**Update**I was compensated a complementary treatment with another therapist named “Maria”, she was amazing and so professional .. definitely coming back for her therapy*********Today I had my worst experience at dermalogica!I have been visiting Dermalogica for facial therapy few years ago continuously and I stopped since Covid lockdown.I came back excited to the service today, wishing I would have the same experience as I had before, but surprisingly it wasn’t. they told me that I will be treated by a senior therapist, who didn’t seem so professional for me.Firstly, the room that I was admitted in was not as before it seemed too basic without any comfort means.Secondly, she kept asking me about what brand am I using for my skin care and insisted that I am having a very very dehydrated super pigmented skin as a result of hormonal changes! I clarified to her that my pigments on my face are from birth and there’s nothing that can be done to clear them, but she insisted that if I buy their product, it will be improved. Otherwise it can go worse. She added that i have dark circles (which are also normal as i told her from lack of sleep) but she again insisted that it can be treated with products!Thirdly, the bed was not comfortable at all. I don’t know what was the problem, but I kept asking therapist or something to comfort my back maybe a pillow ! She gave me towels to put under my back which felt more painful and then I asked again for a pillow. Then she offered the warm pillow which helped in relieving my back little.She insisted offering me to buy their products and when I refused and asked for samples she seemed so upset & gave me 2 serum sachets.It is not like before at all .. I wish if I had the same experience as I used to have a few years ago, I really feel so bad because I decided to come again to Dermalogica.Paying this amount of money is for a treatment to comfort myself & body not to be in pain & keep listening to the therapist saying that my skin is very bad while its not! Just repeating that my skin is very dehydrated at the beginning middle & end of the treatment . I clearly clarified that i use very good product on my face for hydration.When I came to dermalogica, I came for the experience that they offer. Unfortunately, the experience was awful.Forgot to mention that she keeps on asking me if i want to do some treatments without informing me about having additional charges ! I had to ask her after every single suggestion she gives !!I am so upset ..

Let me start by saying that Tina is the queen of skincare and facials. I have done microdermabrasion at other places but nothing compares to the results I got with Tina at Dermalogica. Ive tried 2 facials at their Dubai Mall location so far: microdermabrasion and the oxygen infusion treatment and both treatments are just AMAZING. The entire experience was so relaxing too. Hands down, the best facials in the city.

I have been a regular of Judy since quite a few years. Her skill and behaviour is outstanding. I have tried other therapists in the past with wildly varying results but since I started going to Judy I have never looked back. She customise the plan every single time based on the current skin needs and I couldnt be happier

I am a regular of Mary Anne, she is extremely professional and I really feel my skin is improving every time I visit. The treatments are adapted to my concerns every time I visit and she takes the time to walk me through what’s been done and how I can continue at home. Would absolutely recommend. I also use the entertainer and have never had an issue it’s always been great!

Excellent thorough service. I had Mary Ann as my facialist and was very pleased with the treatment. Good assessment and instantly identified concerns that I had suspected but did not have to say. Comfortable and kept on time, which I very much appreciated. Great aftercare advice

Update 05/07/2023 - received a call from Manager handling all the Clinics, she was very professional, listening attentively to my experience at the clinic and promised to look into the matter, so that no other customers would hopefully face such a bad experience. I look forward to continue my skin therapy at dermalogica and hopefully my next experience will be a good one.This review is addressed to the management of Dermalogica. It refers to my experience of a facial I’ve had with one of your Skin therapists - Tina, its one of the worst Customer Service/Customer care I’ve ever experienced in any establishment I’ve ever patronized. Giving this feedback, I hope that Dermalogica will consider training their staff on this most important aspect of any brand, excellent customer service. You can have the best product in the world, but if a customer walks out of your center having had a really bad experience, you’ll end up with a good brand/product/service but no one who’d be willing to buy!Having gone through your website and understanding that Dermalogica is a worldwide recognized brand and one of the top in skin care, I was in huge anticipation to have a top class experience. It was anything but that!The consultation was done by Mary Ann, she was friendly and professional and did her best. She recommended I do a facial as a start, after which the next steps will be advised to continue a proper skin treatment at your center.Unfortunately, she was not available on the date and time I was looking for, therefore chose another therapist who was mentioned once in a google review, her name TINA.From the minute I arrived, until I departed, Tina had the worst aura about her, extremely unfriendly, abrupt. Instead of doing her best to provide the best-in-class service and giving me expert and sound advice as her client, she did exactly the opposite, made it a point to ensure I understood loud and clear through her body language and curt and abrupt answers, she couldn’t be less bothered in neither giving me a good experience nor sharing her expert opinion or advice to me. I was just a client that she wanted to do the facial and literally get me out of your clinic fast as possible!I wouldn’t know what prompted her to behave in that way, it could either be she is having a bad day, not happy with her job, or she has a serious attitude problem! I believe this could be fixed if Dermalogica will provide excellent Customer Service training, as many people are not naturally born in knowing how to give this kind of service, they need to be trained on it!While doing my facial, not even once did she ask am I doing OK and was I was comfortable. I’ve been to some of the world’s best saloons and spas, every therapist I’ve come across always had made sure I am comfortable and fine during the therapy. In fact, she never even asked how I liked the treatment she did. I would have assumed after the facial, she would have discussed with me what would be the next steps into my skin routine, such as her recommendation on what skin therapy should I do next from your menu and offered her advice on how to take care of my skin etc. None of that was done, I had to technically ask her all of that, for which she gave very reluctant and abrupt answers not at all cooperative and not in essence, not bothered! She literally was only interested in billing me and hurry me out of the clinic instead!Dermalogica, your services are expensive, and rightfully so considering the name in the industry. However, please ensure that your staff gives their clients good experience for the price we pay. Don’t let us walk out of your clinic thinking our time and money was a total waste!

Extremely RUDE staff. Sara mohammed was assisting me (don’t know if she told me her real name or made it up). She booked me an appointment and after confirming, then asks if I will be using my entertainer voucher. When I say, “ Yes”, she says “No appointments available at all”. I found this very rude. Then the skin therapist calls me back, her name - Victoria - laughing and saying the receptionist is new and that’s why she was unaware that all appointments are booked. I found this very awful and I hope someone professional at Dermalogica Dubai mall looks into this immediately.

I can not recommend this Dermalogica clinic enough! I have been going to Victoria for a deep cleansing facial, every month for almost a year. She is fantastic! I always leave squeaky clean, relaxed and my skin feels great. Victoria, has extensive technical knowledge of skin treatment and addresses skin concerns with practical, targeted advice. She has an amazing bedside manner, extensive experience and understands high end customer service. This is the first time maintenance treatment is something I look forward to every month.

This was the first time I had come for a facial to dermalogica at dubai mall. The staff assigned to me was Judy, who I felt was very unhappy seeing me. I was suggested an oxygen facial to which I agreed. She started my facial at 1.03 and stopped at 1.53 pm. This facial was supposed to last for 75 minutes which she shortened to 50 minutes. When asked about it she said the 75 minutes are including the time I reached there filled the form, went to the washroom at Bloomingdales and came back. I found it a bit strange and mentioned it very nicely to her that it doesn’t work that way, instead of listening to me she was very very rude to me. I really feel that I have not got the value for the money I paid for the facial, because the whole process of the facial also felt lazy and not interested by her. Would really appreciate if the management can look into this and really make sure that their employees do not do this to anymore customers. Judy needs to be taught the basic etiquette’s towards customers and also she needs to give the time and value what a customer pays for.Extremely unhappy customer!Sarika

I love going here for facials. Mary Ann is the best therapist- I come out feeling very pampered and relaxed everytime. She is very thorough in explaining the treatment I need at a given time and makes sure my skin is well taken cared of with product recommendations.

The worst service ever, i have been there from 2 months ago and there was 2 blonde assistant girls, they treated us very well also they gave us many samples and gifts like gua sha.. but now there is 2 assistant girls one is arabian and the other from africa, there service is the worst service i have ever had, i purchased the same products that i bought last time but they didnt gave us samples also they was thinking if should they give us a tiny small box as a gift or no and then they said you have to spend more than 800drh, They made up an excuse for them because they didnt want to give it to us and they didnt treated us well, why the last time i get many samples and gifts but this time i just get a bad service?? the 2 assistant girls that are working now are the worst assistants ever..

Love the oxygen facial here! The staff is very friendly and helpful and Mary Ann always gives a great facial. My skin has cleared so much since coming here.

I recently had a facial with Yin in Dermalogica institute in Dubai Mall and she is incredible! Highly recommend! Yin quickly builds trust by asking the right questions, listening and providing detailed advice. She is very professional and the results exceeded my expectations. What I also appreciate is that Yin does not put any pressure to buy products (which is mostly the case in many places) but rather explains how to properly treat the skin and first try the right products and plan the skin care routine. The whole experience was very pleasant, relaxing and the treatment very effective!

I do not know where other reviews came from but I can tell you that the skin specialist made a hole in my nose as she was cleansing..It has been 2 months now and it did not go..you stupid you were not trained on how to moist the nose before cleansing..my nose looks awful I never had any flaws before.my name is Zubaida, do not prtend that my file does not exist.You ruined my face, I will sue you ...ignorant, I bet you know nothing about face cleansing.Return my money or I will sue youYou deserve jail so you learn better ..I will report you to the local police

3rd time visiting and I love the service. The ladies at the spa take their time to explain everything in detail- answer questions professionally and give great recommendations for the skin. The products have been life changing. What I love most is the skin mapping that is completed pre recommendation.Tried my 1st facial at the clinic and was pleasantly surprised at the care and outcome.Would definitely recommend for a trial run- plus they have travel size kits that one can try.And a free skin mapping!

I had my third session with Erica, and it was wonderful! I am so glad to have chosen Dermalogica for my skin care. And the best part about Erica is the way she follows up wth me whether I am doing my bit at home. I would highly recommend it to everyone who has a hectic schedule and has a difficult time dedicating time to their skin.

Just got a facial for the first time at their Dubai Mall branch and I got the 90 minutes one with microdermabrasion oxygen and LED light and I’m glowing and there’s no redness at all. Great therapists and the staff are very knowledgeable and only recommend what your skin really needs. Best facial in Dubai. Go see Judy or Farzana they’re the best.

Dermalogica has really helped with my acne and acne scars. I have had two treatments so far and they have helped my acne to reduce and my scars to slowly fade away.The staff is very helpful and kind. I have had a great experience with my specialist Mpho.Overall highly recommended for your skin care and treatments.

I had a facial cleaning with MPHO, it was excellent! She was Very professional, gentle on the skin, and addressed the skin problems.I have tried few products and they are also great. The treatment is a bit expensive but worth it!

I got my oxygen treatment done from Rhea. It was a great experience, she told me about my skin type and all the products she was using. She is really friendly.

I would just like to thank Honey for always delivering a lovely and professional service. Dubai mall is not a convenient location for me and I met Honey at the Mirdiff branch which has unfortunately closed. Honey is a very knowledgeable, professional, helpful & beautiful therapist. Man best receptionist ever. So I bought the microfoliant for my mother and wanted to try the skin smoothing cream. The lady at the counter gave me enough samples to last me for weeks. Love this brand even more now.
