I really was very welcome as soon as I went into the clinic and everyone was professional and very friendly they really made me feel I was the king of all specially to all the doctors there they did not leave me at the very end . I have been a regular customer for years, most recommended services for Laser, Q Switch and Hydra-facial. They are well organized, the staff are trained professionally and the place is always shiny and clean. You must call for an appointment. Free of charge accessible parking is available on the back and RTA paid parking is available from the front side.

I’m extremely disappointed from this clinic. I don’t think I will ever get over the fact that I was extremely disrespected by the staff of this clinic.1. More than 3 times during multiple appointments I’d wait OVER an HOUR for the dr. to attend to me (and I travel a distance of an hour+ to reach the clinic).2. I have witnessed the doctor attend to patients that arrived AFTER me couple of times just because they are frequent and special patients.3. And the dr. Is always overbooked to the point that she’d leave in the middle of my appointment to attend to other patients.4. And when I showed the nurse/receptionist that I am frustrated by their treatment she said nothing and let me leave without even trying to communicate the issue with anyone in charge and I was only contacted by the manager after I have already left.5. Lastly, I was not the only person who’d wait for hours to start their sessions or have the dr. Attend to them as I have witnessed other patients leaving upset and frustrated from how long they’ve been waiting.This review was due months ago I thought I’d be able to get over it but I still hear the same complaints about this clinic and it seems like some attention needs to be brought on the mishaps of it, all in the hopes they’d work on their timetable and booking management as well as provide BETTER and EQUAL customer service.

I think I’ve been their client since 7 years and I wouldn’t change that or even search for another. Here’s why:1. Always supportive to my busy schedule and will find suitable time and send me tons of reminders2. They regularly have interesting packages and offers and maintain a schedule to complete all your session in the best way possible for a great result3. Will give on spot and genuine recommendations based on your skin type and will not do it for the sake of selling their packages only4. Lastly, Dr Nahid is a real time reverse doctor who wont touch your face if you dont need it to get touched

I started not wanting to enter the clinic because the doctor started forcing me to take more packages that my skin does not need..
