As a staff member here, I would like to express my honest opinion. The clinic is exceptionally clean and utilizes high-quality materials. The staff are highly professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. The manager is incredibly helpful, highly professional, and productive. All the doctors are well-trained, friendly, and very professional. They work diligently and efficiently.

I went there once with my wife, and it was a disaster. The prices are a scam, and the staff use inappropriate language, especially for Arabic speakers. They were talking about the owner, someone named Mahran that usually comes to his office hangover and allegedly uses illegal methods to underpay and fire his workers. He is reportedly facing legal issues related to unpaid workers and scamming the filler brand.we end up leaving despite having a prepaid consultation.

Actually had an experience where I had 3 different treatment plans in one visit how? Like this is the whole treatment plan then no its for one visit i said ok no problem thats one thing but how come the doc said that she’ll use one injection for two parts and when the nurse came it actually was 2 injections every part is separate i said ok again but the doctor came back and said yeah its 2 different areas thats why its 2 when i told her that you said only one that you’re gonna use she immediately went mad about it and said she’ll give me the injections for free i don’t want your injections and i can understand if you said it by mistake or something but not in this way.

I am thrilled with the results of my breast implants done by Dr. Maria. The outcome is fantastic, and Im especially pleased that there are no visible scars. I highly recommend Dr. Maria for her excellent work and the natural look she achieved. I underwent surgery at Glamour Care Clinic on August 1, 2024, under the care of the excellent Dr. Maria Rubatti. While Dr. Marias skill and professionalism were outstanding, my post-surgical experience with the clinics staff was an absolute nightmare.Immediately after surgery, I was placed in a room where the air conditioning was malfunctioning, leaving me in unbearable heat. Despite my repeated pleas for relief, the attending nurse dismissed my concerns, continuing to use her phone while fanning me with a piece of paper. The lack of care was appalling. Meanwhile, two other nurses engaged in loud chatter and laughter, completely ignoring my requests for peace and quiet. The situation worsened when they lied to me about my sister’s presence, further adding to my distress.The combination of the heat, noise, and negligence led to a severe migraine attack, which I had informed the clinic about prior to surgery. Despite this, no appropriate measures were taken, and I was left in a state of acute pain. That same night, I had to be rushed by ambulance to the ER due to Glamour Care Clinics gross negligence and failure to provide proper post-surgery care.To make matters worse, the clinic prescribed medications that had dangerous interactions with my pre-existing medications, despite being fully aware of my medical history. This oversight severely affected my health and was life-threatening.For over a month, I have been following up with the customer service manager, Mr. Mahran, who has continuously failed to respond or take any action. Despite repeated calls, messages, and even an in-person visit, I was told that he was on leave and hadn’t even assigned my case to anyone else.While I highly recommend Dr. Maria Rubatti, I urge others to consider booking her through a different hospital for their safety and well-being. Glamour Care Clinics negligence, lack of professionalism, and failure to address these issues make them completely untrustworthy. I would never trust them with my health again.

I underwent liposuction for my body and arm at Glamour Care Clinic with Dr. Maria Rubatti. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the results, especially regarding my arms. They appear damaged and aesthetically unpleasant, causing me discomfort. Ive received feedback from others expressing similar concerns.I want to share my experience for the benefit of others considering their services.In addition to the unsatisfactory results, its important to note that the procedure was not inexpensive, and the outcome does not reflect the significant amount of money I invested. Despite reaching out to the clinic manager, (Mahran Ashour), about my concerns, I have not received any response or assistance. This lack of communication and resolution has added to my disappointment with the overall experience.Dear Mr.Mahran I didnt request additional services, my initial requirement was to rectify the damage caused by Dr. Maria during my arm surgery I cannot show my arms i always cover them they look so ugly. And i am not an overweight person i was 63 kg when I have done the surgery, I politely sought an appointment for her to assess my case, but you ignored my messages.I only asked for a discount, which you agreed to offer contingent on posting before and after pictures I paid 52500AED after discount Now, Im asserting my patient rights and have sent multiple messages that were ignored claiming its a marketing case. I paid 52500 AED, and if it were a marketing case, it should be free!You left me no other choice,I was forced to write a review here. Its not my mistake that I tried to address the issue, but you ignored my request, Mr. Mahran. You didnt even suggest coming to the clinic to check my arms, you simply ignored me without any reason. I swear, if at that time you had tried to resolve the matter, I would have been happy, even if you requested additional payment to fix it. However, you didnt bother, and that truly disappoints me. Is this how you take care of your patients after surgery?Furthermore, you dont have the right to display my pictures here without consent. I will take legal action if necessary. Thank you.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCEDisappointing and frustrating experience during the plastic surgery I underwent at your clinic. Unfortunately, the results have been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience.LACK of CLARITY, I found it disconcerting that different members of the medical team provided conflicting information about the surgery. This lack of consistency and transparency left me feeling confused and uncertain about the entire process and the results!! Especially now after a year!!! I SEE 0 results instead I AM DISTORTED !!the result of the surgery have been extremely DISAPPOINTING. Despite paying a significant amount of money, I have not seen any noticeable improvements. Instead, again !! I have been left with distorted features and emotional damage. It is disheartening to invest so much, both financially and emotionally, and not receive the desired outcome.Equally concerning is the poor customer service I have encountered throughout this journey. Despite numerous attempts to address my concerns, I have received little to no response from your team. Promises to rectify the situation have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling neglected and unheard.I am emphasizing on how truly i am disappointed with my experience at your clinic. I would not recommend your services to anyone based on the significant issues I have encountered. It is disheartening to learn that other clients have also had negative experiences after I shared my own disappointment.I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future patients do not have to endure similar hardships. It is CRUCIAL to prioritize clear communication, consistent results, and responsive customer service.

WARNING: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. In the initial assessment with Dr Maria she suggested I do a specific beauty service using a certain product. So the clinic took a AED200 deposit before the procedure appointment which I had no problem paying. Then when I came to the appointment I found out that the product was not there and they had not informed me before coming. Instead they decided they will use a different product which I didn’t want to use. When I refused, they said they will contact me the following week when the original product I wanted arrives. After hopelessly waiting weeks for them to contact me or show they care about me as a client, I decided to ask for a refund of the deposit because they did not fulfill their promise. Surprisingly they refused to make a refund for the AED200 even though it is their fault for this mess and not mine. My experience is that this clinic is profit oriented and not trustworthy. I have been to some of the best clinics here in Dubai and I never felt the need to write a review but I felt the need to warn anyone from dealing with this clinic.

Had my BA surgery with Dr. Dora Evangelidou at Glamoru Care Clinics. During breast augmentation recovery, you hear a lot of patients who suffered a lot of swelling and bruising, scars as long as your arm, etc. however, with Dr. Dora, recovery was a breeze, incision was 2-3 cm and a tiny bruise on one side only smaller than my thumb. She is a gifted surgeon, and I would definitely choose her again in the future. As for the clinic, they are organized, and the staff are friendly. All the nurses are competent and gentle, and the reception is also very accommodating. Overall, my experience with the clinic has been positive and felt bespoke. 💖

This cutting-edge procedure has been gaining popularity for its rejuvenating and skin transformative effects, derived from stem cells has the incredible ability to reinvigorate and restore the skin at a cellular level.and I couldn’t wait to experience it myself!!!Upon entering the clinic, I was immediately welcomed by the friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease.The treatment began with a thorough consultation with @dr.rashakassem a dermatologist doctor who assessed my skin type and discussed my concerns and expectations, she explained the process of the exosome facial treatment and its benefits, which only fueled my excitement.Her professionalism and personalized approach instilled a sense of trust and assured me that I was in capable hands.Once the consultation was complete, I was led to a calm and serene treatment room, then a aesthetician nurse began by cleansing my face and removing any traces of makeup or impurities. This initial step allowed the exosome treatment to penetrate deeply into my skin then she applied a numbing cream for 15 minutes.Then Doctor Rasha begin the real magic - the application of exosome serum, using a dermapen gently massaging the exosome serum into my skin, I couldn’t help but feel a gentle tingling sensation, indicating that the serum was working its magic. In this city which is full of alternative high end services your clinic agressively and impolitely turn myself and my sister down because we were 2 mins late for our appoinment! The staff was fully aware we were driving from Abudhabi right after work to make it on time and wasnt considerate at all! over and above that we were both squeezed in one slot while we should be given 2!!! That indicates how you careless and how indifferent you are about having clients!! Your reception reception staff are not aware of the basics of customer services nor are they aware of the bad reputation they can bring to the clinic regardless of the amazing doctors and technicians you have!Today we drive back to AbuDhabi without recieving our service, without being asked if we want to reschedule, without getting any alternative solution to get accomodated since we have arrived!I don’t recommend this clinic 👎🏻

I just booked appointment with them less than an hour ago because my son called me from school that he has tooth ache , when he came feom school i saw its just a wobbly tooth i called them to cancel they are not accepting to return my money or postponing my appointment just keep telling me that the 200 is non refundable 🤦🏻‍♀️

I started going to this clinic because of Dr Maria Rubatti. I have been a loyal patient of hers; and have followed her throughout the few years I have been getting my treatments with her. In comparison to all of the other clinics I have been to in Dubai. This is definitely my favorite, slightly overpriced over the competition but extremely worth the customer experience offered.

From reception to service, everything was perfect, thank you soo much glamour.

An experience never be repeated anywhere else with the Expert & Specialist Ms. Muntaha for multiple professional treatments that are not comparable or compatible as perfectly witnessed.This is my 10th continuous sessions and counting on with a month ahead bookings as it’s rarely available.I highly recommend not to miss the obvious younger youth look with the magic touches of Ms.Muntaha.

Not happy with my recent experience with the clinic. My appointment was canceled at first instance after I booked it and then I was notified 15 Mins prior to the new appointment to be in clinic. I have never seen a worse clinic in Dubai than this one , customer service is horrible, the staff is unprofessional and non organized at all, they will never give you your moneyback incase you cancelled.Especially that the staff is changing every while no one will be able to keep up with you and that also shows the unproffisionality of the whole management .I do not recommend this clinic

DON’T DEAL WITH THIS CLINIC!!! I had a very bad experience with Glamour Clinic. I have paid them a deposit for a surgical appointment i then changed my mind and requested a refund. As agreed that they will take their cancelation fees which was 700 aed, and return the remaining amount which is 4300 aed. 2 weeks of me going back and forth and calling them they just make false promises! At the end they gave me a cheque they didn’t want to give me my cash which i paid the deposit in cash. I took the cheque to the bank and they said this can’t be cashed it can only be deposited and the clinic already know that i am not local im a visitor. I called them again and explained that i can’t get the cheque cashed they say we will check and get back to you, 5 days later i contact them they say we are waiting for the Manager approval. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If someone have to travel they would never refund you they just want to keep you waiting until you give up on your money. I just don’t want anyone to go through what we went through!

The worst service ive experience in any clinic in dubai.I am not a person that would usually write a review. However, this clinic has upset me to the point im actually writing one.I came to this clinic more than 4 times in the past two years. Every single time I went they were late. Today, i visited them, with an appointment scheduled at 12;30pm. i called to inform them i was goin gto be a few minutes late and that i had no time to wait because i have an appointment at 1:15 elsewhere. i arrived at 12:39 exactly waited until 1:10 with the doctor still not showing up. the staff told me it is the client that was booked before me. i left with the doctor not even showing up.Additionally, the staff were unaccomodating and some of them even had an attitude problem.Additionally, a friend and i were informed that we were going to get juvederm injections only to see a different product on the waiver form.For the prices they are charging their clients, the service should be the best possible. I 100% sure that for the same price in different clinics you can get MUCH BETTER SERVICE and honesty and respect.I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.go at your own risk.

I don’t recommend, they will say first the Botox retouch is free, then in the next visit they will force you pay for the retouch. They first tell you to get the Botox treatment for free, then they make you pay for the treatment. What happened is true, the doctor said the reteaching is free, then at the time of the reteaching, she said, “I’m sorry, the needle has finished, and you have to pay for this second needle. How is it not true?” I mean, and how defamatory is this that happened?

I thank the work team for the beautiful reception and your treatment was wonderful, especially Dr. Widad for the good treatment. Her work was wonderful and excellent. I am happy with the result. My companion and I thank you.

The worst clinic 👎 👎👎 Zero interaction with customers, but they take the money and stop answering and communicating, and scammers have been calling me for more than 5 months and do not respond. When I decided to cancel the operation, they took me more than half the amount, even though the date of the operation is not specified 😡👎
