Dr. Helge Schmitz is a competent and well experienced doctor. At the same time he has humor, is down to earth and very approachable, so it’s easy to connect with him. He takes his time for a thorough diagnosis and I never felt rushed. Also he is honest in his professional evaluation and doesn’t try to „sell“ something to you that you don’t need. The clinic is nice, the reception team very warm and welcoming, there is almost no waiting time and parking spots are easily available. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment you step in, the reception team welcomes you with warmth and genuine friendliness, which immediately puts you at ease. They are always helpful, attentive, and go out of their way to accommodate any questions or needs.The doctors here are exceptional – not only are they highly skilled and professional, but they truly take the time to listen and ensure you feel understood and cared for. I never feel rushed, and they explain everything clearly, making sure Im comfortable with each step.

I have been going to Dr Reuters for years and love her approach. I have also recently started seeing Denise Saunders, a lovely skin specialist who has guided me on a journey to treat my skin, a topic I am very sensitive about due to past acne issues.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Reuters for a decade and feel in safe hands regarding my skin cancer screenings. I strongly recommend not only doing the screening regularly, but as well doing it with her and her team. A bit of a bummer that its only on a reimbursement basis with insurance but healthy skin doesnt have a price tag to it.

Love Dr.R. Honest and thorough. I’ve been to her for different concerns. Each time, I have left feeling she addressed my concern and made me smile in the process. Love her holistic approach.

Im extremely picky with who i go to and take advice from, Dr reuter is one of the BEST few doctors that i have ever met, both personality and knowledge wise, she didn’t gatekeep any information nor tried to suggest things that aren’t within her scope or for useless tests to take money, she even suggested doctors outside her clinic.I highly recommend going to her and definitely taking her advice on any doctors or recommendations.Sadly, i have went to many doctors and due to that I personally feel Dr Reuter is one of the last doctors to really take their occupation seriously and fulfil her ethical duty towards patients.Thank you 🙏🏻
