I hated my experience.First, I waited for MORE than an hour for my appointment.Second, I got Botox on my forehead and by far this is the worst botox ever. It’s been one month and it’s only getting worse and worse.Third, I got a RRS for my face and I see very minimal results.Also I would like to add, the after care patient care does not exist. I scheduled for a Botox retouch two weeks after my original appointment, although doctor batoul informed me that there is no retouch as she used the whole injection. But I needed a retouch appointment cause the results were horrible. ( I made my appointment but then the rain storm came and I couldn’t go for a week ) & they never re- scheduled nor contacted me. I payed 5.5K for nothing.

I love this clinic.. very clean and organized.Dr.Sami was very professional and kind .. light handed and the receptionist were very kind … highly recommended.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Batoul’s clinic and I must say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. I did lip contouring with dr. Batoul unfortunately I didn’t get the best results and my lips had something like little lumps and I visited her twice she dissolved the filler but it still shown like scare or something and I went to her to check it out she said there’s nothing wrong ..her skills is not like before u wait for almost an hour before she comes and then she do her work in 5 min

Doctor Marwa cheated me and damaged my face. She took AED2100 and damaged my face. I consulted doctor marwa for my hyperpigmentation. She told she is doing multiple treatments on my face. Unfortunately my face got bruises after the procedure and also zero result. I don’t know why doctor marwa does this to her patients. Please do not visit them. They are cheaters and fake. I want my hard earned money AED2100 back for the damage doctor Marwa did to my face .

The worst time Ive ever done a lip filler in my lifeI asked for a sample and the doctor told me something completely different and not nice. The problem is that I was not intending to straighten my lips with the animal, but the doctor’s assistant tried and tried to convince me and say that the doctor knows how to fix all problems. Of course, I was attracted to her and I was fooled.
