I visit this clinic every 1-2 months to see Dr Bayan.Dr Bayan is great dermatologist , she is very knowledgeable and kind to her patients, she is amazing in providing information about the treatments and very approachable in case of any questions or concerns after the procedures. I see fabulous results with my acne scars and will continue seeing her until we resolve this issue.The clinic in general is very good, the location is convenient, there are plenty of RTA parking spaces.The staff is friendly and professional. They are always ready to assist with any matter with big smiles.

Doctor is SO good at what she does however she did not respect the timings and the apointment I had booked with her,after a long drive to Estelaza I had to wait for over 45 mins for the Doctor to reach the clinic as I was her first apointment and had to leave due to that very reason as she did not show up. The reception were of no help- saying she will reach in 5 mins every time I asked that ended up to be 45 minutes. Disrespecting and not informing us about any delays in advance is unacceptable.

I trust no one but zvezda on facial and any skin treatment. Including but not limited to hydra-facial and micro-needling . She is super professional , respectful , skilled and most importantly she is reliable ! Always ready to answer my detailed questions and advice on what your skin needs . My skin always look healthier , glowy after her treatments. Trustworthy aesthetician!

Not a good place for botox/ dysport at all and Dr. Nouf refused to see me for follow up in 7 days and want me to wait 3 weeks to decide what to do! It caused obvious asymmetry between right and left eyebrows. Next week I’m fixing it with my previous doctor and thus paying more.

I went to Estelaza clinic for the first time and had an amazing facial treatment called the Estelaza Facial.My beautiful therapist Zvezda analyzed my skin to find out what really needs to be treated. My skin was dull, uneven tone and congested. The treatment felt so good, my skin was clean and soft, it was glowing. On the third day after the treatment, my skin started feeling tighter and rejuvenated. Overall, I liked the ambience of the clinic, enjoyed the facial and loved the results. I strongly recommend it before Eid celebration or any upcoming event.

I had a filler procedure done on my jaw and chin and the results were just amazing. Dr. Joseph was the one who did the procedure and everything went so smooth and painless. The clinic also has a very kind and caring staff, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and experience.

I had called before visiting and clarified for getting a free consultation for laser hair removal. The receptionist Meri Cel told me that consultation will be free only if I take the service. I clarified saying that I will decide if I want to go ahead with the treatment after getting a consultation and confirmed if it’s still free. When I visited the clinic, she charged me 200 Dirhams consultation fees. I argued with her but she didn’t listen, I asked for her name but she cut the call. How can I reach customer care to put a complaint?
