Would give it a zero it I could. I got Botox done that faded away in one week exactly and went back to the doctor 2 weeks later, he put some more and it still faded a week later. he was probably using water injections or something to cut cost. I dont recommend the doctor nor the hospital. Wanted to take matters to another level for wasting my money on this, but let it go this time because I had to travel for a few weeks. Bottom line, NOT RECOMMENDED for any procedure! Did it with Dr. Nehal but apparently the others arent any better.

I do not recommend doing laser hair removal at cosmetrix at all! It is very difficult to get an appointment as they never answer the phone calls or even emails. Which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I am unable to book sessions I already paid for! The service itself is fine. But getting an appointment is nearly impossible.

Cosmetrix Plastic Surgery Center Dubai treats the patients with fine art, I find the niche of cosmetic surgeons and well versed experienced staff. I will visit here again for any cosmetic treatment and products as well. Will recommends to friends for products and treatment.

Did Botox with Dr. zsussana, she disfigured my face literally made my face like a clown , her technique in injecting has no planning method, she inject without professional measurement or study to the face features , devastating outcome

Awful customer service. They need to review their processes and they need to train people on how to be proactive and find solutions instead of requesting the customers to find solution to their processes and partnership problems. So many inefficiencies and incompetency. Very disappointed!

DON’T GO !WORST !The worst clinic ever!! The worst laser treatment! The machine is super old, I think form 1999.

I had a carbon laser peel with Dr. Maria Caparros. After the treatment I went straightway home and was not exposed to the sun. Same day in the evening i felt my skin was completely burnt especially under eye area. The next day i woke up with swollen face and eyes like chinese. That is disaster. I have to take one week off to recover and i cant go out at all with such face. I do regular facials of various types however first time did in Cosmetrix. I have never had any issues before. So i believe it was done by unprofessional doctor and i would never visit this clinic again.
