I had a terrible experience at this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone. I initially saw Dr. Jawahir Naqbi, whose diagnosis was completely incorrect, causing my hand condition to worsen significantly. I even emailed her pictures of my hands, showing how bad they had become, but I never received a response. I missed one appointment due to the worsening condition, and when I tried to reschedule, the next available slot was far too late to address my urgent issue.Hoping for better care, I went to Dr. Nisha, but her diagnosis was also wrong, and my hands deteriorated further I have sent her an email and she replied 4 days later. I have wasted over 1,000 DHS at this clinic with no relief and worsen my condition.The lack of proper care, and communication is unacceptable. Save your time, money, and health—avoid this clinic at all costs.

Amazing Dr. Anwar. The best I have ever seen in my lifetime. Highly recommended. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.

This doctor is a perfect example of how you should not believe everything u see on social media. He seems so humble and down to earth on social media, but in reality he is so arrogant and doesnt even hear out his patients full complain. I hardly spent 5 minutes with him, he didnt hear me out and prescribed 1 medication and stood up, as in to let me know that my time is up. To make things worse, I was denied my free follow up visit throughout the week, which is my right since I was a cash patient. Horrible experience.

Went to see Dr Khadija. They were late admitting me in (around 20/30 mins) despite me being early. I informed dr of my concerns and she said I had to hurry! She examined me very quickly and didn’t give me time to discuss my concerns. I honestly felt very upset. I heard a lot of reccomendations on Dr K and I’m sure her treatment is good but she took no time to explain my condition or inform me about treatments.I have no problem with the clinic staff or anything else. All was good.

Dr Khadija has been my go to Dermatolgist for years… I trust her blindly on her recommendations, treatments and consultancy! I don’t only go for my own skin treatment but also for my baby boy! Always helpful and straight to the point! Despite that the clinic is far away from my house but it’s definitely worth the drive for such a trustworthy Dr! I highly recommend her 🤍

Most definitely the best derma clinic in town. And Dr. Khadija AlJefri is simply a brilliant doctor. She give you time and she follows up and she accommodates last minute booking. my kids feels so comfortable with her. The people working in this clinic are extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment booked today for my sister (which is of special needs) at 12:00 pm. I was at the clinic at 11:50 AM and they pushed 3 other customers before our appointment. At 12:30 I asked them again if there are still more people ahead of us in the queue and they still said yes. If you’re looking for a professional and punctual clinic I encourage you to look somewhere else. Rude staff, and very unprofessional company. It’s also a far walk from the parking I regret wasting my time with this place.

I did a consultation with Dr. Khadija Aljefri and i was very impressed by the detailed explanation i received during my consultation and how patient she was with my never-ending questions! I received a Carbon Laser facial treatment and i highly recommend it. I will definitely go back again the next time I visit Dubai.

After 3 years of previous hyperpigmentation misdiagnosis I consulted Dr Anwar to see why pigmentation laser is not improving my skin… which at the end I realized that I have deep cheek bones thank you Dr Anwar for helping me to understand my condition (he was really kind and welcoming) and the Derma med staff were helpful and lovely too… Thank you Dr and Dermamed team..

I visited doctor Nisha Parmar, she was the most professional dermatologist I ever met! She was kind and very helpful. She took a sample from my skin to see what condition I have and she sent me the report 2 days after. Finally I know what Ive been suffering from after years. Overall the clinic and the staff are good. Also I didnt wait for too long to see the doctor, only 5 mins.

We’ve been coming here for dr nisha to treat my husband’s severe eczema. She’s very good and she helped us get a very expensive medicine for free with the help of a support program. I totally recommend this place especially for people with eczema

Unfortunately, it has become the norm for them to delay patients. I booked an appointment, came on time and ended up waiting for 3 hours. There was no one in the waiting rooms but i still had to wait. When i asked for the reason of the delay, they said, five more minutes and it will be your turn...When i did go in after all that wait, i wasnt even given more than 2 minutes of the doctors time and the solution is always the same, here take this and this and come back in 2 months, come back and repeat.After so many years, you would think they will improve? But no..

Unfortunately, all the negative reviews here turned out to be true:1. Reached there on time but waited for over 30 mins and when asked they said they double booked (they seem to always double book)2. The doctor was in a hurry, didn’t give me a chance to explain all my concerns and quickly wrote the prescription with no enough details about alternatives

Yesterday I had an appointment for my son I had to wait 50 minutes and still didnt get to see the doctor. The staff didnt even bother to inform me about the delay. No matter how good and skilled they are, they dont deserve my business because simply they dont respect peoples time.

I went there to see one of their doctors. I was so disappointed at the attitude of the doctor. I waited almost a year for this appointment the doctor didnt let me ask all my question and even commented on how I ask too many questions!!! even though the whole consultation was only 20 minutes.In addition to that, I told the doctor about a rash I have on my back and gave me a diagnosis BEFORE even checking me out!!! this is a huge red flag to me. I would never come back again.

I visited the clinic many times for my laser sessions it’s the only clinic that knew how to deal with my skin type seen amazing results so far alhamdullelah , seen Dr Anwar twice fixed my acne problem and the most important think he selected for me Medicine with reasonable price, the good thing about the clinic they don’t try to take money from your pocket 😂 they help you to fix your skin problem .. highly recommended 🙏🏻

Recently, I did face laser session with Ms. April, laser therapist in DermaMed Clinic. She was accommodating and well experienced. She explained to me all what I want to know before and after the session.I tried a lot of laser clinics for years, but only at DermaMed clinic I found such results and experienced laser therapist.

Anwar alhamdi, but for the receptionist I won’t give them even 1 star , they are very rude the Arabic and the Philippino ladies , they will never call back to confirm your appointment, you have to chase them and it’s always too long to have the next appointment, even if I want to talk to the doctor they don’t call me back , although I explain everything . If you plan to visit them well Enjoy waiting more than 1hr,dealing with rude staffs they never update you at all(if the dr is busy or delayed with something).Plus30 min wait to get my bloody ID card from them while they were messing around. Your time means nothing to them. The nearest appointment you can book is four months away and then you wait an hour or more to get to the doctor. This has been the case for me for more than 4 times.

Hard to get appointments waited 3 months and visited with a friend the doctor was in hurry i would say the whole doctor room investigation took hardly 5 to 7 minutes max!No patience after waiting too long for the appointment and later in the waiting room!Harsh way of talking to the patient

This is my second time visiting the Clinic and i always have to wait for at least 1 hr to see the Dr. Although i have booked my Appointment 1 month in advance and I couldn’t see the Dr. Worst clinic cuz they don’t have time management. My apt was at 3:30 and i waited till 4 and they have told me that there are 2 people ahead of me. I had the worst experience and I really don’t recommend anyone to visit them if he/she have a tight schedule. Also, they don’t even care if the patient was busy and they will not discuss anything. I really had a bad experience in both times.

I entered Google Map to get the number and book with Dr. Anwar, intending to come from Saudi ArabiaBut when I read the responses, all of them agree that the doctor does not listen to the patient and the session with him is only 5 minutes. I changed my mind. Unfortunately, I expected the doctor to be much better than this, especially since he appears on social media in a very sophisticated manner.

But no effort was made to find out the cause of hair loss.The duration of my sitting with the doctor does not exceed 5 minutes. It cost me 500 dirhams.

I went to this hospital to see a doctor, and her response was shocking: I dont have a magic needle to restore your skin to you, so my answer was to look for a treatment, not magic. Unfortunately, my experience was bad.

I visited Dr. Anwar Al Hammadi, and he refused to treat me at the beginning of the appointment under the pretext that I had visited another doctor in the same clinic the previous week! Doctor Anwar refused to treat me without asking me what I was suffering from! He kept blaming me for coming to the appointment, knowing that his clinic approved my appointment, and there is no law in the Emirate of Dubai that prevents you from going to several doctors!
