr Firas who ensured me I would get the result I want. I trusted him and the reputation of the clinic but I was so wrong. They are money hungry and just wanted me to pay and leave. They thought they’d never see me again so why bother. Since then I have been suffering with crippling pain; I can’t eat or drink without pain shooting and me screaming. I told the dr after I returned home that I was suffering and he kept saying it’ll go away, use this or that toothpaste. It never helped so I went to see my regular dentist in London, and he told me the veneers were done so badly and need to be replaced, they have actually damaged my teeth. Extra cement left, poor bonding technique (not caring to do the job properly) and excessive teeth filing have ruined my teeth behind repair. The only solution is to get them removed and done again by another dentist. Which could damage them even further. I contacted Dr Firas, I was very angry and upset. He told me he’d only do it if I paid him AGAIN! I paid thousands on my teeth that he did badly and he wants more?! What kind of respectful professional clinic would do that?! Does that sounds like a clinic you can trust?? I don’t think so. I refused of course, I’m not paying again to fix a problem they caused. I am now taking this to the DHA and would encourage people to stay away from the clinic. Do your research and listen to reviews, there are excellent dentists out there don’t believe the PR they use it’s a lie. I wish I knew then what I know now I would’ve never done it ever. I am suffering everyday, and on top of that I will never get my teeth back! They are damaged for life! But I will not stay quiet, I am taking this further.UPDATEs: after writing this review I was contacted by the clinic, they are worried about their image and wanted to shut me up after writing this. She tried to make me feel like I was lying and that their clinic is excellent, no complaints ever! And that this is the first complaint they have ever received. Looking at their reviews here I don’t believe that for a second.Not how you should handle a complaint, if they knew what patient care is!The clinic manager said she had no idea what the issue is; which if true shows how unprofessional this clinic is, as I have been complaining to dr Feras for years. However after explaining my pain AGAIN to her she said she’ll call me back and surprise, a week later no call! So I emailed her and her response was that I should come to the clinic again!!! Maybe so they can scam me some more, or try and shut me up! I told her repeatedly over the phone I don’t trust the dr anymore and she kept saying come to the clinic so we can see your teeth! As if I’m lying about my teeth! You know exactly what kind of work you did, and it was HORRIBLE!I am now taking this to the DHA and then to the court. If anyone here feels that they have been mistreated as well, do get in touch and we can all raise a case against this clinic.

I think Clinic Joelle is over rated! My experience wasn’t the best! I had my appointment booked for a treatment with Dr Salivaras who was more interested in getting us out of his room than listening to our concerns. People in that place are commercial rather than caring! Definitely won’t go again.

The laser specialist is not qualified enough , she skips wide areas of body So she can convince you to book more sessions, the whole clinic has only one laser device which got broken in the middle of the session

Got my lip fillers here and going to get more work done here as well because I got such an amazing time with the Dr and his team he was very professional and knowledgeable dr.the staff are all very professional and welcoming.the Dr. Was also very gentle with his njection technique and was very reassuring and comforting during the injection and made me feel very at ease!the office was absolutely gorgeous, and luxurious feel! This place is wonderful from every sides! Im leaving a review here for two reasons:a) None of the reviews are actually any good, this place looks like a fan club white-board with mostly incomplete and / or poorly composed statements.b) I recently escaped the clutches of Dr Joy (Jumeirah branch) and their unethical, money extortion strategies and instead had a wonderful experience with Dr Firas and Dr Bachir for myself, my daughter and my nephew.I can only highly recommend this clinic for their up-to-date equipment, top-class professionalism and courtesy, in addition to the excellent treatment and care they performed. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, with skilled and courteous staff. Although every time Ive been there, there have been a lot of patients, the actual waiting time is very short to none. Theyre prompt with their schedules and give you the time to first perform analysis around the problem youre experiencing, and then taking the time out to give you a full run-down on cost breakdown. Theyre quoted costs dont change throughout the treatment, irrespective of the number of times you visit the doctors (unlike my experience at Dr Joy). I greatly felt they dont assume youre made of gold dust and value your time and money. Mostly it felt like youre being treated as a human by humans, and to me that says a lot about their work ethics.

Most horrible experience i have ever went through. I had cavities after my braces so I went to joelle clinic for the dentist dr. Firas and he did the fillings for my cavities after almost two years I went to a differing dentist and he was so shocked as to what filling dr. Firas has used for my cavities. Now i am suffering from pain. Really the worst clinic ever never go to it no matter what. It’s all publicity and all the hype is about her stupid show. Anyways really hate this place don’t do the same mistake i did.

Unfortunately, even a star of loss among them. I cleaned the skin with Alfieh. Unfortunately, they cleaned me in 20 minutes and no blackheads or anything came out. They said, “These are pores,” and when I cleaned them with my own hands, they came out, unfortunately, and it was 600 dirhams, a loss, the first and last time I came to them.

I had an appointment today at five and a quarter with Dr. Sahar, a dermatologist. The doctor asked me what type of treatment I would like to make. I told her to cut the fibers. She said that there is such a treatment and you choose between them. How can I choose what you are the doctor when you are supposed to know what suits me? The important thing is that she gave me Karim Amla was numb and left the room without speaking to me or anything and went and waited for more than half an hour!! I went to wash him and asked about the doctor and they said to relax and we will call her. The important thing is that it was late for me.. and I left the clinic!!!! They called me to the clinic. Come back. The doctor is waiting for you upstairs. How is she waiting for me upstairs? She came out and did not talk to me or say that I would come back in ten minutes or half an hour!! I didnt like the style of all of them.. and this is the first and last time I enter the clinic..
