I visit this place twice and the second time was worst nightmare.They proceeded Exzosome injections while I was sick with the Influenza A,they didn’t tell about anything and the day when they inject me it’s start swollen and pain,I send them all reports of my current symptoms immediately they didn’t even offer me to come and follow up EMERGENCY and asap,they told me everything would be fine and this is normal.I’m shocked that they proceeded injection while I was sick and I had a virus,they didn’t care,I don’t know how they can call themselves a medical place.

I recently visited Gaga clinic and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. One of the most troubling issues was the lack of transparency with customers. There was no visible price list, and the staff seemed to give me prices randomly, which made me very uncomfortable. Clear and consistent pricing is crucial for building trust, and this clinic fell short in this regard.Additionally, when I did the IV drip, fusion one, the small injection, I requested the brand name or product name after my treatment to know what was injected into me. The staff took an unusually long time to provide this information, claiming that the therapists had left and no one else could assist me. This delay made me suspicious and concerned about the quality and safety of the treatment I received.The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, further adding to my discomfort. Not recommended to anyone 👎🏻

I visit this place twice,first time it was ok,second follow up was worst nightmare,they make my arm much worse with the Exzosome infection while I was sick,instead of send me home and not provide the procedure.Or at least postpone when I wouldn’t be under medical care and medicine.And obviously sick!This place It is unprofessional and could risk your life,I’m not recommending this place,I never saw such an indifferent attitude towards patients.They even didn’t give a certificate of the product they injected.Even when i was at pain and swollen they didn’t offered to come on the same day to the clinic,I was forced to go to Fakeeh University Hospital for general check on my arm.

Bad consultation, over priced and horrible treatment. Was there over a year ago for their sculpt sure, paid 3000 dirhams for a single session. The technician left 5 mins into the treatment. Someone came to switch the torture machine off after 30 mins. That was it. Was extremely painful and showed absolutely no effect. They said it will take 6 weeks but even after 6 months there was absolutely no difference. Nada! They have no clue what they are doing. Stay away. No, run if you can. They just want your money.

I went in for a HIFU treatment and keep in mind, I got this treatment done TWICE before in another clinic and had AMAZING results. However, at Gaga clinic, the technician was not a Doctor and I even brought a friend in recommending the treatment assuming the machine is the same the results will automatically be the same. Little did I know, the technician was practically clueless. Unable to answer most of our questions and had very vague answers. My friend kept calling her “doctor” and she never once corrected her. Kinda sus. And you guessed right, I didn’t get ANY results from my treatment and neither did my friend. Sort of embarrassed to have thought so highly of gaga clinic that I recommended my friend.I’ve been a long term client at Gaga for 2+ years with laser and stimsure but I can’t go back again. I hate to say it but the staff is very unprofessional and the management is not acceptable at all

I had my treatment done at gaga clinic! The clinic was beautiful and staff greeted me really well and helped with me book a treatment last minute with Dr Atefeh. I was seem immediately with no long wait time and the dr was so lovely and friendly and I explained to her my concerns and she was very sweet and understanding and performed really well treatment on me and I am over the moon with the results and very satisfied! I came from the Uk and had my flight the next day otherwise I would have done a lot more with her. I will definitely be back and considering doing more treatments with her. I Cannot recommend anyone else!! She is the best in Dubai!

Not an great experience with them. I took Laser hair removal package with them.I initially took the package to book appointment on Saturdays (as it is weekend holiday for me) but suddenly they stopped doing so. Hence, it was hard to go on week days.Recently, After booking an appointment I was told my package has expired. I was never before told the deadline nor I was informed at reception about anything so.Waste of money for me as I wasnt able to complete my session and left with not satisfactory results.I am highly disappointed about there lack of professionalism.

Very disappointing and frustrating schedule management! I have booked an appointment like a week back, and I was running 10mins late so I messaged apologizing and updating, and no one replied, then to my surprise as I arrive is that Dr will be anyway late and I had to wait another 30-45mins at least if not more for my appointment, and no one informed me! And when I said this is nonsense and I have a schedule after the appointment, they suggested to book me another day! I am coming all the way from office in Jebel Ali area driving 40mins in traffic so they tell me oh sorry let’s book you another day!!! Surely won’t waste my time even if the treatment was for free!!!

I was first skeptical about this place, as I did plenty of research before deciding on it, and noticed comments about reception staff and doctors not being of standard. Rest assured it is definitely up to par if not exceptional. Reception girls always attended to me politely and promptly without any hassle and my procedure carried out by Olga was truly magnificent. A true professional with helpful advise and an eye for detail in her craft. She definitely made the experience as smoothe as possible. 10/10 would recommend and already do to friends and family. Extremely happy with results.

So further to my below review. Even thou they burnt me and they dont have a refund policy so I decided to book my 2nd session before I went on leave. They booked it on the day of the appt Sangeeta calls me and tells me they are not willing to do my service if I dont remove the google review.I dont recommend this clinic at all.Had a bad experience doing the full body laser. They had brunt me on my thighs and during the session the laser therapist burnt some of my hair my head. My calls were ignored and then finally answered. After the session was done I had to apply the cream on my own for my entire body. My laser therapist was Lyudmila. Really bad service. Wouldnt recommend for laser hair removal. And the booking with the dermatologist is only booked after a month after they burnt me.

I just received the stimsure and SculpSure treatment from gaga clinic and I did not know what to expect at first but I was pleasantly surprised with the results! Just after the treatment first treatment I felt that a positive change was taking place. It’s been 10 days and I am noticing a sure improvement! The entire staff are great friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was visiting friends by the time I returned. They answer any questions professionally and keep you informed of what results you can expect . Just remember there isnt a silver bullet unless you follow instructions and recommendations. Overall very satisfied with service and treatment and looking forward to see 12 week result

I had a medical dermatology appointment at this clinic today. I never been there before. I cant remember when I had such a great visit to a doctors office. It has been a long time. Everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. The dermatologist was fantastic. So friendly and when he came in the room gave off a sense of confidence. He got right to the point and I was so pleased. I am writing this because right now, with all the virus and things going on, it was so nice to go to an office appointment and deal with such great and happy people. 5 stars for sure!

Latest review:Now this is my honest and final review of the full body laser treatment service I booked with Gaga. I will begin with the cons, because the list is longer.Cons:1. For a working woman like myself, they dont accommodate bookings on Saturday. They expect me to skip work to attend the session. Moreover if I book a session on a weekday after I am done with work which is usually around 5, they keep calling and asking me to come earlier, because their technician has to leave.2. They booked my last appointment at 3 PM and sent me a confirmation message as well. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist told me that the technician changed the appointment to 3:30 PM without informing me or the reception. So yah, had to wait for a half hour to start my treatment.3. They keep rescheduling the appointment, although I book mine 6-8 weeks in advance. Either their technician is not available or they double booked, or some other lame excuse.4. In my final session, the technician actually BURNT my skin on both hands and shoulders, leaving me with black scars. She pretended like it was normal and asked me to apply a cream, which should cause the scar to crust and eventually disappear. The pictures are quite disturbing so I will refrain from sharing it here. I just hope there is no permanent damage or scarring.5. The technician treats you like a corpse, no emotions, rough when handling my body and actually rests her hand on my chest when using the laser.6. The technician chose which parts of my body she wanted to work on. For instance, in the last session, she did not cover my entire bikini area but instead just did some parts of it and left the rest. I was already frustrated with the way she was handling me, that I didnt even bother telling her.Pros:1. Price was reasonable for 6 sessions.The previous technician Rosetta, was so much better and a lovely lady. Miss her!I am glad that my treatment with this place is done and dusted. I will find another center to continue my treatments.Old review:Visited them for a full body laser session. From arrival until I left they were courteous and answered all my questions. The laser technician Rosetta was extremely considerate of my comfort and kept checking on me to make sure I didn’t feel too much discomfort. Overall the experience was excellent and I have pre-booked 5 more sessions with them. Their pricing is also reasonable and services are worth the cost.

It’s not polite to stand by the door and stare at people parked in front of the medical center. there was no sign on the parking i was in, there was nothing. but having the staff stand and stare until you leave is childish and immature. if there was something bothering you, and you didn’t want me to park (at 8:45 when your clinic closes at 9) you could’ve told me. rude and disrespectful, wouldn’t want to know how you’d treat your patients.

I have given five ⭐️’S for over all marks is because I wanted to shares each one of them , Specially to Dr. Shiba Mehta , she’s verynice , approachable and a very understanding and accommodating Doctor especially her assistant Sister I liked her smile while receiving and welcoming me always 🥰 and the rest staffs from customer Service to housekeeping are too accommodating and approachable as well. I loved their receiving areas , well decorated, and so hygienic with a COViD rules and protocols has in orders.. I’ll definitely recommend this clinic 👍🥰😊

Veneers by Dr.Shibha-During consultation she said she will make the veneer it how I wanted(after payment everything changed and ended up with teeth I didn’t like)-One of the teeth had problem. so I informed the clinic and there was no reply even they have seen my message(meaning they won’t even talk to you after the procedure)-The teeth that had problem causing pain when I eat so I am going to another clinic to fix it !-They don’t give you temporary so( you will feel pain after shaving process)-They don’t give warranty for veneer breakage-They don’t respect customers(rude behavior from the receptionist and dr)•You can already see how they are responding to bad reviews•Don’t get fooled by the social media. They don’t post their bad work. Try to read and understand why many people posted bad reviews here

I had 3 sessions of acne scars treatment with Dr. Mohamed Hussein AbouHadeed. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to see improvements instantly after each session. He chooses the right treatment and gives the honest and straightforward approach. His professionalism is well recognized and proven on post treatment results immediately. Review Part 2:Being a regular customer for a month now, I can only say that am so happy to discover such a professional centre. The pleasant receiption staff and lovely nurse (Sheeja - special thanks for giving me laughter, new information and always a great hospitality) I truly appreciate being treated no less than celebrity (knowing that a lot of them pop around).Today is my first Hair PRP Treatment. I know Im in great & safe hands with the amazing specialist (Ludmyla) who handles 90% of my treatments, she is simply amazing and I make sure to book with her regularly. I will update on the process.

I was told my appointment would take 20-30 minutes (start 13:30), it would cost AED 400 and it would not be causing any pain/discomfort. After filling in the form, waiting in the waiting area and finally consultation, I was accepted in the procedure room around 14:30 (hour later). After I got the charcoal mask applied on my face, I was left in the room around 35 minutes. The lady came back to check the mask, and she said it would take “5 more minutes”, and left again. After 15 minutes, I went downstairs to the reception area to ask if we can start as it was 3pm already. The lady was interrupted by the receptionist in another room - with another patient, performing another procedure simultaneously. That moment she came to my room to start with the laser. It was quite uncomfortable and in some moments a bit painful too for me, which I was not prepared for (I mentioned earlier that I am not doing good with any kind of pain, so I really need to know in advance). After the laser I had a moisturizing mask applied - not prepared for a slight shock caused by the temperature difference (hot laser vs very cold mask). When I was told it was over, I went downstairs to pay. Receptionist said AED 520 - so I showed her the WhatsApp chat from the day before where I was told 400, she said: “it’s ok then 400”. I ended up paying 420, and left the clinic after 4pm.I am quite disappointed with lack of time-organizing and expectation management skills, and poor overall approach to the patient, even more surprised having in mind that I was a new patient in that place. Very sorry, but I do not recommend this clinic.

I paid almost aed3k into my maids treatment because the poor thing had a lot of pigmentation damage. I actually chose them because I called 2-3 and they said this is full price for 3 month treatment with everything included. Her cream ran out and they said she shouldn’t have used so much. On asking they said we didn’t show her how to use because it’s home care part. The receptionist and doctor were trying to help but the manager was completely unhelpful and dismissive.

I went to do my veneers trusting the Instagram of the doctor. Talking to her I was assured that everything would go well. My nightmare has started.Mentioning from the first visit I had to pay 5k aed to start with. Second visit we did the teeth filing and when I saw the teeth I didn’t like the shape. And the doctor when ahead anyway. She never explained she is not filing the teeth enough to create space. I had to pay 10k (total was 15k) for having teeth that were not what I wanted. My teeth were left without temporary. Causing me sensitivity and issue with eating. When I asked the money back as I hated the teeth and I am refusing to wear some veneers that looks look plastic and like a dentature. I was not told that the teeth warranty was only 5 years just for color change. When other clinics are giving total coverage for 19 years or lifetime. The clinic is refusing to refund me. I want to go elsewhere to fix this upsetting episode to avoid to open a court case against the clinic for damages and misleading of work and explanations. In uae these matters are taken very seriously. I guess Gaga clinic think that they can get away with it “stealing” 10k from clients. I have no teeth and no money to go elsewhere now. It’s a horrible experience and definitely I don’t recommend it.

It is already the second time I am coming for services in the Gaga clinic. The staff is nice and helpful, the technicians do an amazing work and the receptionist are so professional and friendly especially the reception. Keep it up !

Very bad experience after I pay 12k aed i did get the result, just advise they will give very good word to make you believe service is very poor, 1 more thing they will tell also that consultation is life time but 100% wrong. They are getting money to the client they did not think how hard to get that money just to pay them but at the end of the service you will not satisfied. Never go to this clinic or else you will loose your money...POOR CLINICDont you ever say that i got a better result im not stupid and blind its easy to say that because you did lost your money and feel the sacrifice of having hard time after surgery. I love this clinic. Their service is good and staff is very friendly, especially sister Sheeja. Sister Sheeja makes sure that the patiënt is comfortable before she continues with the procedure. I am satisfied with the results and I would recommend this clinic to everyone. They are very professional :)

Please re-consider your decision about the employee(s) managing the clinics Whatsapp account, as a potential client I waited hours for feedback & finally was ignored. Im pretty sure the clinic is great per what I heard but its sad to see it losing potential customers because of a front-liner actions.

I regret that I visited this clinic. Employees are extremely rude and amateur. Also, the overweight woman in a dark blue uniform who works on the ground floor, opposite the entrance door, is very rude. She treated me badly when I told him that I didnt speak English very well. She acted as if I was not a customer. I visited there and then immediately left. I will not go there again. I also warned my friends who are thinking of going there. My friends will not go there as customers.

I’ve been visiting Gaga clinic for the past 7 months with Anna for laser. I really saw a difference after each session. Anna does laser and she is very precise with her work.

I am absolutely fuming. I was urged by them to do the PRP treatment to treat my “terrible skin” according to them. First time i did it was okay but no results. They were so unprofessional and did many things that made me question how this place is still even running. They convinced me to come back for a second treatment a month after which I absolutely regret because the second time doing PRP the lady absolutely tore my skin. She even got chemical peel on areas that absolutely shouldn’t touch she just said “oops its fine” now those areas are insanely dark and ruined and my pores are way bigger and I literally have NEW crazy deep scars. This is after a few months now I really waited hoping it will go but they genuinely ruined my skin. Before any of this my skin was 10 times better I seriously am in emotional distress from this. I paid so much for them to make my skin patchier with huge pores. Absolutely do not come here save your skin and money. Unbelievable

I had a very positive experience at the clinic with Dr Parisa. I had teeth cleaning and whitening done with results far beyond my expectations. She took her time and gave her best to make sure that I achieve the maximum possible whiteness I could achieve.

I love my anti aging treatments with Olga Lelekova. I did HIFU before and achieved excellent results. Recently I did RF treatment to tighten the skin on my face and now it is glowing and imroving. Gaga clinic has excellent customer service and very friendly staff! I strongly recommend it.

I read so many good reviews about this place and when I finally booked it they changed my appointment 3-4 time, lady who did my facial was extremely rude, stressed and in hurry, slapped my face left and right just to finish quickly, as another client was waiting. It seems they messed up appointments... After dermabrasion my face was burning. Really the most unpleasant experience ever. 2 stars just because place is clean.

Very unprofessional receptionists. Every time I’ve called or dealt with them in person they seem unbothered. At least 3 times i was ignored on the phone and once in person (while waiting to book my next appointment) while they order their lunch- maybe i should have chosen after lunch hours? Imagine standing for a few mins and both receptionists act as if you are invisible. The staff walk in during my treatment without permission (every single time). They made me wait 40 mins for my appointment without even reassuring me or apologizing or even offering a glass of water- it’s like self service over there. Not going back for sure.

So I have been to a couple of aesthetic clinics over the past few months and it was to experience a good facial and to see results. I have tried a couple of carbon facials, and hydra facials but nothing has helped me with my skin issues which is making it fresher, clearer and of course making it feel healthy.Recently I came across Gaga Clinic and met with their skin specialist Saba Hashmi, she has more than 20 years experience and is one expert when it comes to tackling any skincare concerns. For my rough, and oily skin I took two sessions of Hydra Facial which was also combined with Botox Facial.The session lasted for about an hour or so and there were an instant glow and difference on my skin, the dead skin was exfoliated, a soft light (laser) was used to make it brighter, followed by a mask. My second session was combined with a Botox Facial which was micro-needling the serums deep into my skin to see great results. I didn’t feel much pain as my skin was numb but the redness was evident which was reduced in the next few days.My skin was peeling over the coming few days but I could see the results of the facials and would surely go back again. I would highly recommend a session with Saba Hashim as she can understand your concerns and would try to treat it permanently rather than just a quick fix.

I have done(HIFU) these procedure @gaga medical center but I highly recommend not to do these procedure with them....First of all mine was not done with a doctor it was done by a nurse or whatever they are called.... with no I mean no result at all ,I went for some definition in my face and they definitely guarantee that before the start of your procedure, i have seen some before and after pics but i am not sure if those work have been done in that clinic. I have been told the plus number of other benefits which my skin will benefit from doing these procedure, which none of it happened instead breakouts all over my face which now I am struggling to get rid ofHere is the funniest part and whoever reading these I want u to read these and have ur understanding of to whom u are giving ur face for....so I went for follow up after couple of days and the same lady who have done my procdure took me in her office and start saying something total unrelated to my procdure and i sat there confused and she saw my confused face and she went out to see what procdure she have preformed on me and came sat down and we start having these occurred conversation literally arguing with me that my face showed result and me saying I dont see any...First of all it is my face she sld have listened and for god sake have all the information ready before u start talking to ur patient ,for me i lost her there. So the conversation went like that for few min she literally pushed the conversation to the point i wld accept her opinion but hell no and here it come the 2nd funiest part she goes like ohhhh may be u need to do jaw fillers.....recommending another procdure and I am sure if I go and do the jaw filler and the ohhhhhhhh moment will continue.what I am trying to say is that yes the procedure works and the person who is doing matters alot so please please do ur research very well !!!! dont get ripped off like me...it was almost 3000dsh good bye& RIP situation for me but so thankful that she didnt damage my nerves .Last but not least i shared my experience on these specfic procdure with these specfic lady I wished I had her name but I didnt overall the place looks decent and the receptionist are very friendly accommodatingTo answer ur question u do it once a yearSorry for the long post!!!!Hope u find this helpful

Very disappointed. I went for a very specific cellulite treatment. After my second treatment they changed equipment and told me it was the same treatment. I had a horrible experience in this clinic , the person that I dealt with Olga , she was very rude and unprofessional she gets offended easily even if as a patient i have the right to say my opinion but she would not accept it , always grumpy not welcoming , i had to do sculpsure but she insisted on another procedure that cost me a lot and both were useless anyways my belly fat didnt reduce the way they described it , i asked for the measurement of before to compare for some reason she didnt show it to me , she kept on saying that i need to get your file that she should anyways prepare a head of time to discuss the results with me , the worst part is that i spoke to the manager but still no action as far as i know so i wont advise this clinic
