I booked through Instagram and when I got there I saw the Google reviews and was about to cancel, there are ALOT of bad Google reviews HOWEVER, Dr Ida was amazing, the reception were lovely and the experience was quick, accurate and safe. I would use them again, THANK YOU

Don’t do laser there, I got face laser, nothing was removed the hair is as it was before.

I took a Laser package with them and I was on my last session scheduled on Dec 9. Ive been sending them messages on whatsapp no one is answering. Ive tried calling them phone cannot be reached. I searched for other number to call was able to speak with someone a guy on the line only to find out that the clinic was closed for renovation? Why they did not notify by sending whatsapp messages? Now Ive been trying to send message again even sent a whatsapp on the other number asking when the clinic will be open again no one still replying. I am so disappointed, I just want to use my last session and wont be back to this clinic again. I paid this package long time but they wont prioritize you with booking an appointment.

Worst place ever . Visited thrice for laser hair removal and at the end the technician burnt my neck. Management changes the staff on frequent basis and everyone is so unprofessionalAlso dont refund money if we request for cancellation of service. Please avoid this clinic

I had the best experience with this clinic. Halimat was able to schedule me in and all the appointment details were well organized. Halimat was friendly and informative of all the clinic was offering. Dr. Samar is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and informative. Everything I had done was explained to me and done effortlessly without pain or issues. Dr Samar is very great at what she does, but she is also very caring as she follows up continuously to check your progress and whatever needs you may have.I will definitely go back for whatever services I may need, and I highly recommend you to visit this clinic - the staff and Dr Samar are truly gifted and talented with the kindest hearts.

They didnt tell us the machine of the laser wasnt working, 2nd the women doesnt know how to work on a machine , 3rd oops the gas finished from the laser machine , so wait ok... unbelievable man I really dont recommend this place

They keep closing their branch all the time don’t buy packages u will end up not getting treatment as they will close their branch for 2-3 months. Will never call u even if u have appointment it happened with me 3 times until I finish my package, coming to the clinic and it’s closed and no one informs .

Literally the absolute worst clinic to do any laser treatments or facials at. Appointments keep getting cancelled and rescheduled for months. The laser machine (Candella) is always not working properly. The laser technicians are constantly changing and are very under qualified. Very unfortunate experience and when I spoke to the management regarding this, the manager was extremely unprofessional and was lecturing me regarding my frustration as if we as clients in this clinic do not have the right to complain. Definitely do not recommend.

I’m so happy with the service, I did laser treatment with Ruda , she is very professional, very clever and patient. The girls on the reception very helpful and pleasant especially Mariam and Hayam. Thank you so much for the good service.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Dont take packages from them. Staff changes every week. Machine not working and keeps overheating and shutting down because theyre overusing the only laser machine they have. Previous customer havent left the room when the next person is rushed in. And apparently, they dont understand what an appointment means because they book so many people at the same time, or give you an appointment then they forget about it. I cant comment on other services but for Laser Hair Removal go elsewhere.

Absolutely horrendous experience to pay for a full body deal for 6 sessions and ended up just getting 2. Their management has been nothing short of a disappointment. I have called the reception girls at least 7 times in the last one month to get me an appointment and they have not helped at all. I want my money back and want to speak to the higher management ASAP!

We should raise them to DHA …Never do hair lazer from them, they are worst. I have done lazer before from other clinics, this time i tried them they took advance money for all sessions and after that they dont care about customer queries their lazer was pathetic they have only one machine which doesn’t function. This machine can be harmful for your skin. As i have black marks on my skin even after 15 days. They did my lazer wrongly and after that they dont revert my enquiries. Neither they pick any calls.

Bought the 5 laser session for 200 aed, not all promos are good. Very bad service, laser session were done in patches and in a hurry. No quality at all. I told them i was not happy with their service. I will never go to this clinic.

Horrible! They scheduled me at 7 pm. I’m on time and then they asked me to wait 1 hour!! Drove 40 mins to reached their on time and then asked me to wait one more hour? Really? What’s the sense of scheduling if you cannot stick on it. Clearly you don’t care other’s people time! This is the 2nd time. My first time, I waited 45 mins.. other people also waited more than an hour that time. The lady receptionist with curly hair even rude and impolite . Even told me a bit arrogantly it’s up to you if you want to wait or not. Wow, you don’t even feel sorry. I end up leaving because of their bad treatment.I wont recommend this!

Very very bad service. I did a chin filler with Dr. Gaith 1 week ago. He told me to come back to check and retouch after 5 days for free since there is balance left from the filler place. I went back to him excatly on the days requested to respect his advise and driving all the way there after work and traffic and had already set my appointment.Im told to wait from the receptionist. The doctor comes out for a while and see that also 4 more clients are waiting outside for him. He Calls me in the corridor. It was a dark light and barely can see anything. He tells me all is fine with my chin so no need to do touch up. I expressed to him that Im not happy and wanted a bit intervention. He said ok but u will wait after 4 clients . I told him I have appointment already . He said ok but I have to do other clients even though they didnt book for it since thats the beauty industry. Soooo unprofessional and discusting.they have no idea how to respect to the customer. I left like that without even doing my service or apologised at least... so dissaponted never coming back or recommending it. Worst worst worst

Firstly, I am having the need to write this review after reading all the negative comments. I totally understand that obviously there must have been something really wrong for so many people to write about the same thing. My experience was actually quite good to be fair:First of all my husband got his laser done and although for the price we paid was an amazing deal he still had patches not done. I can justify this for the price we paid so that fine. As for myself I got the Hifu for the face and neck by the Syrian Dr named Ghaith. He was informative and very professional with the procedure, I could also see the noticeable change in my face straight away. Overall for the price you pay and what you get in return is good and I can’t complain. Thank you for your services.

Highly unprofessional, did my Botox and hifu two weeks ago. Over the phone they said they have an offer for 300 full face botox. Just did two areas got charged normal prices. And was asked to come back in two weeks if there’s any corrections.Now they are saying they are charging. And the Botox hasn’t stayed on.Not worth it being cheap it’s not good service at all. Never going here again or recommending anyone to as well.

NOT WORTH THE LOW PRICES.Do not waste your time and money.The only reason I decided to give this place a try was because it was recommended by a friend for offering really good deals and prices for their services.I visited them a couple of times for hair laser removal. Firstly, It is always difficult to get an appointment and even when you do get an appointment you still have a long wait time till they take you in for the service you have booked. My last appointment with them was for hair PRP and body hair removal laser.For my hair PRP session the doctor seemed highly unprofessional. There was no consultation done. She didn’t even take a look at my scalp to check my condition and recommend a treatment accordingly. It was my first time, I had questions and concerns, which I was asking her for clarification, she didn’t speak proper English so I didn’t understand much. I didn’t feel safe at all to do the procedure, as I felt she was not well experienced. I then proceeded for my hair removal laser. The WORST of it all, the technician burnt my skin and went over my tattoo with the laser twice. It’s basic laser rule 101: NEVER GO OVER A TATTOO. I kept telling her it is quite painful compared to the usual procedure, but she just kept going. I came back home with painful scars.I still have some sessions left with them, but I am never going back. I would recommend to pay a little higher price and go somewhere more professional and safe, as at the end of the day it’s your health and well-being at stake.

The stuff are careless and helpless . they are deleting the customer details and data from the system so if you paid and you through the invoice then ur money will lost. If there 0 stars I’ll do it but we should add one star at least.

Horrible experience started even before arriving with so much confusion with the booking. I had to confirm the booking made on Instagram myself via WhatsApp the same day. I was 5 minutes away when the representative called me to ask when I’d like to schedule my session (?). Arrived there for laser hair removal. Place was filthy and dusty (took a small video that I’d be happy to present for evidence). They make you sign a waiver that basically says they had explained everything thoroughly but they don’t give any instructions. The technician didn’t even define the areas with white pen before starting the session, therefore going back and forth on the same area twice. Luckily left with very small burns that got better with home treatment. So happy I didn’t take the offer. Don’t let the cheap prices fool you. It’s not worth the risk.

Horrible experience started in giving me a higher price than my friend who booked the same service in the same day!!!! But because my clinic is fully booked and I had a flight I had to go just near my house..I supposed to do full body hair removal session .. any clinic I ever visited face is included the full body but they gave me extra fee!!And once I reached they said the machine I requested is suddenly not working I need to do in other machines and asked me to do a research about it !! Is my time free guys ??Then when I said no suddenly again they said working now !! Really ??The “ specialist “ had no idea how to do the laser actually.. she didn’t marek the body and when I asked her how you will know which part you’ve done she said it’s my job and no needIn the clinic I used to go I do with candila pro the same machine they have and usually there a bit hurt once they do the pulse .. with her I told her I can’t feel anything she said it’s fine the machine is working!!And the surprise is the hair has grew out as I didn’t do the session on timeA WASTE of time and moneyI DONOT recommend it at all !!!

So unprofessional and cheap clinic,I had appointment at 13:00 for laser, the doctor was 40 minutes late, and after getting ready for laser the machine is not working. They supposed to check it before the customers arrival. The worst clinic ever!They will book you and let you wait at least 1 hour every visit because they’re overbooking so many patients at the same time without you knowing. They use their packages as a way to get customers but in reality the service is so bad and their machines are not sanitised properly and the laser room is so filthy. They dont have enough staff and they keep changing their staff because the staff are treated badly and are staying over time and not paid enough. This clinic should be CLOSED.

Horrible clinic. The technician did not know how to use the laser machine or maintain any safety precautions and on top of that was rude. Firstly the laser machine and parts are broken and not kept well. Very very unprofessional in their dealing and unhygienic. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Hated the experience in this clinic. Made me wait for 3 hours for a laser session. And they do this every time. Atleast an hour or two.of waiting. The appointments are taken in advance and still they dont work on it. When I complained to the COO , he was rude on the call. This is customer harassment.

Been a couple of times for dental care to this clinic and I was impressed on the clinic and the professionalism of their employees. I highly recommend the services they offer as they are not as expensive as other clinics and also the service you receive is worth it. They also accept many insurances.They explain you everything in detail before they start any treatment, that makes the patient feel secure and safe (as we all tend to be afraid of dentist :) ) . Really worth trying this place. Ill definitely continue going as a patient.My Dr by they way was Dr Batria. She was quite good!! Ill continue requesting appointments with her.

Got an appointment for mesotherapy, made booking through call. When I arrived on time, they said who made my booking, I believe they just did not put my details or just forgot about me. I was waiting for 45-50 minutes and they said I have to wait at least 50 minutes more, because the specialist will come with delay. I was shocked because they could reschedule me or at least say in the beginning that the specialist will not come on time, but I had to waste 50 minutes at reception. When I said I’m leaving, they said: why? Can’t u just wait ? I was trying to explain that I have other things to do, and I’m not ready to wait for 1,5 hour. Did not get any apologies from management….

I had the absolute WORST experience with Dr. ASMA for PRP. she is so careless . she asked me how much i paid so i told her that i took offer price and because i paid less she treated me really bad . She completed the procedure in less than 5 minutes. if you wanna waste your money Book her.the management of clinic is also not really good . the reception ladies are always free but they will never reply you on instagram or on phone properly . i think the owner should hire some professional people who know something about customer services..

Worst clinic when it comes to customer service and organizing , very rude and unprofessional stuff working there specially the morrocan girl working in reception. First time I called she answered and kept me waiting while she is talking with her colleague and forgot about me. I had to hang up since she didn’t come back again. The clinic is very bad. I paid more than twelve laser sessions, and now it still appears to me as if I did not pay anything. Also, the fillers are bad and cheap and expired. I wish the clinic and staff would be closed as well Commercial clinic.

I visited the clinic in order to do some Botox & fillers as I was attracted by the special Eid offers they mentioned on their media adds. It ended up paying more than double than what was mentioned on the adds and when I complained the lady at the reception without making any effort to comfort me and with obvious intention just to get as much more money possible used the excuse that the doctor used different materials than the adds! When I told her that this isnt ethical and I will not come back she didnt even care just she made sure the transaction was done and even she didnt say thank you . The Syrian doctor though I cant remember his name who did the procedure was very good ,very informative and careful and he did a good job.I found it absolutely unethical to use wrong information on the adds in order to attract customers and when it comes to billing to pay more than double.

VERY UNPROFESSIONALSTAY AWAY for your safety!First they made me wait 40 minutes,Meanwhile everything was disorganized, workers ignoring customers and the owner shouting at them..Seeing that unprofessionalism I immediately regretted my decision to trust them with my face.When I finally started my procedure, a technician put numbing cream on my face without explaining and left it on for about 35 minutes!When I realized what it was I immediately wiped it off (because numbing creams with Lidocaine can enter the bloodstream and cause serious side effects) but it was too late..I had to shout to call someone because until that point (75 minutes into my appointment!) no doctor has seen me or talked to me!Because of that neglect, I got red rashes on my face and felt dizzy, so the doctor eventually recommended that I dont go ahead with the procedure.I asked therefore for a refund, but they refused and insisted that I reschedule! I explained that I will have a professional doctor check my face and definitely dont feel comfortable going back.I guess Ill have to go through a lot of hussle to get my money back but that would still be better than going again to that horrible place!

Tried to make my booking specifically at the clinic but Dr Alla who is registered here refused and tricked me into doing the treatment in her house. The doctor is very unprofessional any side effects you have she will ignore after she gained the money. Never visit this doctor.

My experience at Confident Dental & skin care & the other branch Alex care clinc Dmcc was deeply disappointing. I suffered a burn during the session, and the customer service I received was rude and disrespectful.

Terrible customer service, specially the receptionist Arwa, totally incompetent and not customer friendly. Made an appointment over the phone, once I got there, Ms Arwa asked me who gave me the appointment and that my name is not on their list. Which I replied what she wants me to do, she said called the guy who gave you the appointment. Is it my duty to call?? Once I finished my procedure, other customers were waiting and upset from the customer service. Apparently they had booked for laser however the machine was not working and they had not been informed.DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!

Dont waste your time on this place, the management is horrible. we booked an appointment for 9 am and the staff wasnt even there, we didnt recieve our treatment till almost 10. The lady doing the laser was aggressive & very rude. The staff is rude, the service is horrible, the laser doesnt even give you any results. I come this place for my pigmentation treatment my friend recommended me. N i check Instagram page n talk with the management n went. They give me treatment with out seeing my skin problems no consultant. They tell me to do prp n meso treatment.When they told blood i was thinking its make be for blood test. But no, they make prp n put injection on my pigmentation. I keep going for 2 months but after i feel my pigmentation was becoming more n coming new one from the place they put injection. I wait for long time to heal but it was different cases they did wrong things on my face. I keep trying to contact them but all the staff has left the job. And also they block me on instagram. I pay money to spoil my face? I dnt know how u ll fix my face but i need to fix it . i come for treatment not to spoil

I went to have a consultation. I got amazed how I was treated. Dentist is very knowledgeable and accommodating to address all my issues.The moment I entered, I felt so welcomed. All staffs and their Manager are very warm and friendly. It was an wonderful visit.On top of everything, the clinic looks beautiful!

Extremely poor service and unprofessional staff. I will list dow everything I faced with this clinic.1- extremely cheap but even the quality is cheap2- I never got appointment until i ask for refund3- Dr. Hussain did my PRP and I informed him that I just did my transplant 3 weeks ago so be gentle yet he scrub so hard after the PRP session that he damaged so many grafts that I am not having regrowth now.4- He will try to sell you creams at half the price of the clinic by giving you some private number to call later (cheating his own company)5- During PRP session he was so rough with the needles and despite of telling him to slow down he told me I have more clients so just breath. Pathetic6-They dont have any appointment system in place so you will get 10 calls for confirmation and still when you reach on the day and they will not have your name or they will take 20min to find out out where did they wrote your name.7- They have 1 doctor for all cosmatic treatments and 2 technician for laser that is why they always completely bookedI dint know about the clinic well and i took so many packages for me and my wife by someones reference.since FEB and till date i manage to get only 1 PRP and my wife got 1 laser session. It is a very unprofessional place. Specially whoever uses their instagram account is very rude and unprofessional. I asked them if they can make me an online receipt for 4 laser body sessions. They replied just to pay i have to go to their clinic which doesnt makes sense because the promotion was online for a limited time a week and they had no avaliable slots for the week.They are not following any dha guidelines when its clearly advised to do online payments to avoid the spread of corona.Very unprofessional.

The new Iranian Doctor he was so amazing he is the best in filler no biased I appreciate his skills and performing so well obviously he is an experience doctor n his age thank you Doc im very satified well done 🙏I forgot to ask his name but he is the best 5 star for him and, one star for the admin front desk..Please install POS machine so we can pay by card or apple pay, cash is very rare nowadys.

Went to Dr. Anmol in this lovely clinic with a huge pain on my molar. Her consultation regarding my case was very thorough, a patient like me whose very nervous with Dental appointments understood the planned procedure. And it boiled down to doing an RCT (Root Canal Treatment) right away due to an infected Molar as also shown in the X ray. Scary right? But during the procedure starting from injecting the anesthesia, which was by the way not painful at all as she has her own technique for you not to feel it (apart from of course the numbing gel), I assure you that all throughout the procedure, I havent felt any pain at all!! Its like you can just feel that something is going on but apart from that everything went well. The procedure lasted almost an hour with Dr Anmol explaining the things that shes doing. That same night, Dr Anmol was very sweet enough to send me a message, asking how was the treatment after, and if Im still in pain. Overall experience in this clinic is unbelievably wonderful! The Drs and the staff are just amazing when treating their patients. Thanks Confident!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO CLIENTS.They dont notify you a day before or on your appointment day. What kind of service is that? The receptionists never answer the call (BUT THEY ONLY SIT AND CHITCHAT AT THE RECEPTION)and always tell that its fully booked well in fact whenever I visit, THEY DONT HAVE A SINGLE CUSTOMER AT ALL. THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT TELLING YOU SORRY FOR THE DELAY. THE STAFF BEFORE WERE WAY MUCH BETTER AND UNDERSTOOD THE CUSTOMERS. The staff before made sure to meet each others standards and adjust accordingly.

It was a very bas experience , yesterday I went for full body laser and they burned my face and my neck and they didn’t make laser well in all my body I still have hair and now I’m searching for any another clinic to repeat the the laser!!!! Also the laser machine was not working well every time was disconnected!! I’m trying to call the clinic to just informed them that they burned me but no answer!

I had a remarkable experience with Invisalign at ConfiDent Dental & Skin Care Clinic. The dentists are Invisalign certified and provided me with a tailored treatment plan.

Recently came across their Instagram page for a PRP offer for hair, Unfortunately it is not the best experience I’ve had.Upon entry there was no temperature check which was scary, vitals were not checked before taking blood and details of both doctors/people attending to me were not on the website.Even before asking me what my issue is or why I’m doing PRP the guy immediately started trying to sell me other packages and even went to the extent of telling me that if I do PRP alone it is useless you won’t see any benefits maybe 5-10%After convincing him that I only want PRP the session started, I previously have done PRP and it atleast takes 10-15 mins for them to cover the scalp, they barely took 3-5 mins and said it was done.I would not recommend them for PRP at all, there are some positive reviews for dental treatments which made me consider going here but for derma/PRP I would defiantly not go here.

Very disappointing experience, came for hydrofacial , they kept me waiting for an hour without even offering anything to drink or any kind of apology...after that during the treatment the doctor has done only half of my face without forehead I had to ask her to complete it! Doesn’t worth that money and wasted time!!! Don’t recommend at all!

Just had implants and crowns done by Dr Anton. They use the latest technology to take 3D photographs and then use a computer to make the tooth on site. Within an hour i had my new teeth and the work is so well done one cannot see the difference. I’m very happy!

Very very messy customer experince after I toke the discounted packages online during the Qurantine in really very good prices , I went to the clinic to redeem them one by one , stuff is really mess and they dunno how to deal with it and everytime they want me to show the receipts and they can print it once and put in my files ,,, then everytime they have to give to the specialist or doctor the files have the receipts for that I paid ( to keep showing them the price I toke in the discounts ) dunno why , this something made me uncomfortable with the quality on the service maybe based on what I paid 🤨 the. I asked them why u don’t just record the sessions and keep this bills with the accounts and don’t show it everytime , The big shock when I tried to talk to the manager ( his name is Samy ) he was totally rude even before he’s listing to me and ask me in very unpolite way to take a pen and write complain on the reception , even the people from the clinic there they showed from his behavior !! Wish I could give no star I came across this clinic on insta where they were offering hydra facial for 100 aed so I went there and first of all the lady was inexperienced she anyways started the facial with cleaning my face and wiped it off with used un cleaned sponge which was extremely dirty so I asked her to use a tissue and turns out they are out of tissues so she instead used a gauze on face it was so harsh and later she gave steam and with the gloves on she kept touching things cleaning and using phone with same dirty hands she kept touching my face later she struggled to use the hydra device when asked she started yelling saying we know what we’re doing after good ten minutes it worked and lastly I asked for facemask which they usually use after hydra facial she said they don’t have it and are not restocking it so she applied Johnson baby cream and voila !!next day my skin is purged ..

Ive been a client of this clinic for 2 years, but today was the last time I ever done a laser treatment there. They hired new lady Sabah, who hurt me so much during the treatment thay I was screaming. She is so insensitive and rude, will not come back again.

Unprofessional rude Reception and doctors, with management(!) - service’s didn’t been provide(!)They making advertising and then not providing exact services, getting angry and shouting with potential customers. I had appointment for laser which I booked one month ago, when I came there was 4 receptionists and they told me that one customer still in room and doctor still busy, but after 45 minutes I figured out that there no one, just receptionist didn’t check and I waited 45 min just because they are lazy to do their job properly
