Id definitely recommend Cocoona. Ive been coming here for years, for laser etc and the service + equipment are top notch. Sally is the best therapist out there - she doesnt compromise on your health and safety and still delivers great results (in addition to being a genuinely very lovely person!) The reception team are super friendly and offer great customer service and genuine warmth, especially Jenny.

I had an amazing experience at Cocoona Clinic with Dr. Mai. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome right away. The clinic was clean and comfortable. I had Factor five and the results were fantastic. The team explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend Dr. Mai for anyone looking for great beauty treatments. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently had a laser treatment session at Cocoona Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. The clinic is immaculate and has a calming atmosphere that put me at ease right away.

I had a satisfactory first experience with Botox at this clinic. However, when I returned after six months and brought two friends, the results were disappointing. One friend had two retouches, but the effects vanished within a month. Both my other friend and I saw our results disappear within six weeks. I contacted the clinic about these issues, and although customer service assured me they would escalate the matter to management, we have yet to receive any follow-up. Overall, the lack of resolution and communication has been quite frustrating. A lot of question marks and concerns about the quality used and the lack of resolution or answers

I came in for a hair treatment at 3:15pm and my appointment was booked 3 days prior. I arrived at the clinic 10 min before the appointment and the receptionist mentioned my treatment would start by 3:25pm which did not happen and I waited for another 10 min before leaving.The receptionist did not have the courtesy to tell me there would be a big delay due to the therapist having a prior appointment. Would have been better for them to call and inform about the delay and to respect people’s time.

I was recommended this clinic by a friend for its reputed quality and Botox treatments. I decided to try it myself and received Botox from one of their doctors. After the initial treatment, I followed up with a retouch session as advised.Unfortunately, just 40 days later, the effects completely disappeared, as if I had never had the treatment. Since this was my first experience with Botox, I was informed it should last several months. Sadly, the same issue occurred with two friends I had recommended to the clinic.I reached out to the clinic and was told they would escalate the issue to the manager and get back to me. However, it has been over three weeks with no response or resolution, and I am no longer expecting one.I urge caution and recommend avoiding this clinic. Their professionalism and service quality, particularly in Dubai, have been disappointing and unacceptable.

I had an eyelash transplant with Dr. Anup five months ago, and I couldnt be more happier with the results. From my first appointment, Dr. [Anup] was incredibly honest, transparent and knowledgeable about the procedure, recovery time, and every step involved. This level of professionalism is hard to find, as many other clinics often withhold information to entice patients.Initially, I was hesitant about the procedure, especially given its sensitivity around the eyes. However, Dr. Anups confidence and knowledge reassured me, and I decided to move forward. I used to have short, thin eyelashes and struggled for years with artificial ones, visiting salons every two weeks. Now, my eyelashes are unbelievably long, dark, and beautiful. I havent needed to visit a salon in months and doubt I will ever go back to artificial lashes.I wanted to share my experience to encourage other women facing similar issues to consider this option. The procedure takes about an hour and a half to two hours, requires only local anesthesia, and its cost is very affordable. The results are stunning and long-lasting, and the clinic has an excellent reputation. Dr. Anup regularly checked in on me, demonstrating genuine care and kindness for my satisfaction.They provided free follow-ups for six months after the procedure and consistently collected my feedback to ensure high quality. Words cant express my gratitude to Dr. Anup and the entire team at the clinic for transforming my eyelashes for a lifetime. I underwent a mustache transplant just over a year ago with high hopes for great results. Unfortunately, the outcome has been extremely disappointing. The transplant has produced sparse and uneven growth, with patchy areas and hairs growing in various directions. The results are far from what was promised, and I feel that the time and money invested were completely wasted. If I had insecurities before the procedure, they have only been exacerbated. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone.

The only treatment that works and gives results is with Dr. Smita who handles laser and emerald. Otherwise the rest is a bad joke. Call center is confused and no coordination between department - i was called Ms. Fatima my name is Souha and been their client since ten years (so sad). the dentist cant even manage time he did scaling and no polishing my teeth ended up staining badly with the first two weeks and when following up he didnt even apologize or take ownership for a 400+Dirham job no completed - i moved to another clinic the same work is at aed 250 and is completed thoroughly ! (bad joke again). The nutritionist is another dilema - who writes up 5 pieces of fruit per day and tons of lentils for me as someone who already is borderline on insulin has IBS and eats animal protein for satiety and has an allergy to garlic - i get a menu that has fruits, lentils, barely any animal protein and recipes with garlic (very detail orientated i am sure) the result is major gastric upset. Now i am with a nutritionist who understand workouts and what is taken at the gym as well to incorporate into the diet - and lost 5 kg in one month while building muscle mass - Go Figure. so sad how commercial and mediocre this industry has become.

If I can give them a 0 stars I would. Beware of this clinic they will try to scam you in anyway possible. I called to get an estimate quotation on eye skin tag removal and they wouldn’t tell me the price roughly over the phone. I called to make an app for my husband and my husband has no idea how much pricings are generally for laser skin tag treatments. They charged him 3500 aed for something that should’ve been roughly 500-1000 aed for one session! On top of it, they told me they gave him a discount because usually they charge 4500-5000 aed for skin tag laser removals! WOW!! Never again I will recommend this to my family or any of my friends to come here. No respect for their clients!

Cocoona clinic is an amazing place. People are always smiling at you and welcoming you. The follow up is so professional and they know what they are doing. Dr. Vikesh and team did my procedure and they were and still so supportive. Great people indeed.

I have been coming to Cocoona for the last 7 8 years now for laser, skin treatments etc. I highly recommend Smita. She is excellent and she has transformed my skin.

I paid 35,000AED in July for my surgery and cancelled my surgery in August. We are now in October and I still did not get my money back.I do not recommend this clinic because they have poor management skills and no ethics.

I’ve been a patient for so long but I don’t know what’s going on I had the worst hydra facial they don’t even know how to use the machine in a right way they peeled my skin off had scars on my face after the facial it’s been five days scars still there I’ve been doing facial for so many years didn’t experience bruises or scar from a facial they basically put a lot of aggression towards the skin literally pulling of the skin and I contacted them they said it’s normal which is not normal so bad

Ive had 3 Morpheus RF microneedling sessions with Sally so far and she is the best!!! Definitely made me feel at ease during the sessions. Counseled me appropriately regarding post treatment skin care. Have noticed a considerable difference in skin tone and texture after each treatment. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever !! NOT professional services.It was my first time with them. I booked in advance for a consultation + deep cleansing facial. Upon consultation I wanted to add dermapen or chemical peel.I clearly informed all of the above to them at the time of booking. When I reached there they had no idea about my services. The therapist didnt know about any other facial apart from one hydrafacial basic. She mentioned she dont have time for consultation or any other treatment. My booking is for only 30 min. She was not even interested to do anything for me.She was not wearing gloves. She gave me a different price suddenly which was much higher then what was given to me before. Anyways I decided to do hydrafacial basic as my skin really needed a cleansing. During the procedure someone kept coming inside/ knocking and they were constantly rushing the therapist to finish. I was literally LEFT in the middle of procedure. Therapist didnt even finish cleaning my skin..quickly applied mask and told me its finished. I tried to talk to manager but she didnt want to understand and just started to defend her employee. Extremely disappointing. The staff at reception understood and they told me they will contact me for complimentary facial but I will still need to pay some amount. This is so weird. How is it complimentary then ? They just fooled me as they just wanted me to pay and leave. Noone contacted me until now. I feel so cheated. I literally paid for nothing on my skin. My face still looks so dull and dirty. My skin feels rough. Very bad services. 👎 I will not recommend their clinic.

I did hair FUT transplant on frontal head in 2020, since beginning the results are not favorable, the grafts were not dense and now I have to hide the transplanted area with my original hairs, as the transplanted area looks so uglyIt is after paying 11000 AEDAnd the scar from the donar area is much visibleDisappointingNow again I’m planning to have FUE to hide the scar of donor area and to have more graft density at the frontal head

Nightmare !!! Unfortunately my recent experience with Dr Purva Gupta was marred by unprofessionalism and very bad attitude.She demonstrated lack of courtesy and displayed a proud demeanor.She was not interested in doing any of the promotional offers as adverstised by cocoona on different social sites and bluntly said she doesnt do promotion work.She kept pushing me to procedures with a higher price and made everything so uncomfortable. I was randomly given this doctor( not even a derm or plastic surgeon) by the cocoona call center. Her arrogant and rude behaviour created a very negative experience for me. Wish i had done my research before meeting her and wasting my time.I still regret visiting Cocoona.

I went through a traumatic surgery a couple of months ago and then got recommended to see Dr Sanjay to ‘fix my issues’ thereafter. I have no words to explain how amazing my journey has been since. While I continue to heal from a fairly complex situation which I will be happy to explain in a few months from now once fully healed I will add that I have been made to feel comfortable and my faith has been restored in knowing there are honest, compassion and highly professionally experienced doctors like Dr Sanjay who take care of you and ensure that the best service is provided. I continue to go in for my treatment at the moment and I do have a long way to recover fully but knowing I am in the best hands in reassuring more than ever!His remarkable team like Dr Manju and Nurse Asha continue to be on call 24/7 for any queries.I wish constantly that I knew Dr Sanjay and his team a few months ago and did my research better!!But better late than never!!!Cocoona, thank you for being there! Sally was an amazing nurse and helped me a lot. she is really good i definitely recommend.

Really bad experience interms of call centre agent,when I asked about procedure cost, she replied it depends on grafts used but roughly 2000 to 2500 grafts 10,000 dhm but today we have 50% off if you want to come today. After a small thought I asked to book consultation nd After i visit at 530pm outlet manager Ms jessica said NO SUCH OFFER running. Cost is 10k+ vat. So call centre team is only sitting to get customer onboard with false statements. Doctors might be good BUT MISLEAD WITH WRONG COMMITMENTS is 1st face.

Went for my first Botox injection. I enquired about a current offer, but they started talking about a new special offer… but said I’d like to discuss with Dr. about my concerns prior to subject myself to a deal.As soon as I entered the room the DR made a comment about my age… that “ why I wanted to have Botox as I was only in my early 30s” I said I wanted to enhance my apparence and look less tired after 2 kids under 2.My area of concerns that I wanted to get treated were forehead, eyes and and smile lines. I agreed to the fact the the smile line needed a filler but because of how I naturally smile I would still have a crease, and choose not to do so. Then DR only wanted to treat the forehead, to my disappointment… And didn’t need anything else due to my age (31). Did the injections and told me to comeback in 10 days before my move.After 4 days I inquired with the clinic via WhatsApp about the fact the my eyes looked way more tired than before, they told me I have already a appointment coming and close the chat.On my appointment Dr said he did his job, correctly as my eye lid works properly and told me that my concerns looks fine and effect will wear off…After a couple days I decided to go see another specialist in Canada cause I didn’t like the result of Botox I had..and they told me they over injected my forehead as my brows don’t move equally, and the hooded bags over my eyes (why I looked more tired) was also a result for too much toxins injected. It happens often they said but needs to be take in consideration while injecting for optimal results.I understand results can be different for everyone…but I felt all my concerned was dismissed and not listened. I also felt judged to wanted to enhance my apparence at the first place by some comments about my age. Hence my 2 stars.

I’m really disappointed in them. I’ve been to do my lips twice with them and today I asked them what was used. Turns out they don’t even have my details registered! On my first visit they took my emirates ID and now suddenly no one knows anything.

Many of the services they provide are excellent and I would highly recommend any treatment done with Dr Smita is something you will NOT regret.She still does my sessions and is extremely professional and continues to build such an important relationship of trust with her clients.They also offer bundles for their services so you are getting your money’s worth!The only thing left to be desired is a more organized front office as appointment availability / coordination/ tracking of package is quite challenging.Dr Smita makes it worth going back despite this small setback. When asking what is going on, the receptionist says the doctor is still at the hospital.... she will be here in maybe 30 minutes...I left, and will never go back. A week ago i booked an appointment with Dr. Gabriel at 10:00am, at Cocoona Al Wasl. I was told every by the clinic to come 15 min early to finish registration, and i did.After waiting for about 5 min in the waiting area ( which was terrible, the AC wasnt even turned on) i was told by the reception that the doctor will be half an hour late.45 min passed and the doctor did not show up. I got bored and just left.After 15 min from the time that i left the Clinic called and informed me that the doctor has arrived. They had the audacity to call me back after waiting an hour just to consult a doctor.The annoying thing is that i had to come all the way to Dubai from Abu Dhabi on a Saturday morning just for a doctor to be late.How come the clinic keeps reminding me of my appointment every day with these annoying messages and yet the doctor is an hour late. It was rude from the doctor and i hope that he gets what he deserves.

Dr Homeira is a fantastic dentist. I never liked going to the dentist, but she has changed that. She is gentle and explains everything that she is doing. She is knowledgeable and helps her patients choose the best treatment for them, she doesnt just sell the most expensive. I would highly recommended her.

I have been attending this clinic for almost 12 months now with Dr. Purva and she is amazing. As a female in her 50s wanting to look and feel good at this age Dr. Purva has been tremendous in both her treatments and her honesty. She has never tried to push anything onto me and her methods are professional and have given me great results. I would highly recommend her especially for anyone who is nervous - she is so patient and makes you feel so comfortable. AMAZING doctor, i have finally started to get my confidence back thanks to her.

In my experience , did a hair transplant with themThe Job didnt meet 1% of my expectation , had a square shape depleted area and they used very thick grafts for the hairline , I paid around 200,000Dhs to fix the damage in Belguim and only one Doctor in the world approved to fix it since it was almost impossible to repair , it was 8 days repair in 2 sessions , thanks god my issue was reversable after 2 years of embarrassment .Be careful guys

I had breast augmentation with Dr Rani. From my initial consultation I felt at ease and felt that she was very informative. She talked me through all my options and was very thorough when measuring me and recording what i wanted. I was back to work only 5 days after the surgery. I have been going to this clinic in Al Wasl for many years now and availed their service. Today I came for TCA peel with Ms. Sally where she took me to a room and left me in there for 15 mins without AC in a dark room. When I went out of the room she was with receptionist chatting and I asked her long it will take she told she will come back in few mins . After few minutes I went out and she told she is checking some peeling price for me which is not what I asked for and I did not feel it right cause I thought the prices are fixed and they give some discount sometimes . Today I felt they were trying to trick me to get something done which Ms Sally did not explain but just trying to do the procedure and charge me . I was very terrified and left the place as I was very uncomfortable with the behavior and will never go back again .

This clinic offers low prices on treatments that cost much more at other clinics. However, once you do the research it becomes clear that the price is often low because many of the treatments they do are stand alone without the necessary protocols that are needed to optimize the treatment. For example, vivace treatment was done as a stand alone and I walked out with a red face with open wound that took a long time to heal and left my face dry and looking awful. They then recommend another course of treatment 3 weeks later. At another clinic which I paid more, multiple serums, nutrients, masks, and healing lights were used to enhance the treatment. The results were so much better and the healing time was less. They also advised to wait at least four weeks or more to allow proper healing. You get what you pay for.

Very disappointed with their unprofessional way to deal with customers. I purchased a package for a treatment. I booked an appointment in advance to make sure I follow the plan and every month my appointment was cancelled by sms the day before. No explanation. I had to call them myself to reschedule and then even that appointment would often be cancelled. I tried to reach out to the manager about the issue, I was told twice that someone will contact me. It has been 2 weeks and no one bothered to call. I regret paying in advance for a treatment I am not able to get due to their poor scheduling.

I had my braces done and all follow up appointments with Dr. Odeh at Cocoona. Right from the beginning, he made me feel comfortable discussing my needs and how the procedure would be handled. His kindness and thoughtfulness about the wellbeing of his patients is a sight to behold. 0 stars. My laser therapist burned my face. Post inflammatory reaction causing hyper pigmentation to be specific. I had 6 sessions with her without any results; no hair reduction at all. Instead I started getting brown patches/spots on my face. After confronting her regarding my issue, she denied it yet prescribed me Mebo which is made for burns. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied. Ive had these marks on my face for over a year now. I dont write reviews but Im currently suffering trying to do all sorts of treatments with nothing working for me. In addition, I respect Dr. Sanjay, but I wouldnt want any other patient going through what I did.

I had horrible experience dealing with doctor Deshpande getting my lip fillers. The procedure was done very badly and not the way it should be performed. The charges were expensive and my bill was around 8000dhs getting different procedures done. I wasted my money and its an year now and still my lips are not like before. The shape is not balanced because he ruined it by putting two injections and that much was not even required. Dr. Mazen was very kind and nice to fix the disaster and they offer me to dissolve them and than fix it for free. But still my lips till date are not in right shape as before and when I asked them to fix it as I had to take months gap to let everything settle down as advised by the doctor. Recently they refused to fix it for free because it almost an year. First of all Doc Deshpande ruined my lips, I had to get everything dissolved and torture my lips, after that Dr. Mazen tried to fix it but still my lips needed some time to recover and than I can finally go for a perfect lip filler. For whole one year I had not balanced lips and with lumps!

Very disappointed with customer service, I paid for a whole vial (1200 dhs) of filler of which only half was used as told by the doctor. I was told these fillers would last for 7m and they hardly lasted 4-6 weeks. We then hit pandemic and when i called them to follow up and ask for the remainder of my filler, i was told these have expired and i shud have come in march( mind you this was the height of the lockdown when the whole of dubai was under curfew), for all i know, someone elses vial was used on me and they dont want to open a new one. Long story short- i asked them to compensate/adjust/refund my left over amount and they have refused to come back to me. Inspite of calling several times and emailing- i hvnt heard back from them. Absolutely pathetic practices and customer service. Cocoona- you should be ashamed of how you have dealt with me.

I had gone through FUT and FUE hair transplantation by Dr. Lokesh handa and his awesome crew members. It was less pain and quicker heel 2 days procedure. Its been 23 days now and head looks good with new transplanted hairs. It started shedding off now hopes very soon recover with new baby hairs. Its too early to say About result. I have to wait for 6 months. I must say that doctor Lokesh is professional in his field. If any clarification about HT please visit him once.
