Dr Samir Rahmani is fantastic doctor who performed my hernia operation via insurance. The scar is perfect and i feel great. I am extremely delightful and satisfied because i chose this doctor who follows UK NICE guidelines.Many thanks from the bottom of my heart.

I find it very unprofessional and unfair when places overbook appointments, leading to multiple people waiting for the same time slot. Our time is valuable, and we all have busy schedules. Arriving on time for an appointment only to wait 40+ minutes for a consultation is far from ideal. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t even approach to apologize for the delay or explain the issue, which is the least they could do. While I suggest they improve their scheduling practices and communication, I personally will not be visiting this clinic again.

Dr. Samir and his assistant Noor are truly outstanding! From start to finish, their professionalism, compassion, and expertise made my mini gastric bypass journey seamless and stress-free. I’ve been in Cosmesurge for so many years. My Doctor is okay and I don’t have any issues with the doctor. But this not my first time happened for me for a disgusting customer service specially the receptionist or what ever!!!Always I encountered her so bad behavior. I think this is the right time to complaint against her and good things I know her name. This Emna she’s so rude and she’s not belong in her position. She should know what’s the customer service before she starts her work. I find the receptionist in his private practice extremely rude and unprofessional. Initially when we first started going to the practice and witness how rude she was , I thought she was just having a bad day. But her rude and unprofessional behaviour is consistent. She lashes out on the phone with patients. And she speaks to the patients in the hospital in this condescending way. She also rude talking patients with the other receptionists (for a different doctor) next to her. I could hear everything thing she is saying and I often cringe. Why the management is not doing any action against her!!!! Specially the manager in the hospital I’ve never seen her she just sitting in her hospital and she doesn’t care about the business and specially her staff. So disappointing poor management and customer service specially Emna,

Every time i come they make me wait 1 hour & more. Once i went early morning and clinic was empty only me & they made me wait for a whole hour!!!. Also Once i waited for 4 hours!!!! This is unprofessional at all. I also went to RAK branch, they made me wait 1 hour and 30 mins, then the doctor asked me how much you waited? I told her 1:30 hours, she giggled & said 1 hour is not too much . This is so disrespectful we also have life other than sitting & waiting!! This was my first time (in October) going to Dr. Hala Ghonim, but I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I only came 15 minutes late, but I was made to wait at least 4 hrs or more. Multiple clients went before me, as per what the nurse said. Even though the numbing cream was put for for sometime, it was extremely painful when the doctor injected the lip filler into my lips. It made my eyes water as it was so painful, but not one time was the doctor kind or accommodating. She kept going on, without even asking me if it was okay for me or not. I had gotten my lips done a few months back at another center, but she told me that my lips are big enough and I don’t need anymore lip filler. She also opposed against masseter botox and told me not to copy what social media people are uploading online. She rarely cared about listening to my concerns and expectations. Not only that, but now my top lip is bruised and there is also itchiness. The bruising is a dark purple, almost a blackish color. I can upload an image if necessary. She told me to come back the next day if there was any other concern, as she was flying the day after - which was inconvenient for me since I was busy with other things. I didn’t even get my desired lips, and I was charged 1600 for it. I don’t recommend this doctor to you at all, unless you’re a celebrity because then she will prioritize you. I didn’t even feel like a human when she interacted with me, it was extremely insulting and disrespectful.

Dr. Anshu Mishra is the best surgeon I could have for my treatment which I underwent earlier this year for augmentation and blepharoplasty. She has a thorough knowledge and experience which helped me in deciding even when I was abroad. Dr Mishras approach to patient care is exemplary. She gives an honest advice explaining the benefits and limitations of various options for treatment. She explains in a very simple language which helps in making an informed decision for the patient for their treatment. I just had a rhinoplasty performed by the fabulous and talented Dr Regina Rodman at Cosmesurge Umm Suquiem clinic. D Regina is a double board certified plastic surgeon from Huston in which she has her own practice. She has done an outstanding job I could not be happier, she has not only fixed some internal issues: she has fixed a deviated septum, and improved my breathing. Estheticaly I could not be happier, she has done an outstanding job making my nose look so pretty smaller straighter and lifted I am in awe it is simply perfect! She took extra time to hear my concerns and what I desired. During the surgery she took extra time until she was perfectly happy with the end result. I felt extremely safe and well looked after. She has impeccable bedside manners and checked with me before, during and after the procedure. The whole process was a breath (excuse the pun) I could not have dreamed of a better result. The whole hospital team was phenomenal Nurse Lovely and Djaouida particularly. I highly recommend Dr Regina Rodman and Cosmesurge Umm suquiem, you’ll thank me later!

Dr. Hala has no respect for patients timing, they gave me appointment at 10:30. I arrived 10 just in case I don’t miss appointment, came all the way from Abu Dhabi to see her. Unfortunately, four ladies came without appointment (probably her friends) and to the dr office , and made us wait another more hour. Talked to the receptionist and she have no idea when we will see the dr. Honestly won’t recommend anyone to visit this hospital if your value your time. Not worth it. DONT give appointments when you can’t manage you time. Very unprofessional.

I went for an eyebrow removal and the staff were super friendly , i dont want to mention the dr name (male) i just felt he dint give me more advice after the removal such as ( dont put makeup or dont use this or that) he just did the procedure and gave me a goodprice but at the end i wasnt guided on what not go do afterwards. i had to ask the nurse about all that but overall it was good experience.

This is a very clean and well organized hospital, and Dr Hala is probably the most skilled dermatologist that has ever worked on my face. I work in medical publishing for a dermatology journal in the US and am always up to date on the latest research. When I went to Dubai Dr Hala was the only dermatologist who I felt 1. Cared for her patients and their well-being. She is honest, and doesn’t perform aesthetic procedures just to charge her patients, like in some other clinics. She gives an honest opinion about the state of your skin and what exactly it needs, even if you come in asking for an expensive treatment and she feels a cheaper one will serve you better. 2. Understands all the latest developments in aesthetic dermatology and is up to date on everything on the market. I feel she respects her patients and has meaningful discussions with them about their needs. And 3. Most importantly, she has worked wonders through her Hala bright lift combination rejuvenation treatment. I used to have sagging nasolabial folds due to severe weight loss and she has been the only doctor to get me the results I wanted. I finally feel like I like what I see in the mirror. No more folds on my face. Truly regret not coming to her sooner.

Please dont trust, you will waste your money!! I went there for Pico wave session for my pigmentation and the Doctor was supposed to do this for me. First she handled me to NOOR, one of their technicians, who thinks that she is better than any doctor. She lacks any professionalism, she wanted me to pay and do the session without explaining a single thing about the session to me. She preformed it in 5 minutes, and she only did the area that was pigmented, and she was a very rude and arrogant person. I wasted 2000 AED there, please dont go there. After I was finished, I felt that it was ineffective, I then called to make a complaint, and the lady who answered me told me that I have to wait 2 weeks to see results, which didnt happen. But now, Im 100% sure that I was deceived because I went to another cosmetology center, and after the first session with them, 90% of my pigmentation was gone, plus I paid half the amount. It took the lady who finished the session 45 min, and she did every inch of my face, and guided throughout the session and explained every detail I needed to know. So please again and again, dont go to CosmoSurge and waste your money, they are not trustable.

Very nice and neat place with good equipment. But the stars are for Dr Mayur. Sadly I dont have a very welcoming skin but he has suggested the apt procedures and I feel more confident of my face now. He is polite and patient, explains the procedures well and focuses on each concern. He also follows up to ensure the recovery of the skin and results. Im a regular here and have taken sessions of micro needing and rf.

I’ve done 4 times laser treatment for removing the pigment on my face. I’ve been told in the beginning that The treatment has to be in “Resolve mode”. However, since Dr. Mayur knows that Picoway-“Zoom mode” can worse the situation, he still tried it on my face on the third time treatment.Note: the cream medicine Dr. Mayur gave me for After treatment is called Avoquin, it is BANNED in Asia and Europe for a reason (Google it you will know).From May to December, you can see the difference below in the pictures, the treatment make my pigment worse in the end, and no solution follows from the hospital side. It is not only affecting my day to day life , moreover, it cause huge mental stress.Very bad experience, not recommended.Update: December 29th, 2021The hospital personnel have called me few days ago aiming to find a solution after seeing my review. I have visited them today, a customer representative guide me from the reception to meet with a new doctor. However, without any instructions(explanation) upfront, I’ve been told to lay down and start the injection (full face). SHOCKING! Extremely unprofessional!First, nobody can accept any treatment before being informed fully. I had no idea what is going to be injected into my skin; Second, have you ever ask your patient if they need recovery time? We all have a regular job, Common sense please. Sadly to say that, this is just an experiment without proper respect. If this is your solution after worsen my case? It’s a shame I have to leave this review as I’m receiving exceptional service from my technician.I was at the clinic today waiting in the lobby with a number of other ladies when someone working at the clinic (who I later found out was managing the hospital- floofy hair and blazer + jacket with heels ) came to the ladies, asked them if there was anything to do to help them like bring them coffee or tea, and went out of her way to be super cordial and welcoming (clearly going out of her way for them). It just so happens that these ladies were dressed in UAE National attire and I wasn’t (clearly an expat). As a result, she didn’t even bother speaking with me or asking me if I needed anything. She made that very clear.This has of course rubbed me the wrong way because as a PAYING customer I should be treated in the same way as everyone else, regardless of whether you think I’m less financially lucrative for your hospital. Very disappointing. I hope this lady’s behaviour isn’t common with the rest of the staff.Please highlight my disappoint to this person as I’m certain I won’t be the last person treated this way.

I tried Vella shape III in the clinic. The result is just WOWOWEven the clinic is brand new. So relaxing interior. Looks like a beach house.Sally (dermatologist ) recommended me only 4 treatments. but after 2 I can make out I dont see me double chin any longer.It is really working GREAT because I look much younger.2 more sessions to go...thank you for the treatmentI am amazedddddd

And it looks like someone hit me in my forehead … I know her since 9 years and this is the second time she make a mistake. Mai at Cosmesurge is super efficient and helpful! My laser treatment at Cosmesurge has been a wonderful experience and a great treat. The most negligent attitude towards patients. Appointments randomly go missing, wait time is over half hour at its least, the treatments are overpriced.. it’s unfortunate, I will not be coming back. Wouldn’t recommend.

Their facial caused me to break out so much, their laser doesn’t work at all, and worst of all, their appointment system randomly ‘cancels’ ur appointment causing you to drive up to jumeirah for nothing.
