Genomed has been very helpful with my facial treatment, I had great sessions with this clinic and dr Mohammed did a great job recommending which procedures I go for and the prices are fair compare to the market price and all he said was just true my face look even better and tighter thanks to genomed ployclinic

Its over price place, no wonder why this clinic its empty.Currently they run offersI went for booster and they put me Doble less quantity, describe like a offer because its less money, but in fact its regular price!

I had an appointment at the clinic 4 weeks ago. I asked for a recommendation for a face lift and explained that I had no experience and need guidance. I was offered a Botox treatment on the same day. The doctor also recommended a hyaluronic acid treatment. When I asked how long the effect would last, I was told 1-2 years, depending on your lifestyle. The treatment was carried out on the same day and I was to come back in 2 weeks for a follow-up. When I went for a follow-up, the doctor was not available and a colleague took over. He barely checked my face, but asked me if there was anything else that needed to be done. I found the question irritating because I am not an expert and would have liked more guidance, so I told him. The doctor said that the hyaluronic acid treatment should be carried out several times because it would not do any good once. That was a hard red flag for me, because two doctors from same clinic gave different statements and it felt like he was trying to convince me for additional service although I just came to check on the lat treatment. I was visibly dissatisfied with the situation and left. Now, just 4 weeks after the treatment, I have severe wrinkles around my eyes, and the Botox effect is no longer noticeable. I was assured that it would last at least 4 months. I followed all the instructions and even gave up bad habits. My eyelids now fall more heavily over my eyes than before the treatment and my face is very swollen, which wasnt the case before. I complained about the situation. The clinic offered to let me come back. However, I no longer trust them and would not let them touch my face again. The treatment was quite expensive, but did not bring the expected result at all. I am very disappointed with the result.

Had taken a package for laser, have been coming here for a while. No issues with the service but my last visit i highly disappointed when I was on time for my appointment but I was made wait for 1 hour to start. The receptionist Aya took another clinet in instead of my appontment. I am being told different story by different staff. Instead of taking me in who came on time, the other client was taken in and started her service after I came. This could have been handled professionally by informing me prior. They didnt even inform me, I overheard them speak thats when I found out I would have to wait. I work on weekends too and it was difficult for me to schedule my appointment because of my busy working hours. I was supposed to go to work directly from the appointment. My entire impression has gone down just because of this. Not respecting someones time is something I dont appreciate at all.

Went in for a deep cleansing hydra facial and I was absolutely in awe of the service and the kindness of the staff. Everything was so clean and sanitary, I thoroughly loved the facial and the technician was very warm and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.P.S they have valet parking available as well! (before 5:00 pm)

Just did my 4 sessions of laser hair removal treatment. Unlike the other clinics experience I had , the staff is really professional and care about the customers. Sometimes my session took more than 2 hours but they are not rush because of the timing and they do their job properly even if it takes longer. Good Job Guys!

I would like to share that my laser experience was amazing, machine is way better then the one I tried before. Professional therapist, very clean and pleasant place , after that My consultation was with Dr Mehdi , he was friendly and polite and answered all my questions with clarity. I had a botox & mesotherapy done with Him too . he was amazing! Super nice and gave me the best result!! He was explaining to me each product and the benefits of it throughout all the process . I also really liked Rania their patient coordinator . She was really vibrant and was wonderful to speak to.

Not great as they change the prices just before the treatment and look for ways to charge you more. Dr. Mehdi didnt follow up if I would like to go ahead with the treatment after he changed the price and walked out to sit in the reception. Definitely do not recommend this clinic or service.
