My husband underwent a hair transplant and PRP sessions at this clinic over 13 months ago, and the results have been extremely disappointing. The coverage is still very patchy, and the overall outcome looks mediocre at best. The hair follicles were poorly distributed, and there’s hardly any improvement in the volume he was promised. When my husband expressed his concerns and asked about the lack of progress, they kept making excuses, telling him to wait even longer—13-15 months—despite the results being far from satisfactory.They even claimed that the reason for the poor coverage was the limited amount of hair they could harvest from his donor area(however during consultation they said we can easily harvest enough to give you good coverage), and suggested more other treatments to address the volume issue. It feels like they are just trying to extract more money without taking any responsibility for the subpar work they’ve done. This clinic has shown a complete lack of accountability, and their focus seems to be more on pushing additional treatments rather than ensuring quality results.Before the transplant, my husband clearly communicated his concerns about achieving good volume and long-lasting results, which is why they recommended the PRP treatments. However, it’s become evident that their primary interest is profit, not delivering on their promises. I am beyond frustrated with the service, money and time wasted and the lack of results, and I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. In fact, I had planned to go there for HydraFacial treatments, but after witnessing this experience, I have decided to completely avoid this clinic. They seem more interested in taking your money than providing real results.

Very pleasing environment. The najwa doctor was very professional and welcoming. I got a hydra-facial and it was very refreshing and worth every penny. Not only do they do facials but also Botox, fillers and much. If you are looking to intensify your beauty, you should give dynamic aesthetics a visit.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be visiting your clinic. Over the past year, I have undergone laser hair removal treatments four times, and all was going well until my last visit. To my surprise, the prices suddenly doubled without any clear explanation. The receptionist ❗️ was unprofessional, unable to properly communicate or listen to my concerns and needs. Instead of addressing my issues, she was overly focused on selling additional products that I didn’t need. It felt as though the clinic’s primary concern was extracting as much money as possible, regardless of what was actually necessary.One particularly unprofessional moment occurred when the receptionist failed to check my service history. I was not going through a full laser removal course at your clinic—just maintenance sessions every 4-5 months. Yet, she insisted that I had been doing a full package, which was simply not true.On top of that, she offered me unnecessary services, including a full hair removal package for areas like my chest and back, where I don’t even have hair 🤯. I am a woman, not a man, and this offer was completely inappropriate.While I must commend Ms. Kathleen ♥️, whose professionalism and expertise have always been exceptional 👌, the disorganization regarding payments and pricing has made it impossible for me to continue my treatments at your clinic. I am disappointed that I have to seek alternatives where prices are transparent, and the service is better organized.

Look and feel of the clinic is overall cozy and renders good vibes. From the doctors to the staff, everyone has superb hospitality. I had an express hydrafacial with Dr Najwa and she is exceptional in her craft. Highly recommendable for a visit.

My experience at Dynamic Aesthetic Clinic was absolutely amazing from the first interaction with the staff on whatsapp. The staff are very friendly and efficient and they provided me with all the information I needed in great detail. The place is scam. It is not a proper clinic.They are not real professionals who understand and treat patients needs.The doctor who treated me had no experience whatsoever, just a sales man.They made me pay extra 1200 and did not get the result i was going for.I did an under eye filler which cost me 899 without any satisfactory result.They just prey on people. I will definitely raise a complaint to DHA and this clinic should be closed down permanently.

I was so nervous about getting an IV, but Nurse Nurhaya made the entire experience as painless as possible. She was incredibly gentle and polite, explaining every step of the process. Her calm demeanor helped me relax, and I barely felt the needle go in. I would highly recommend this nurse for any iv procedure.

I had the worst experience at Dynamic aesthetic. I booked after reading the Google reviews but staff was very rude and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I should have left the place if I didn’t pre-paid for the treatment. I have had microneedling and mesotherapy fromFew different clinics but unfortunately this had the worst results. Deeper marks and darker complexion. I cannot recommend this place.

Steer away from these scammers. They are one of the worst clinics Ive been to, sales agent told gave me a price for an injection of 10mg for fat dissolving injection for 399 per injection or 899 for 3 and I chose 3. I come to the clinic and they try to sell me on the package which I tell them Im only interested in the injections. Then they say the price for the injection is 3999 for the same 3 fat dissolving injections because the area is big. The injections are 10mg which did not change. Then they tried to tell me that if you have a text from the sales about the 899 price and I said I dont so they said they cannot do anything but I have the phone call recorded !! And will file a complaint with the DHA. Steer away from these scammers.

Had Acne scar removal with Dr.Sannia, it was great experience, neither they resolved my problem but treated me like a family during all the visits and treatments.Must Explore, Highly Recomended .

I booked for a red carpet facial. Before my procedure, I called to find out the details of the procedure. I was told inaccurate information such as the duration of the treatment is for an hour and thirty minutes and the treatments. The actual session was for an hour and required my blood plasma that I was not prepared for and wasnt informed before.The staff are very kind and helpful. Made me feel comfortable when extracting blood. I did my session with Dr. Najwa. During my procedure I wasnt told what she was doing to my face. I was asked halfway through my procedure if I would like to change to another procedure which I had no idea of and what i agreed ti do.During my procedure with Najwa i was asked multiple times about my vitamin intake, the brand of skincare i was using in an aggressive way that I felt attacked and not calm and relaxed. As a client I do appreciate guidance and suggestions but not in an accusing way that creates anxiety.I must mention again, regardless of my bitter experience, the staff were amazing, kind and helpful.

The best clinic I have ever been too! Very professional but also incredibly comforting! They give you all the support you need and prioritize you’re comfort over anything. The results of lip filler was more than what I wanted and I would never go anywhere else to get them done! Dr. Asat was the best! I was at the clinic 15 days ago. The receptionists are very attentive and helpful. I went there to do the Hifu Ultraformer laser, which I saw in their advertisement, but when I arrived after going through the consultation I discovered that the machine was in another clinic of theirs.And I had to go to another clinic... Enfiled Royal Clinic, its very beautiful and the receptionists are also very friendly. I got Dr. Sannia Awais to do the treatment, I didnt feel any pain or discomfort 🤔, and no results... 😂 Its very strange because I had already done the same procedure in another clinic twice, where I was in pain for 1 week and on the first day I saw a lot of difference in my face, I dont know if the doctor didnt have knowledge in the application or if the Hifu Ultraformer machine was fake... DO NOT waste your money on this procedure in this clinic... This treatment is wonderful and does give great results, look elsewhere...Now I need to find another place to make and spend again..😂

I was hesitant to give reviews since nothing in the reviews here tells about circumcission. I was struggling before to find clinic for my son to do it most of them are very expensive till we found this clinic. I visited this location while I was in town on vacation. I had a good experience while I was there but once I left, all communication stopped. I spent thousands of US dollars during my visit and was told I would be refunded VAT at the airport. Once I got to the airport and went to the VAT Refund Location, they told me this was not processed correctly from the clinic. The clinic was supposed to hand me a QR code and file through a system for me to receive my VAT refund. I contacted the clinic via Whatsapp while I was at the airport, and I got no response while I can see that they are reading my messages. I contacted the clinic 2 more times since then and no response. Very unprofessional and do not appreciate that kind of customer service.

Ive been a client at Enfield Royal Clinic for 1.5 years, undergoing laser treatment. This time, they recommended their sister company, Dynamic, with similar machines and discounted prices. Enfield deserves a 10/10 for their outstanding service and atmosphere, while Dynamic falls short with a 1/10 rating. The reception at Dynamic lacked awareness of the confirmed prices discussed over the phone, and the overall atmosphere was unsatisfactory. Enfields welcoming reception is unmatched. their reception area needs improvement. Im inclined to give them 2 stars, Thank you.Manager Nour reached out to me, sincerely apologized, and acknowledged the mistake. She openly admitted that the clinics behavior and atmosphere were unprofessional and assured me of taking corrective action. Although she offered a free session or other complimentary services, I declined, emphasizing that such gestures hold little value in comparison to professionalism.Ive updated my review from 1 star, and I genuinely hope they apply the lessons learned to ensure a better experience for future customers, avoiding similar issues.

I went to Dynamic Clinic yesterday to do a skin consultation and was amazed when they told me that the consultation was free and the prices they offered to me were more than cheaper than the other aesthetic clinic I visited. I did dermapen and it was painless. Dr. Al Baghdadi has a very gentle hand and he was very nice. And also the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will recommend this clinic to my friends.

I heard good things about this clinic and so I had picolaser done. I should have gotten it done with Dr Mahmoud because the Dr I had was very unprofessional. He acted like he did not want to be there and rushed out as soon as the procedure was over while the nurse had to explain to me about the aftercare. Will not be returning. If you are getting a treatment only get it from Dr. Mahmoud.
