I had an excellent experience at Cosmomed ! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the care I received was top-notch. The team took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I’ve had a bad experience in this clinic, I went to do laser hair remover and I’ve never signed on papers as much as they made me sign, over 10 pages they let me sign which I don’t understand why this much of signature is needed.And secondly they don’t give you full information which happened to me today, their card payment was not working and they only accept cash or tabby application which was informed through call center, when I went to the clinic they didn’t let me do tabby because they only required minimum 2000AED (which I was not informed about it) and I had no cash at that moment as I decided to use tabby since they mentioned to me, however they wanted me to either go and get cash or reschedule my appointment and they were not trying to help at all and I suggested them many options but still they didn’t do anything about and I missed my appointment and wasted my time..

My experience with botox was terrible. It caused me to develop ptosis, where my eyelids drooped. Upon consulting my ophthalmologist, I was informed that my eyes would remain in this condition for two months. It was a distressing and disappointing outcome.

The worst ever! The scammed me with money!I went for a scar removal surgery, Dr Shahzadi suggested I do laser treatment I told her I don’t want the laser treatment I’m just interested in the surgery! She then said we will mix both! We will do a laser to prepare the scar before the surgery! I agreed and I paid the money for the laser treatment with extra 1000 for the surgery, and we agreed once we finish with the laser I will continue to pay the rest of the money!I had zero progress with their laser treatment and I kept showing her my before picture where the scar was thinner! And she kept going back to the picture after the first treatment when the scar was red and says no look the difference, and I would say dr that’s not my before that’s during ur work she’s like of sorry and flip the pictures!I asked her to do the surgery around December because I was leaving for few month she said no let’s keep it till you come back!I came back few weeks ago and I went to do my last laser session, she said oh the machine is not working we will contact u in a week or 10 days and I asked about the surgery she said it’s summer time let’s keep it to September!I said fine! More than two weeks went by and I never heard from them! Then I found out that she left the clinic and that’s the reason she was pushing my surgery date!I asked for the 1000 I paid towards the surgery they were like oh you never paid for the surgery this money was all towards the laser treatment! And I kept showing them some messages and they would deny!This is Dubai and no one can get away with scamming!!!!!!

After bouncing around to different clinics and trying different doctors in Dubai for years, I was never able to find a doctor that i trusted until i found Dr. Ahmed Rihan ! Hes extremely detail oriented in how he explains different procedures & solutions. You can tell from how he does his work that hes a perfectionist in everything he does and that he really cares about making sure that his clients are happy with the outcome. If youre like the majority and youve tried a lot of different clinics and doctors that just dont tick all of the boxes or you just arent satisfied with the outcome, I would definitely recommend visiting Dr. Ahmed ! Got Botox done here because I couldn’t fly back home to see my usual doctor. Absolutely horrible. The woman injected so much that I had toxicity through the night (literally felt like I was poisoned and my whole forehead was hot). This woman was not a doctor and not even a nurse! So I should have really known better. Beware.The only reason I gave 2 starts and not 1 is because there seems to be no long term damage. Got lucky this time. Not coming here again.

Went in for a minor surgery and saw Dr. Emily & Dr. Shehzadi. They were both incredible and the procedure was super smooth. Highly recommend this clinic, staff was very friendly. was very happy with the service overall.

SOLVE THIS IMMEDIATELY! OTHERWISE YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS—————————A very unpleasant person at the reception, Svetlana. My UnoinPay bank card did not work and I had to go to an ATM. Svetlana communicated very rudely. She asked me to leave my passport, but what Emirati resident carries a passport with him?!
