Nice and clean clinic. The Receptionist are very kind and lovely. Guys if you want quality and extremely excellent results i recommend you Samiha Lutfi clinic. They use clean tools of any treatment and you will be satisfied and secure in their clinic. It might be little bit expensive but comparing to the results you get and clean equipments and trusted staff it really worth it!! 👏They have: Essad and Saada discounts & other *amazing offers* on soft lights and other treatments.Highly recommend.Better if you book appointments before you go to avoid long waiting time.

Receptionist so unprofessional, i booked an appointment at 2 with a certain staff, they called to confirm my appointment at 1 and it was fine with me. After reaching and waiting for 20 minutes another staff come to service me! And the one i booked for come at 2 (my original appointment time). This is not respectful and it will be my last visit since it is not the first incident with them. Very bad customer service!

I am very happy with this clinic , firstly the location is superb and lets not talk about the reception most lovable and friendly staff , the ladies always introduces as with warm and welcoming way , and the waiting time is always low you never have to wait whenever they give you a time your are always the first priority to go first .

This is second time I come to my appointment and the clinic makes me wait 25 minutes!! This is not acceptable!! The clinic should make better appointment plans !! Plus very hard to find car parking.. Very disappointed.

Dr.Shereen is so honest (which is hard to come across!) Definitely coming back.

Not prompt on timing

The first thing at the reception is to change the device, and it doesn’t matter if you are more motivated to use a second device.. The second thing is that in the middle of the laser session, the nurse comes out to settle the right of a second unit in a second room on the pretext that there is no second nurse in the clinic!! Never unacceptable behavior

It is one of the worst clinics. There is no credibility at all. They closed the Abu Dhabi branch and were saying maintenance. I was paying for the package and they refused to return the money. They have been procrastinating for a while and until now I have not seen a dirham.They are very materialistic, all branches I do not recommend at all 👎👎👎

In perfection, credibility, and their prices are reasonable. I dealt with the Mirdif branch. The skin specialists are very cooperative.

The best clinic for softlight and laser, the best employee, Iman, the prices are good, and they have a happiness discount

Unfortunately, we paid a high price for Botox and we got a cheap one, and the doctor did not obey and let us see the substance 👎🏻 the last time we dealt with them.

Whats not nice in the clinic is that you make an appointment with someone and they put you in someone elses room. Other than that, the seagulls are not all smart
