Today I visited Dr Faiez Ghanam clinic.I waited 45 mins until Faiez Ghanam showed up without any apology or any updates on when he will show up. He was very rude and aggressive, he would not hear what I had to say and just give his opinion and recommendations without even knowing what I want or why I visited him.3 times I tried to communicate to him what my problems are and he would just speak very loudly and continue talking. I am so shocked with the way he spoke to me and how aggressive he gets if you start expressing your problems. He didn’t even care what my concerns are and just starting giving me solutions for problems he thinks I should fix, which is very unprofessional.I cannot express how much I regret visiting him and what a horrible experience I had. I only dealt with Faiez Ghanam and I’m hoping the other doctors have a better attitude.

The doctor had a very clean plan for me for my hair and skin (acne) treatments, and I was committed with the plan for a few months. The results are very satisfying! The team is very friendly and accommodating as well.

I visited the clinic to fix my stretched earlobes and I am so pleased with the results! Dr Saad is absolutely incredible, he is very experienced and made me feel so comfortable through the whole experience. After 4 months - I have decided to leave a review since I cannot ignore it any longerI unfortunately chose this place reading the reviews (which were all great) and decided to do lip fillers here , I’m not sure if it’s common for people to do it here but from my experience .. it was not greatKeep in mind that this is the first time I’m having fillers done - I was given no numbing cream , the doctor kept injecting my lips even when I asked him to give me a break since I was in pain.It was torture for 10 mins that I paid a lot of money for.Forward to a month and a half later - my lips were completely filled with bumpsAll the from the surface of my lips to the underneath layerI was already really intimidated and uncomfortable with the doctor , never wanted to come back hereBut contacted the admin anyway to maybe dissolve it all , and she gave me an appointment a month away from when I calledI eventually went ahead to another clinic and got them dissolved and refilled with no problems for half the priceIf anyone wants to do fillers here - just make sure your pain tolerance is high and you don’t mind rude doctors.

Please do not be fooled by the clinic’s looks or the Instagram marketing campaign.On the first day the doctor gave me of his time & I paid around 10 K for a plan to solve my hair problem.After that for any visit, more and more chaotic things would happen.The visits are scattered. They say the plan is for a year but the visits were every 2 or 3 months. Although other clinics offer follow up every month. Anyhow my issue isn’t their method of treatment, each doctor operates differently, it is the chaos.Too many patients. Longer waits. It wasnt a clinic anymore. It was more of a LOUD market.With the 2 or 3 visits that followed my initial treatment, the doctor never had time for my concerns nor was he patient in doing the PRP. He was always on to the next. What about me? My concerns ? My issue? Respond with explanations don’t just run to your next patient.Even if the treatment would have been beneficial I simply couldn’t continue. I just decided to stop going.Any clinic offers whatever they are offering. What they offer isn’t the rocket science of dermatology nor is it the best offer you can get.I am not speaking of any finances. I prepaid for the whole treatment and I do not care about the money. I care about time, a piece of mind, and the way I am treated.When I told that to the operator she responded the doctor cares and doesn’t like to say no to new patients. Well, he is definitely going to get more patients through that yet he will lose them like he lost me for no one would want to be treated this way.Note: I don’t have any issue with the nurses or receptionists. It is the way the business is running! I can’t say much of how beneficial the treatment is because I had enough and stopped going.Dont be fooled by the clinics appearance or the Instagram campaign.The first meeting with the doctor gave me his time and I paid for the package for my hair, which was about ten thousand.After the first procedure, all the procedures became scheduled, even though they said the treatment would last for a year, but the appointments were every two or three months. Ok, I wonder how he would benefit, even though there are no clinics that give follow-up appointments every month.We dont have to worry about the method of treatment. Every doctor has his own method. But in the clinic way.Many patients, loud noises, long waiting time. It has become a market with loud noises, not a clinic.I had two or maybe three appointments out of all the appointments, and among them the doctor entered with a stunned person who had no time. He did not listen to what was explained, but his concern was to finish with me and go to the other patient. Ok and me? Give me one breath between one needle and the otherThis means that even if I could benefit from the treatment, I could not continue and decided to stop my treatment with the clinic.The treatment they give is not available in all clinics, nor are their offers the best in the country.Personally, I dont care about the money, even though I paid in advance for treatment. I dont care about leaving the clinic. My head hurts from the sounds, the crowds, or the long wait. And I care about the day I get treatment, whoever meets me listens and explains and tries to give me more of his time.When this information reached the secretariat, she said to me, “I am sorry, and the doctor does not like to return new patients.” Okay, the doctor doesn’t know that it’s okay. He hasn’t told anyone no, and everyone is trying to treat her, but what happened to these people will cause them to lose too?
