We’ve been seeing homeopathic doctor Sofie Skogen and she helped us a lot. Brought in our child with “glue ears” when all traditional doctors strongly advised to operate on. I was a bit skeptical at the start, but we did all the doctor asked us to do. Our child had not been sick for half a year provided he was in the nursery and on top of that the liquid in the middle ear cleared without any surgery. Big thanks to Doctor Sofie!

They give you a free second facial but force you to book with he same specialist that you didnt think did a good job. A free service should be offered at the same standard of service and freedom of choice. Otherwise you are not doing anyone any good by offering complimentary services. Its better not to.

My visits to the Clinic are because of Vasilisa, she is the best and most ethical therapist and skin expert that I have encountered. I think Eternal Clinic is only as good as the therapists they have. Vassilisa is one of the best I have ever encountered. Not only is her advice and recommendations sound, they are also honest and I have never felt that she is selling me something for the sake of it. Very bad experience!I had a consultation appointment with Dr.Malda but instead of meeting the Doctor, her assistant only showed up and insisted on starting the work. However, the purpose of my visit was consultation and to speak with the doctor but she never showed up. Her assistant was very rude and was not understanding the purpose of my visit.It is very disappointing that I had to wait for an hour and I still didn’t meet the doctor! After an hour i decided to leave and no one cared to apologize or provide a solution.Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

I firmly believe that this is my first and last visit to this clinic.I arrived on time for my appointment a week ago, keep me waiting a full 45 minutes in the small and noisy room. then the front desk told me to swipe my credit card immediately for a discount, and the doctor sent me out in five minutes.I had a very bad session today, 900 shots for face and neck, only less than 600shots in actual treatment;Then the doctor Malda and two Filipino assistants pulled my eye skin very rudely and finally gave up treatment because of my crying, Dr.Malda said refund the money to me ,but there is no refund for me yet. As soon as the receptionist heard that the refund attitude was very bad, she asked me to wait until tomorrow and then said the day after tomorrow. There is an old lady very rude and asked me to stay here until tomorrow if I don’t want to leave. What kind of attitude is this!!! I still ask for a written notice of the refund date,the two young ladies at the front desk complied that.I highly doubt that recommend this clinic even though I am also confused by social media.But luckily the doctor Mehar was patient and gentle and didnt hurt me，and used ice to help me reduce the swelling. Even though the doctor Malda told me I couldnt wear the eye shield, couldnt continue the treatment，Dr.Mehar still treated me gently. Even now my right eye is sore and swollen and I cant sleep.I hope my comments can arouse the attention of the clinic, I want the apologies from you and also give rational reminder to other customers.

If you’re looking for a legitimate place for a facial and skin rejuvenation, this is a really great place. I went to Eternal clinic about one year ago and the lady who is not there anymore gave me a blooming facial which was a deep cleaning facial which left my acne prone skin radiant and glowing.Second time I went, which was about a year later the lady I had was not working there anymore but they assigned me with skin expert, Rana. I was a bit nervous as the lady before was so good and didn’t know if the lady would fulfill my expectations, but yeah… she was just as good, if not better!I came with severe acne all over, but especially my chin. Rana sat me down, we chatted about my skin and she gave me some advice about what treatments are recommended. She first did a deep cleansing facial including extractions and steaming. A week later and my skin had clearly improved and it was much smoother. Rana advised me to come back after one month for another treatment.This time she did another quick clean then treatment with derma pen. She is very thorough and I just LOVE the results. My acne hyperpigmentation and scarring on my chin is noticeably reduced, skin feels baby smooth and it’s looking bright and radiant. My confidence has really improved from just a simple treatment.The treatment itself, Rana is gentle and talks you through the process so you know what’s going on. She is thorough, concentrating on the problem areas of the face.The prices here are not bad and Rana is great about answering questions about pricing too.Receptionist are quite nice and accommodating.Highly recommend and thank you Rana!

Completely let down by the disrespect this clinic has towards its existing loyal clients. After waiting for 40 minutes and then complaining, I was told that the previous client had “brought two friends”. The clinic allowed the new clients to have treatments with no appointment and were going to make me wait even though I had an appointment!!! I walked out. So disrespectful I am completely shocked! The clinic is so unprofessional in its handling of existing clients to treat me so badly and disrespect my time. Really disappointed with the service received and the fact that the clinic seemed to think that treating its existing clients so badly is acceptable.

Very arrogant tone and attitude, I was there because my friend recommend me but I wasted my time ,they change doctors every 2/3 month ,previously I visited one Dr this time they said shes no longer here ,not a surprise why good people dont stay in this place, instead they ask me to see another Dr ,I agreed but I did end up with understanding shes either misleading me or or dont have enough experience, while waiting on the reception, one skinny tall lady appeared I believe the manager almost screaming to the front desk staff, its a house full of narcissisticwomen from top to bottom , do not go there. I cannot recommend Maryam and team at this clinic highly enough. Last week I walked into the clinic a tired looking 44 year old, 2 hours later I walked out looking fresh faced, with bright and significantly younger looking skin. I first came to them for a milia removal and booked an appointment with Mariam. What she did was a very basic and expensive treatment. After finished she offered me few products which were also quite expensive. After a month I couldn’t see any improvement and decided to see my dermatologist back home.Once I mentioned the kind of products I was using she was shocked because that was absolutely inappropriate and my skin got even more stains from this. I had to buy another bunch of products plus treatment to fix the health of my skin.Once I returned to Eternel only because the technician sold me a tinted sunscreen not matching my color she was absolutely rude. I also tried to explain how her previous treatment damaged my skin and she simply didn’t let me talk and she said there was nothing she could do about products and about treatment not being effective on me.I definitely do not recommend this place.

Before seeing the Dr. the receptionist was already giving me prices/fees and making assumptions of what services I needed.Why do I need to even need to see the Dr. when the receptionist knows everything? and they still want a consultation fee? Many options in Dubai, don’t be fooled by glamorous social media accounts!

After a lengthy discussion where she happily explained all the possible treatments and what to expect, I quickly jumped and went ahead with the treatments and she made me feel at ease and Im happy to say Id definitely come back for future treatments.

I am very pleased with the results of the Thermage treatment, that I had done 2 months ago in Eternal clinic. The clinic is clean and very comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly and will take the time to explain me what is going on. A doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly.Thermage is a nonsurgical, non-invasive treatment for ageing skin. It is done by using radiofrequency to tighten loose or sagging skin.You shouldn’t expect that results are visible immediately… this treatment stimulates collagen production after few months, but my face has already looked more fresh and skin is softer than before.I had the treatment done around my eyes, on my neck, cheekbones and along my jawline.I did have a cooling gel applied during the procedure( almost 2 hours long) . I would say that the pain was minimal, but I think it all depends on the person who is performing the procedure. Fortunately, my doctor was professional.After the treatment, I was able to resume all my normal activities that I do on a daily basis. My face wasn’t red or swollen.I would highly recommend Thermage treatment and Eternel clinic.Maja

Bad, bad, bad! Terribly disappointed at the customer service and extremely overpriced treatments!!! After being a loyal client of eternal medspa ( which became eternal clinic) after all my pregnancies and trying almost all body treatments and laser on all areas of my body and being fairly satisfied with therapists and management , it seems the management has completely changed the rules. All one hour sessions have now decreased down to 40 minutes. This happened without informing the customers and if you come for 1 slimming treatment you can expect they will charge you 2 sessions even if you come for only one. I have complained twice about how the situation , urging them to sort the situation out ( I have been charged 4 sessions but came only 2 times) and explained they had very high chances of losing me as loyal and long existing customer but the management remained unflexible and silent. I will definitely NOT recommend to go to this clinic as the prices and sessions are not clearly explained to customers which creates frustration and unsatisfied clients. This is the first time i ever post negative publicity to a company but this is highly Deserved and other customers should not suffer from their lack of communication.

Coming to Eternel Clinic is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing my dermatologist Dr. Malda.Also I am impressed with the caring and friendly staff.

Eternel Clinic is one of those rare clinics that is more about quality than glitz and glamour. The staff always makes you feel at home and you can be sure to leave with brilliant results. Its also right on the Dubai Canal so the view is beautiful!

I have a dry skin and lots of whiteheads so then i decided to have a facial. Last week, i went to Eternel Clinic and i was offered to do the Hydrafacial and have some face vitamins. The environment is very nice and relaxing. They use advance machines like the hydrafacial, i did not feel any pain when my whiteheads were removed. Lara is very good, professional, accommodating and informative. I am so happy with the result. Ill definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. I loved my experience at Éternel clinic. For one they have a place to park plus a vallet as well to help.the waiting area is clinic and grand. My appointment was with Doctor Malda she took very good care of me with a great explanations of the products and the procedures.For sure I will tell all my friends to visit her.

I recently visited the Eternal Clinic for two treatments. I had a consultation with Maryam who was incredibly knowledgeableand explained each treatment to me in detail. I had problems with pigmentation and overall ageing. I felt as though I needed to look refreshed without going to the extreme of anything surgical. Maryam recommended that I had Thermage which would tackle the firmness of my skin and give me a lifted look and a carbon peel to improve the pigmentation. Each treatment had no down time and has given me incredible results. The Thermage treatment continues to improve firmness over 6 months but I can already see improvements after two weeks!! Maryam is an amazing therapist and really cares about continuing treatments and recommending the right treatment for you. I will definitely be going back!! The clinic is great with friendly and professional staff.

Ive been going to this clinic in Dubai since 2013, and it is honestly my favorite spot for all things beauty. They got my skin radiant before my wedding in 2014 and I’ve been going to them ever since. I’ve had facials, Photofacials, microdermabrasion, a diamond peel Velashape, and laser hair removal. I’ve almost tried all except for a chemical peel. I trust them and know that i am in good professional hands. It’s also one of the prettiest clinics in dubai.

They are so far one of the aesthetic establishments that you can trust to give a high quality service. I always opt for hydrafacial with Mariam, who’s so friendly & approachable. Other staff are also very accommodating. The environment is calm & relaxing.Prices are a bit high but of course when you pay peanuts you get monkeys. 😉My only concern is that it’s too far from my place, hence, I have to consider booking an appt. for a specific time to avoid traffic jam which most of the time conflicts my work schedule.

I am a regular customer at Eternal Clinic for 3 years now, I visit Maryam almost monthly. She is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring aesthetician with extensive experience in her field. Maryam has completely transformed my skin, always advising me on suitable products and treatments for my sensitive, acne prone skin which also suffers from hyper pigmentation and malesma. Treatments that I have frequently undergone with Maryam are the Hydra-facial, Vitamin C facial, Spectra laser, TCA peel and recently Micro-needling which shows fantastic results. Eternal Clinic is also a certified distributor of the Image Skincare range and their products have really aided my overall improvement in tone, breakouts, fine lines and pigmentation.
