Please save your money and go elsewhere. My friends and I have had a terrible experience at this clinic. They used to be good apparently but not anymore and this I can guarantee. If you book appointments weeks prior, they will call you on the day of your appointment to cancel. Moreover, the lady at the reception is really rude. The laser professionals just want to get done with the sessions so they are always in a rush. Would never recommend to anybody. Don’t get fooled by their fancy location.

Did one hair laser session here and the results were not as good as another place I went to before (did one session at both places). Health Avenue uses a laser named Deka Synchro Replay (with air cooling), which had worse results than the other place (they used Gentlemax with cryogenic cooling). The Gentlemax gets better results I feel. Staff is friendly and professional, location is fine, but less convinced about the equipment they use.

THE BEST TREATMENT I HAVE HAD TO DATE.I dont believe in having a face without expression - but I also want to preserve my skins youth and fullness. I was recommended Sculptra as my best solution, to induce collagen production and improve skin tightness and elasticity. Usually one would do X3 sessions, spaced out with 6-8 weeks - if someone told me that one session would give you an entire face lift, I wouldnt have believed them. I am in AWE with how rejuvenated my skin is looking - my temples and cheeks have had a mini face lift, and my skin is looking so much more rehydrated and healthy.I am extremely happy with the results, I couldnt recommend this treatment more. Thanks team!

Clean and tidy.Great place for laser hair removal. Ladies are professional and attentive. Have the latest technology for laser treatment.As I only go for laser treatment here can only say about this service.Receptionist does great job dealing with appointments, always follows up and sends reminders. Arriving there never had to wait more than 20 min, even though myself have habit of arriving to appointments way earlier. Another thing I like about this place is location and parking situation which comes with free Valet service as part of 5 star hotel.Also they do offers on Groupon, but actually the offers are better at the clinic itself.

They have amazing doctors. I absolutely love Dr. Afifa! She listens to every little detail of what you expect and turns it in to reality. Dr. Afifa helped me pick the perfect treatment for my body type.As I told her the other day she isn’t only a doctor, but also an artist. I’ve been to her for several procedures now (all different) and I’m left speechless every time at how well they turn out.I will never go anywhere else for all of my nonsurgical enhancement needs. Also, the nurse practitioners are extremely welcoming, from taking the time to explain in detail my procedures, checking up on me continuously through the recovery!I absolutely love this practice and recommend any and everyone to go here! Thank you again for making my visions come to life.

Exceptionally BAD after sale service. Cancelled on me 3 times at short notice after I’d paid in full for a package of treatments. Even after taking the bookings AND calling to confirm. Struggling to get a full refund despite going into the clinic, WhatsApping and calling. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I’m extremely disappointed by the service and professionalism of this clinic.I booked an appointment one month in advance. The receptionist verbally affirmed me twice that my appointment has been booked. I come to the clinic on the day of my appointment, and happen to realize they are closed. No one told me whilst booking the appointment that they are closed on Saturdays. Also, they barely answer your calls or messages. They tell you to come in one month for your next appointment, then barely have any availability to book you in. My last treatment session got delayed by one month. They take your money and won’t accommodate to their clients timings and needs. Also, when I addressed my concerns to the receptionist, she is not understanding at all and instead gives an attitude and acts like she is very busy with no time to listen. Due to her negligence, my time got wasted today commuting to the clinic and having to rearrange my schedule to make it in time. PURE DISSAPOINTMENT.

I’ve been going to this clinic since September after trying many different places in Dubai and I’ve never been happier than I’ve been with Dr Afifa - she is truly amazing and so lovely! I trust her completely and everything she’s suggested for me has really worked so well. She also tells me what not to do which is just as important as telling to what to do!

I have been doing the laser for the past two years in this clinic. First the service was good but it became worst and worst. They make you take packages but you never have a certificate or anything to tell you how many sessions you have left (knowing the fact you can have 2 months in between sessions as it is laser). They have no price list.They trick you with the price, take 1 month to give you appointments and the receptionist are rude. To be avoided 100%.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for almost a year now, they always seem to be tricking their clients into paying more by showing limited time offers and then halfway into the session when it’s time to reschedule , the prices hike. For a long time user They don’t even inform you how many sessions you have had or are left with , it is only when you are done with a session they will tell you that you are over with your “prepaid package” sessions and you have to pay for this one which you have already used unknowingly (and it will be more expensive that your previous deal) , receptionist is rude and unapologetic and often rolls her eyes if you cross question her.Really bad experience. Never coming back.

I wanted to share my experience leading up to my planned visit to the Marina Branch of Health avenue, Approximately 15 minutes prior to my scheduled arrival, I received a msg from the phillipina receptionist regarding my booking. To my surprise and, I was informed that they would not be able to accommodate me due to an issue with the payment originating from a different branch.Her approach lacked clarity and professionalism, and the interaction left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the reliability of the centers services.As a potential customer, its disheartening to encounter such obstacles before even setting foot in the establishment. Clear communication and proactive solutions are vital in ensuring a positive experience for customers, and unfortunately, this was lacking in my interaction with the receptionist.I hope that this feedback prompts the management to review their processes and ensure that similar incidents are addressed promptly and effectively. As someone interested in utilizing their services, I believe its essential for the center to uphold standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Unfortunately, today was my first visit. I booked a week ahead, reconfirmed by the staff twice. I reached on time, however I waited for 40 minutes and each time they are telling, in few minutes my turn will come although I saw many clients coming in smoothly, I waited for unjustified reasons. I respected the appointment, I expect to be treated the same. I had to leave because I have another appointment. They didn’t care, they didn’t apologize, they didn’t call back to reschedule! For sure they lost me as a client!!

Great location easy to find and all of them are so kind. Dr. Lama is amazing, she recommend me the best treatments for mi skin problems and explained to me in detail all my questions, definitely will be back 🥰

I came to Health Avenue on a friend’s recommendation - for lip filler and Botox. Dr Afifa advised for the best result, I would need to dissolve the migrated filler and start fresh. I had an unfortunate reaction to dissolver enzyme, which she handled with utmost care, ensuring I was looked after and even checking in with me until 2am the same night in case of further reaction.We proceeded with the filler after 2 weeks and did 3 separate sessions to build my new lips. Dr Afifa is a perfectionist and incredibly caring; she will confidently give you the advice and treatment to leave you feeling your absolute best. I’m extremely grateful she was my Dr for this process and I would recommend her to anyone.Compliments also to the nurses and reception, the latter were always very responsive, prompt and polite.Overall a great experience, big thank you to all the team!

I used to love this place but now I’m definitely echoing what others have said. The professionalism and standards have plummeted. I ask for specific technicians and they swap them without telling me (like I wouldn’t notice). They admitted to booking me for a microneedling session with a doctor who didn’t do microneedling (which explains why she kept nagging me to get injections instead of the service I had asked for). They keep booking appointments and canceling them or asking if I can show up during my working hours. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for over a month to use my last sessions from my package because they refuse to refund me (even though they’re the reason I can actually get my sessions in). I would definitely steer clear from them. Such a shame, they used to be fantastic!

Called them to book a treatment they booked for me a different one which is lazer hair removal!When you text them on whatsapp they leave you on seen and answer after 3 days about something completely different.The best thing about them is dr. I usually do Hydrafacial’s here and they are typically ok, but today I tried Botox for the first time. After telling me all side effects, etc., the doctor told me to raise my eyebrows so she could see where to mark with a white pencil to inject me, and when I did, she said “Woah, where do I start?”. It’s crazy that she went to school for all those years but failed to get any sensitivity training. Also, I arrived at 5:30pm for my scheduled appointment and I was seen at 6:30pm by the doctor. There are literally 1 million places that do the same treatments that Health Avenue does in Dubai. Keeping business should be their priority. Wise up.

I’ve been coming to Health avenue for more than a year now for laser removal of many areas, and Karen is always doing an amazing and clean job. All the team is flexible to adjust appointments based on last minute work emergencies. Good offers all the time and the management is very helpful. One the best and trustworthy for laser removal in Dubai.

Boutaina is a lovely and hands on therapist. She explains every step of the treatment and then proceeds to do the treatment. She is also knowledgable about the treatments and how what would be good for you.The dermatologist is also very helpful in guiding you to decide what you want. She will not push for you to take all types of treatment simply because you have heard it from someone else.

LOVE this place!!! The customer service here is amazing. Dr. William Watfa is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and patient! He was more than happy to answer any questions I had (I went in for two consultations), and made me feel at ease regarding my upcoming surgery.His assistant, Ghosun, is BY FAR the most helpful assistant I’ve come across in Dubai. She’s extremely friendly, helpful, and took the time to walk me through all the details of my surgery. I’ve never seen such amazing customer service in Dubai - thank you Ghosun!!!

Laser is not bad, but reception very unprofessional, I was calling to make an appointment but no one answer and no one called me back, in whats up they are not answering at all or may be 1 time per day. I was very surprised when I came to the clinic and saw that place are empty, there are 3 receptionists playing with their phones and chatting between each other....

Ive had multiple treatments here and experienced nothing but kind and attentive service. I do notice that each time I visit, there is someone being the staff to accommodate her late arrival. Go to your appointment on time, so it doesnt affect the next patient. The good news is that the front desk will value the time of the patients who arrive on time rather than those who arrive late.

I have given four stars just because of therapist “Julie “ who did excellent hydro facial treatment with extra care and she is so professional and kind. The only problem is that receptionists have no customer care orientation and they can be rude. They could improve for having more happy customers which can really impact their reputation as well as profits.

I had a very disappointing experience with Health Avenue back in 2020. First of all, the overall facilities are not very welcoming. No friendly welcoming upon arrival and I have waited 1 hour for my first appointment. The Doctor who was treating me was shadowed by a new lady. He didnt ask me, if I am ok to have him explaining every step to her but I didnt even bother myself to mention this during my procedure. In general I was not happy with the procedure as I noticed that for the first visit not much has been explained. After the treatment I was being told, that I could visit for a touch up within 2 weeks in case the treatment doesnt show the expected results. After a few days I noticed, that the treatment didnt work, however at the same time I was under quarantine as we had positive cases among our friends. I called the clinic and informed them, that I would like to do a touch up, but will be a few days over the 14 weeks due to the fact of being under quarantine. My appointment has still being confirmed and to my surprise the Doctor who treated me the first time was travelling abroad and they had no idea when he is returning to Dubai. Instead I was being send to the same lady who was shadowing the Doctor 2 weeks earlier during my first treatment, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Additionally to this, she was not ready to provide me the touch up, since I was not within the 14 days. After explaining her the situation and also highlighting, that the receptionist confirmed my touch up, she just told me, that I can come again after 3 months for a new treatment. The whole process was just unacceptable - from 1. having a Doctor that just disappears without any update on when he is coming back to 2. having a obvious new Doctor who was just shadowing others as the new point of contact while refusing the touch up that has been promised by the reception is not only unprofessional but left me with a lot of frustration about this place. I will definitely never ever visit this place and would not recommend it either.

Very unprofessional... I had laser appointment at 5pm, I was late around 5-7 min, they requested me to wait since the therapist was busy, I waited around 50-55min, each time when I was asking when the therapist can see me, the lady at the receptionist was shrugging her shoulders. Finally after my complaint, the manager checked and told to wait another 3-5 min, with no result. I left the place after 1 hour. I will not step a foot to this place. Such a shame!

Absolutely best microdermabrasion I’ve ever had! I’ve lived in several countries and this is the best facial I’ve ever received. Great price and staff is so nice and does an exceptional job. It used to be my favourite place for cosmetology services, but not anymore. The professionalism of the current services they have is very low. I have suffered from mistakes caused by their current cosmetologiest.I do not recommend this place for any injection services better to look in other clinics.

I chose this clinic for hydrafacial because of the raving reviews on Groupon. Come on people !! Have you never had a good facial ? That you are giving his clinic great reviews ?? Or is it because of the cheap prices offered on Groupon ??My advise : STAY AWAY !I was EXTREMELY disappointed ! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Below are the reasons why :1- The receptionist was not friendly and seemed to have an attitude. She also asked me for my Emirates ID card. Who does ? I could have been a visitor2- On the voucher it said upto 1 hr. When I went there and asked the receptionist she told me 30 minutes. I felt totally cheated ! It took 45 mins but that was because 15 mins was for keeping the mask on and that does not count3- I had to fill and read a 5 page form ! For what ?? No one even glanced at it. The whole idea of filling a form ( usually simple) is to be able to check the skin type, then do or recommend a treatment. The ironic thing was that the treatment was done.( hyrdafacial) and then at the end the therapist tells me next time I should do microdebrasion for my freckles. Excuse me ? If you had checked my face like most spas/ salons do, u could have recommended that PRIOR to starting4- The facial room was so bright with lights directly overhead ! So much for relaxation5- Several times ( 3-4), people kept coming in and out6- The music was love songs like Im never gonna dance again. Shouldnt it be gentle spa music ??7- The treatment was mainly with the machine where it kept sucking my face continuously but hardly any liquid could be felt coming out8- The therapist kept pushing the machine downwards. In all facials and cream applications, it is recommended to do upward strokes. Were you trying to sag my skin ??Total WASTE of money and time. Again, dont go. there ! There are many many nice spas/ salons with reasonable prices offered on Groupon.Save yourself and your skin.If you wanna relax and have atleast a 1 hr facial, SKIP this place.

Unprofessional and disorganized place. Came in at 12pm for a booked appointment and no one was there to greet me. Left me sitting while girls were running and eating all over the place.Finally one of them asked me to come to a treatment room, left me and other person come in to tell me that doctor is not coming !!!!!! Unbelievable ! Never again

The clinic customer service is not as expected, due to the high demands on them as there is many patients, though I always do my treatment with Dr. Tarafa and thats why I always go there, great treatment and what an amazing doctor, always fast and barely can feel anything during the treatment and he got really nice way dealing with his patients.. You can trust he knows what he is doing..I think they should improve the clinic management only..And a note.. Its better to plan your treatment a head as its really hard to get an Appointmemt for 3 weeks or month.Some patients are getting upset due to the waiting line, but better to wait extra 30 min and get the best treatment than going to someone barely knows what he is doing and doesnt know what beauty is...

Each day I have to follow up , and I ask did they book my appointment finally or not.!So I can’t recommend this place, it’s taking a lot of energy, to fight for my bookingsWaste of money and time

Fortunately I never got to have any treatment as the surgery is so poorly run and the doctor booked to do the treatment wasnt there until 50 minutes after my appointment time. In the end I had to leave as I had another meeting to attend which I didnt want to be late for.I booked for botox at this clinic via groupon and turned up at 2.20pm for a 2.30pm appointment as being a new patient I assumed I would have to fill in forms. On arrival I was given forms and asked for my voucher which I gave. I then waited and waited with no explanation of what was going on and with 5-6 women all sitting around doing nothing and the male owner bossing everyone around. On the plus side he did offer me coffee 20 minutes after my appointment time. At 30 minutes past my appointment time I asked how much longer it would be and was told maybe 10 more minutes, I asked maybe or definitely as I have somewhere else I have to be at which point the owner fairly aggressively asked me where I was from. I looked a little confused and said the UK to which he responded with a laugh and proceed to tell me that he was the owner and runs the clinic the Arabic way and that in the UK you book an appointment and get seen at that time but the Arabic way isnt like that and I need to accept this is an Arabic clinic run the Arabic way. Seriously!! I have been in the UAE for 8 years and have never received such a blatant lack of respect for someone elses time. Anyway 45 minutes after my appointment was due I asked the reception to cancel the appointment as I had to leave and that I would request a refund from Groupon. She then told me the doctor would be here soon and to just wait 5 more minutes as she had already redeemed the voucher. I said I couldnt wait and called Groupon myself to explain and request the refund. 50 minutes after my appointment time as I was leaving the doctor arrives looking like he has just rolled out of bed after a very heavy night on the town and a face expressing signs that he would rather be anywhere else. I know appearances can be deceiving but for goodness sake you work in cosmetic surgery man at least try and look presentable! At this point I was glad I left never to return to this awful place. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere reputable this place is an absolute disgrace!

I had a liposuction surgery with dr. William Watfa from the clinic almost a week ago, and honestly i was scared of what to expect, but the outcome was incredibly good... i am now considering getting a rhinoplasty done with him as well, i highly recommend health avenue and specially dr. william, very friendly and called me everyday for the whole week just to insure everything is alright until my next checkup.

Ive been here too thank good never did my session coz the moment I saw the doctor I freaked out he did look like hes rolled out of a bed and hate doing what hes doing.. Anyway American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery is A zillion times better and they are offering 50% discount. Save your face people..

Tough I agree with all the comments over here, and I do agree that the doctor some times looks like a vagabundo i will say hes not that good. I had Microdermabrasion and injections. Now they have a new lady (Doctor) a Greek who looks like shes just graduated from high school and have no manners or costumer service orientation, Doctor Tarafat his no longer there. very bad management and receptionist very rude. For them if you get an appointment at 11:00 you have to come at 10:30 so they can put the numbing cream before so couldnt understand this kind of appointment!!?? If my appointment its at 11:00 I should be there by 11:00 not 10:30!!? It make no sense for me. Noot recommended

I went to this clinic in the month of August 2014. Doctor Tarafa Nieseh injected botox in my forehead. The very next day one of my eyebrows were higher than the other one, I went back, he injected more but could not fix the problem, in fact he made it worse. Very intense headaches and a feeling of heaviness .10 months have passed and I still have botox in my forehead , I still have de same problem, one of my eyes looks more open than the other ( because of the eyebrow problem ) .My vision has been affected by this. I dont even know if he injected real botox at this point. Please dont visit this clinic if you want to improved your appearance. He is not a real doctor. He is a joke. I need it to share my experienced so no one else suffers what I have been suffering this 10 months of my life.

My go to place for microdermabrasion facials. The therapists are always really good and full with tips on how to keep my skin glowing between facials.Highly recommend this place.

The microdermabrasion session was very short. Only 20 minutes. I used to get microdermabrasion from belle de jour and it was a whole full hour with full on facial. This one with health avenue only has the exfoliate part and serum. And the procedure was hurting my skin a little. The staff was going in and out of the treating room and talking to each other while I was getting my face done.I will not go back for this again.

I have been using there hydrafacial and dermabrasiom since 4-5months its pretty good.the best part about them is their technicians esp JULIE who does my facial very warm lady and makes you relax asif you are home

So sad that they have lowered their standards and services this much. I have been using their laser services for many years but sadly the past year it seems that the service is going from worse to really worse and the customer service from bad to very very bad. Shame indeed. Not recommend it many options out there

I did the facial & meso with dermapen with Boutaina. She is very professional and friendly. Will sure come again.

Very upset with the new rules , been their customer for more than 3 years and I always buy packages from them , now I have 2 mediums areas which I want to use for small areas and was told no I need to buy a new session when they already have my money for 2 medium sessions that I no longer need ! Excuse is new management rule . I see it as a way to generate more money from clients ! Very upset after being a loyal customer for years !

Doing full body laser here. 1st tried another therapist but then tried Karen and like others I highly recommend her.
