I have visited the clinic for the first time after randomly seeing dr Sima’s profile on instagram. I was really doubting all the nice photos of before and after on her profile… however I finally decided to do the endolift treatment with her, and I am extremely happy I did it! Dr Sima surprised me with her professionalism and accuracy! She is a truly talented artist who takes all the time needed for your case! I was very scared of the procedure, however she was really patient with me and very calm and nice! She has so much positive energy and sweetness! At Dynasty Clinic, I encountered manipulative customer care practices that left me feeling uneasy. In particular, the supervisor who employed high-pressure sales techniques and exaggerated the benefits of their services to convince me with a higher range package.Obviously, they were more concerned about making a sale rather than providing genuine care and support. This undermined my trust in their professionalism and integrity.Another indicator from the Dynasty Clinic clearly states their amateur customer care and not taking the full responsibility of the miscommunication within their commercial department and the doctor who offers a totally different package.

Amazing experience, physiotherapy done here is next level, never found even in big hospitals.Would recommend anyone with back pain issues or any other issues related to bone and muscles its a must visit.Ive had back pain from 4 years hence visited the clinic for some sessions, currently in my third session and my back has never been this flexible and painless since 4years.Great job to everyone at the clinic.my special thanks to DR.HUSSEIN for his diagnosis and treatment.

Yesterday I visited Dynasty Clinic to dissolve my lip fillers , safe to say I was so impressed by the welcoming of the whole team. Noha the supervisor was so friendly and answered all my questions to all my concerns. I was scared to go to the appointment because of my experience with other clinics but I really felt at ease with the whole procedure. Dr. Jasmine is such a sweetheart and she dissolved my lips with no pain and left me with no bruises! She really took the time to handle me with care. 10/10! Will definitely go back!

Lovely experience as a first time customer. I came for a beauty package which was really good value for money. I can feel pain quite easily, so they really helped me with calming my nerves, giving me a stress ball 😂 and giving me the best service I could wish for. Did my lips with Doctor Madina, after years, I finally found a doctor who raised my upper lip and shaped it like a cute cherry, she really worked hard on my lips and took her time, also as of now 2 days later, I don’t have any bruises. My lips are a 10/10, they really are cute and pouty. Also my lips are super hard but she still made them come out at a 10/10 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Unprofessional treatment.The receptionists are incompetent, rude, unhelpful and unorganized.In August I had an appointment to do dermal fillers at Dynasty clinic and I paid the full amount including the retouch session, after 2 weeks I called several times to book for my retouch session but no one replied. Two days later, they called me back and said that the dermatologist/cosmologist who did my fillers is no longer working with them and that they will keep my old syringe at their clinic until further notice . However, I never did my retouch session due to their unprofessional behavior towards the problem as they did not inform me of when to come and finish my syringe but instead gave me the cosmetologist number to deal with the problem myself; knowing that by that time 2 and half weeks had passed and my syringe was about to be expired.When I called them after my syringe got expired to ask for a compensation, the receptionist said that my old information and payment records are not in the system and that she can only offer me a discount on a new set of a filler syringe, which is not what I have requested. Plus, How can a clinic lose any clients’ information from their system unless this piece of news is not actually true. The whole situation seemed like marketing for the new cosmetologist to entice the clients and when I asked her about how much was left in my old syringe she made assumptions about how much was used, although she claimed earlier that my information was not in the system. The receptionist was utterly incompetent and uncooperative, she did not give me other solutions instead she blamed the problem on me although my old syringe had already been in the freezer for 2 weeks by the time I called them; I did not receive a call from them once the problem happened as I was surprised with the news when I called to make the booking. No compensation was done, no retouch was done and I did not get a refund either since it is against their policy.

I have been coming to dynasty clinic for a long time now … for physiotherapy sessions … the advanced treatments used keeping in mind a holistic approach to wellness always helped me with my pains. I always feel renewed every time I come here with any stiffness or pains … the physio team is very friendly, well knowledgeable and explain everything while doing the treatment .. from MFR, to dry needling, to cupping etc everytime I come for a session I feel completely relieved from my pains I came with. Kudos to the physio team and Dr Ahmed … keep up the good work .! I am recommending this place wholeheartedly.!

One of the best clinics I’ve been to, I’ve been coming to Dynasty for more than 2 years and they have an amazing reception staff as well as professional physiotherapists, I usually deal with Doctor Kid and Jaisy and they’re so friendly and knowledgable.Highly recommended for whoever seeks taking care of their body health.

I had been suffering from an upper back pain for quite sometime and the pain ha d caused shoulder pains overtime. Tried several physiotherapy treatments and it wasnt helping me out and then I met Dr. Jaisy from Dynasty. A really humble and kind person who helped me in understanding the cause for my back pain. The treatment was really commendable. I can see an improvement in my right shoulder’s mobility. Highly recommend a checkup if anyone’s going through any musculoskeletal issues.

My opinion of the clinic and time is wasting time if u take appointment they are not follow the time of appointment. I have appointment at 7 when i went there i waited and they put emla cream and i wait maybe 1 hour too much time to wait.The work of Doctor is great and i like her work and the results like what i want.Just the one think in the clinic is should focus in the time of the patient.

I was diagnosed with a L4/L5 bulging disc which was causing a sciatica nerve pinch down my leg. I had gone to a number of clinics in Dubai for physiotherapy to help with my condition but I was seeing no improvements.I heard about Dr. Ahmed and that he was practicing at Dynasty Clinic and started visiting him in 2010 regularly for helping me with my issue. Over the course of the next few months, Dr. Ahmed took a great amount of time and effort in identifying the root cause of my issue and then implementing a holistic approach to correcting my weaknesses and accordingly reducing the pain substantially. In the process, he also helped correct other imbalances in my body.As Dr. Ahmed became busier, he expanded his team and with the help of Dr. Jaisy and Dr. Kid, they both have also helped me alot in ensuring that the disc bulge does not aggrevate and result in the sciatica nerve pinch. Ive also had a patella tendinitis issue in my knee, which they have helped resolve.I continue going for physiotherapy regularly as I cannot bear to have the sciatica nerve pinch pain reoccur as it was impossible for me to bend over or lie down straight before.Thank you to everyone at Dynasty Clinic , including Leyla, who has always supported in getting emergency appointments arranged within a few hours too :)

Dr. Ahmad and his whole team of Drs. Are just amazing. He could straight away pinpoint the issue. His energy is very soothing and he is a great person. I have been battling for years with physical pain and have seen many specialist, but no one with the professionalism of Dr. Ahmed. I would advise everyone to go and see him. Even just to boost your body and higher your energy levels.

It is one of the best clinic in Dubai if not the UAE so please read the full review first.I was welcomed by a very nice, respectful, welcoming and accommodating receptionist staff. I was then introduced to nurse Joy who took my blood pressure and was very friendly and professional. The waiting area is well decorated, clean, beautiful and spaciousm.I booked a physiotherapy session with Dr. Ahmed. I started the treatment with Dr. Batool (not sure of the name) and we spent around 5 mins explaining the source of the pain and its degree. Then she went into full details in regards to the reason behind my problem and check for any underlying physical conditions. She explained the whole treatment process and what was going to be done, the method and the reason behind it. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND in the treatment with another assistant (forgot her name) who was also showed the same professionalism.Dr. Ahmed checked on me before the start of the treatment and by the end to administer the acupuncture treatment. He stands and can pinpoint problems with a simple look. He can be described as a genuine genius in his profession. He is worth the wait and meets up to the hype made.The whole physiotherapy team did an amazing service I would give them 15/10, 7 star rating. They are SUPERB.Sadly I waited around 5 days for my session it was worth the wait but when I called I requested Dr. Ahmed but got Dr. Batool. Not to say that Dr. Batool is any less than Dr. Ahmed she was great and wouldnt mind continuing my treatment with her. I understand they are busy but I would appreciate more transparency from their side.I definitely would continue my treatment there as it is simply one of the best I have done in my life.

This is truly the worst clinic in Dubai. Heres why. First of all, my mother had booked an appointment, and even then, they made her wait an hour and a half prior to her booking time . Not only that, but when it was her turn, Dr. Madina left her in her office for no valid reason. Furthermore, she made her wait for an additional 15 minutes. We wont be back, ever again.

This was my first time visiting Dynasty clinic and definitely not the last - I already booked in my second appointment!I heard a lot of positive reviews on the DMK facial so decided to book with Dr. Shabnam. The treatment was honestly beyond my expectations, I saw the results instantly! The facial begins with a deep cleanse that removes all the toxins/ dead cells and leaves you with toned/ tightened skin. Its already been a week since I did the treatment and my skin is plump and glowing! I went to see Dr Hassan Mohammed for a variety of medical issues from pain in my cervical spine, to pain in my joints, digestive issues and chronic disease management. He put me on 6 IV therapy cocktails that were tailored to the needs of my body and my deficiencies. Each IV drip was customized and personalized to my needs. I am 95% pain free- I was on a pain med every single day. My blood pressure is normal and I feel more energetic in years. I am patient of Dr Alkaid I have hip pain from previous years and my visit to Dynasty clinic twice I am feeling so relax and my pain is almost decreased to 50% and the staff is also amazing to guide you properly.

If i had the option to give zero stars, i would definitely do! They are unprofessional, and unorganised, and simply scammers. They never keep track of their client’s information and they lie about it. They blame the clients for their irresponsible behaviour. Never going there again and I dont recommend this place to anyone :)

I wait for more than one hour and a half and my friends waited for three to four hours ! first and last time i am visiting this place ! Not recommended at allll. Not a good experience so far the staff dont know how to manage the clients, favouritism on peak, which i feel kind of uncomfortable, unprofessional environment.

I had my first 3 treatments at Dynasty Clinic and have already noticed a lot of progress.I had the 1st session with Dr Ahmed and his colleague Nusaibath Shaikhji. They examined me completely for 1 hour with 4 people and drew up a treatment plan.Dr Nusaibath is helping me with my treatment. I have been given home exercises to gain more flexibility in my hips and to ensure that my body position returns to the correct position.I have now had 3 sessions and already notice progress. Its unbelievable how skillfully and professionally they work.
