The clinic is not good, not an expert. I did laser hair removal on my arms, bikini, legs, armpits, but what I got was a burned arm and armpit. The clinic was quiet and there was no response. Not even an apology Its very bad for me. From a smooth arm, there must be a burn mark.

Very disappointed! I went for under eyes filler after tooking an appointement with dr konul and insisting on the filler brand and price!! Shesent me the clinic details and everything was ok ! When I went there after 45 min driving I was surprised telling me that the filler is out of stock which I didn’t even believe without informing me before!! I felt frustrated and shocked! This is impolite and unacceptable at all! Please respect people!!

I had experienced a hydra facial with Dr.Lina. She seemed nice and her staff as well.However, I was not happy with the procedure and how it was handled.Hygiene is very important for me.She struggled to explain many things to me, not taking me through the steps and what she’s doing on my face.She was touching the machine and the counter with her gloves and then touching my face, which shouldn’t happen.She wanted to take pictures of my face and when I didn’t agree she got upset.I shared the feedback with her, but she dismissed me asking me not to post anything on socials.I rather felt shy and wanted to leave as soon as possible from there as I didn’t feel comfortable.I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend to my friends.
