HMC Medical Center Dubai

I’ve been going here for laser for a while now, but I’m honestly done. It just doesn’t suit me.The prices are good, staff a generally friendly, and the laser works, but I’m at the point where I can’t get past the issues I’ve had.It’s never been comfortable for me. The person doing the laser will always watch me change, there’s nowhere to put your bag or clothing, and I’ve had issues with the general hygiene of the rooms.Today was the last straw with them running late. The last 3 times I’ve been there, they’re late with appointments. I had to leave today after waiting for 20 minutes. If it was the first time, I could have forgiven it but now it’s just too much.

Treatment is reasonably priced and staff are very nice and friendly. However my main complaint would be the personal hygiene of the reception staff and nurses. The smell was terrible and really needs to be addressed as when they stand over you if getting a treatment, the smell was unbearable.Also they do not confirm your appointment whereas most clinics do and seem quite unorganized.

Great experience getting laser treatment for the first time at HMC. Bought a package which for 4 seasons and got 2 more sessions free. My laser technician Sneha was amazing, very patient and accommodating with taking it slow and reducing the level in case I felt pain. I’ve seen some reduction in hair, more in some places than others so will need to do few more to reduce fully. Highly recommended doing laser at HMC with Sneha!

It was my first time for laser treatment. Aruna was very informative, gentle and the whole experience was pleasant. Highly recommend!The very friendly Dr. Yasmeen also popped in to make sure everything is okay.Improvement is needed in properly setting up the medical questionnaire that needs to be completed at reception.

Just want to give a 5/5 star for HMC Medical Center Motor City, the staffs are all friendly and accommodating. I also want to recommend Dr. Yasmeen Ahmed. She is so knowledgeable in treating skin concerns.She treated my backne and I definitely saw a big improvement of my skin. The treatment she did helps to clear my acne.I also did my Laser hair removal and my husband did PRP hair treatment and we are both happy with the result.

I highly recommend this clinic.The girls at the reception are always very cheerful and especially Fathima.I had a very good experience with Dr Mubeena. She is very professional, empathic and supportive.I’d also like to mention that the communication with the clinic and the doctor was easy, and I was able to text them using whatsapp and get an immediate answer everytime .

This center has changed all its front office staff and without exaggerating I have had the worst customer service ever over the what’s app.I’m waiting on a refund for an over charge… still waiting… also asked for a dha sick leave and money was transferred. 3 days past and no sick leave certificate, again waiting on a refund!The receptionists speak in their language and laugh around the customers, they don’t know how to handle basic complaints face to face and over the phone, if you ask any basic question they just tell you to call someone else and are incapable of handling the situation.Rude and incompetent.. this is what happens when you hire cheap staff, rubbish customer service, big shout out to ‘dr Fatima’ thank you for making an easily resolvable issue absolutely huge and causing tremendous stress.

I would like to thank entire HMC for taking good care of my wife during pregnancy. We were very confused earlier that which Gyne we should go as we visited many other doctors in different hospitals. We decided to visit HMC with the reference of one of very close family friend and were lucky that we met Dr. Vidula. Special Thanks to Dr. Vidula Sharma & Dr. Mubeena for taking good care of me starting from first visit till delivery. Dr, Vidula is attached to Zulekha Hospital (Dubai & Sharjah) for delivery. We opted Zulekha Dubai. I would recommend HMC to all. Thank you once again.

Disappointing Experience at HMC Medical Center, Motor CityI’ve been living in the UAE since 2008 and have always had good experiences with medical service providers—until my recent visit to HMC Medical Center, Motor City. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had.We had sent all the required details well in advance, yet upon arrival, we were made to wait for over 1.5 hours. The hospital’s coordination with its pharmacy and insurance provider was disorganized. Despite having pre-approval from the insurance, we had to contact them twice because the clinic didn’t cooperate, leading to more delays.The most shocking part was Dr. Laxmi Kant Sharma’s behavior. After waiting for over an hour, when we asked for an update, he responded with a terrible attitude and misbehaved with me not once, but twice. Even the duty doctor had to ask him to go sit in his room multiple times before he finally did. This kind of behavior from a healthcare professional is unacceptable.To make matters worse, the insurance company never received a follow-up email, and no ticket could be generated. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the clinic simply said they were closing and asked us to come back the next day. Not wanting to go through this horrible experience again, we ended up paying cash just to get the vaccination done and be done with it.This disorganized and unprofessional behavior is not what I expect from a healthcare facility. I would strongly advise others to avoid such an experience.

Doctor is extremely professional, explaining each step of the procedure and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The staff was friendly and the clinic environment was very clean and welcoming. I recently visited HMC Medical Center to get my father vaccinated, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, particularly due to the unprofessional behavior of Dr. Laxmi Kant Sharma.We had confirmed our appointment in advance, sending all the necessary details two hours prior to our arrival, expecting the process to go smoothly. However, upon meeting Dr. Sharma, things took a completely different turn. We waited over 1.5 hours. Despite our calm and respectful demeanor, Dr. Sharma displayed an alarming level of unprofessionalism. He was speaking very loudly, showing unnecessary attitude, and seemed quite disinterested in providing the basic courtesy expected from a healthcare professional.When we politely asked about the progress of the paperwork and preparation, Dr. Sharma repeatedly and rather harshly informed us that he would not do any work beforehand, even though we had followed the proper procedures as requested. His tone was condescending and dismissive, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a simple vaccination appointment.This level of rude and dismissive behavior is unacceptable, especially from a medical professional who should be prioritizing patient care and communication. We were shocked at how we were treated despite our efforts to remain polite and cooperative throughout the entire interaction.I hope that HMC Medical Center takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that future patients do not have to endure the same treatment. The medical profession demands a level of empathy and respect that was completely lacking in our encounter with Dr. Laxmi Kant Sharma.

Good laser sessions. Not as hurt as when doing with gel. Very fast and the nurse Aruna did it very carefully for me so that I will not feel hurt. Since its laser so its also more effective and the hair didnt grow that fast and hopefully it will not gow again in the future.

Despite repeated and consistent verbal and written communications, I am left frustrated, disappointed and insulted by the services at HMC.I chose HMC because of the good Google reviews but my experience over the last 6 months has been the complete opposite - we deserve to make informed consumer choices.I paid for a package of 6 laser sessions; by the 3rd one, there were still no results from some areas.I fed back verbally and in writing and begged them to make the treatment effective at each subsequent appointment. Each time I was promised it would be effective this time; each time I was disappointed.Every session, I had a different technician; a different strength of laser was used; and one session was documented as a touch up instead of a session, without my knowledge.After completing the unsuccessful and ineffective treatments, I was offered a touch up by one staff member but when I turned up for the appointment, I was told by a different staff member that I had to buy another package because I had already used the touch up.Regardless, the service provided was frustrating, unprofessional, disappointing and a waste of time and money. The technicians are sweet but Im happy Ill never have to deal with HMC again.

The staff were lovely and helpful, always keeping me updated regarding future appointments or updates from the insurance and follow up on how the treatments were after. I had a nice experience with mydentist Dr.Jeny . She was very professional and really caring as well. She explained everything to me, my root canal was done without any pain at all and the crown fixing was so comfort so I felt very relaxed during the treatment.Also, the other staffs are professional as well. HMC medical center is in BFL shopping center Motor city. They have good summer offers going on. I have done laser treatment with them before and recently I did teeth whitening and polishing. The results were amazing. The team quickly responds on whatsapp and usually gives reminder before the appointment.

I am visiting HMC regularly for hair laser removal. Aruna is every time amazing, no exceptions. I started first with only under arm sessions, but because of her I decided to do full body. Laser can be painful in some areas, but she is listening and handling it carefully which I appreciate very much. Unfortunately, I can not say same for other girl who is handling laser. I prefer Aruna, and every time from now, I will book session only if she is available. Definitely, recommending her!

They are bad, dont waste your money, i did my Lazer hair reduction session yesterday, The girls there keep changing and nobody is there permanent, no customer service, they want to quickly finish job, I regret moving to them, Dont waste your money, pay 200 aed extra and get it done from a good place

I am treated by Dr. Lakshmi Kant for my thyroid problem. He is a very professional, experienced and helpful doctor. I had a lot of issues because of my thyroid problem and he solved them pretty well. I can really recommend him!! The appointments are always in time, no long waiting time.

Dr. Namrata Narkhede did an amazing job with my teeth. She is great with consultations. She will not try to upsell you instead she will provide you with enough information for a better choices. After having visited 2 other gynecologists earlier in my pregnancy, I am glad that I found HMC and was able to connect with Dr. Vidula Sharma. She took care of my pregnancy and delivery, and I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire journey. As a first time mom, I needed a doctor who had the patience to walk me through and answer my questions. It also helped that Dr. Vidula was very calm and gave clear professional advice. I have also consulted with HMC’s family medicine doctor, Dr. Divya Bansal, for non-maternity concerns and she was very pleasant too. The nurses & receptionist were also approachable. My transactions with HMC were very convenient — from booking appointments to getting prescriptions and making payments.

I found the DRs in HMC clinic very caring compared to other medical centers i have experienced in Dubai. My best experience was treated by Dr. NAMRATA NARKHEDE who is the general dentist. I feel like I am in good hands and trust her judgement. It has been a painful journey and her treatment plan made me feel my issues will be resolved. Thank you doc for taking care of me.

I have a very positive experience with Dr. Jenny (dentist). She is very understanding and gentle with a patient. If anyone with a fear from dentists needs to visit a dentist, Dr. Jenny is the right person to go to.

I have been coming to HMC for over 2 years. Dr Vidula was excellent during my pregnancy. She made sure everything went smoothly and kept me very calm and relaxed for each visit.Dr Divya is our family doctor and she is an amazing doctor who really cares abd listens to her patients. She is always available for you even when she us off she will help me on WhatsApp.We feel so well taken care of at HMC. 100% recommended this clinic.

Just want to appreciate Dentist.Sherif Amin about his work really this kind of dentist they deserve bucs they really work from the heart , my issue was I was dealing with my dentist a month so I have done my veneers after we finished i start feeling pain I back to my doctor which in different clinic he just open the tooth (wisdom. Tooth ) and let me in more and more pain the after opening the tooth suddenly said oh I don’t have macroscopic, so I went to dr.Sherif he did it with no pain no thing even he give me more information old doctor give a medicine am not allowed to take cus am breast feeding, doctor sherif told told me i have to stop it medicine was ( spedifen/ cateflam / augmentin) which am not really allowed to take doctor give it to me almost 10 days and he knows that am a breast feeding.I really appreciate what you have done to me after 10 days I had a nice sleep thank you for everything you deserve more than 5 stars 🌟

Had to wait almost 30 minutes to see doctor though we have an appointment (there was hardly no patients) and got to know our insurance will not be accepted by them. We sent them Emirates ID copy on WhatsApp to check whether they accept our insurance before booking the appointment. We booked appointment after receiving confirmation from them. We came to know that our insurance is not accepted, only when we saw the doctor. Their attitude when informing us was also not pleasant. The attitude was like that we took a cheapest insurance. Centre didn’t had a courtesy to apologies for wasting our time and giving incorrect information. This has caused only due to the insufficient or no training given to the staff on customer service. Also there is no point for calling customer after seeing their review to apologies and requesting to remove the review. My apologies for the bad review.

Consulted Dr Saba at HMC medical center for my dental issues. She was very professional & kind in nature towards her patients. All my questionswere answered and I am very much satisfied by her treatment. All the staffs were also friendly which made my visit easy. I highly recommend HMC.

Very professional and friendly staff. Had experience with Dr Vidula, also very delicate and gentle. The vibe in this clinic is cozy and calm in general.

Their hygiene level is zero. The same razor that was used on my underarms was used on my face and when I realized it, I asked their laser lady not to do that but I still got an extreme reaction to it. Such a bad reaction that I still have a scar on my face due to it. Never going back again.

Dr Radhika has acted in a professional manner since I started visiting HMC Medical Center for my Root Canal treatments. Dr Radhika has always provided a clean and safe working environment along with a dental nurse to support her accordingly throughout treatment stages.In addition to this, Dr Radhika has shown an empathetic and supportive manner to reassure me throughout my treatment including prescribing medication to treat ongoing pain. One of the most reasonable Medical Centres in the vicinity of Motor City in Dubai with competent Dentists and Doctors. Dr Saba, who treated me for my teeth is exceptionally good and cares for her patients a lot with her follow ups.I only wish they had more facilities/doctors in different fields of specialisation in this clinic for other medical problens too.

I usually dont write reviews but I have to do so to let people be aware of HMC clinic owners (Dr. Laxmikant Sharma and his wife Dr. Vidula Sharma). We went in for braces job for my 13 year old daughter back in March 2020 and saw their endodontist for the first time. The work wasnt properly done and her ceramic braces completely fell down 2 months after. We requested a refund for our money (4,000 dirhdms) because their doctor was stuck in India due to the Covid19 situation. They refused to refund us the whole amount not even half of the amount which they promised they would pay but until now we are still fighting to get some of our money back to go elsewhere and redo the whole treatment again.Dr. Sharma and his wife are liars and all they care about is to get your money. Shame on them my family consisting of 6 members were loyal patients to them since last year.

Had Excellent experience especially for my thyroid problems Dr Laxmi kant has very good approach towards treating my thyroid issues. assessment through ultrasound same time been very convenient for me. Highly recommended!!!

Dental work was not done properly. Clinic owners promised to reimburse to do work elsewhere. Talking to the treating doctor so wants to pay at least her share but apparently the owners ( Dr Sharma) want to even keep the doctors share as well without even paying her for the work. Stay away from that clinic. They are all smiles but the minute something goes wrong, they show their true face. No ethics at all. They lie to your face. You are better off going to another clinic and doctors!!!!

I am so happy for the services that me and my family received from HMC, Dr Jenny to be precise, she helped my son who had a tooth issue for a while, it used to be very painful and swollen gums but now he is doing very well. I recommend this medical center to anyone who need help.

Dr.Laxmi kant, should start with this name to explain about the clinic. Finding a good doctors is really a challenging matter in Dubai. But after my visit this HMC clinic, it a nostalgic experience we used to get the care during our childhood nearby hospital or clinic.Highly professional approach and individual care shown by the doctor and his team which is really appreciated.Mostly all insurance is covered and of course you can ring them to check specifically. Clean and well maintained facility.Only which i felt hard is their registration cost of AED35 which get charged along with my consultation fee. Eventhough its one time fee, 35 Dhr of registration fee is bit indigestible.I strongly recommending this clinic for all who really looking for a good consultation and treatment. I am already suggested this clinic to few of my friends and relatives who made their mind to change from their usual hospital/clinics.Excellent team Dr.HMC

My experience was v bad in this medical today, I have called twice to get info and the phone was hang up in the same time twice.But the massive issue happened in the clinic itself, bad customer service, the doctor putting water in my ear instead of using modern stuff!My advise is please dont visit this medical centre, human life in risk in this centre.

Although the staff and the Dr were nice, there is a horrific delay in a serious health matter. They waited for more than 10 hours to send a pre-approval for an ultrasound and mammography, and when they did send it, it was incomplite with missing information. Now its been more than 24 hours that my pre-approval is still pending, and I still am not able to proceed with my analysis to find out if I have a serious illness or not. I called the clinic, was promissed the Dr will call me - guess what - still nothing and no call back.Playing with someones health and wasting the time like this is unacceptable, this is not what medical personel swears to do when they become doctors.Reply:Waiting for TEN hours to send the preapproval (I have proof of the exact time when it was sent) and sending it INCOMPLETE, then not reacting at all after the Insurance asks for additional info, until I called back your clinic, and even then - not doing it properly, but sending a SCREENSHOT (instead with the stamp/letter hear document) is completely unprofessional to say the least.I also have proof that nobody else couldve sent/done anything until your clinic sends a correct pre-approval. So slandering other people and trying to say that I have bad insurance WILL NOT make you look less unprofessional. And funny, the clinic reacted and followed up with the missing info only after I wrote the review.I also have a very good friend as a Doctor in Dubai, once I showed her all the proof and explained how it all happened, I was told this is something to be reported to the DHA.So please, miss me with you passive-agressive replyes.

I visited a lot of dental clinics in UAE during the past 20 years. I found HMC is one of the best clinics. I never saw a professional and so patient dentist like Dr. Mrunal. Several dentists do root canal in one or two sessions, but Dr Mrunal 4-5 sessions and several x-rays. She is so professional in her work and treatments. I had an excellent experience with HMC medical center.Had an unbearable toothache while being pregnant which was a nightmare.Dr.Seba was very kind and adviced that i need to get an extraction and put it me at ease every step of the way.She was very patient and kind and answered all my questioned thoroughly and eased my fears.She is a very kind and talented doctor.I had my extraction done with dr.John Britto who had a very hard job to do given that i waa getting an extraction while 16 weeks pregnant.I didnt feel any pain during the extraction process of my big molar teeth.He was very quick yet very gentle.kept making sure that i wasnt feeling any pain and when he finally got the tooth out it was like magic because i didnt feel anything.He also has great post operation care where he made sure i was feeling fine after i was done and let me contact him on his phone anytime when i needed any information or had any inquiry.He is very talented and kind and when my tooth was pulled out it showed that dr.Seba made the right diagnosis because my tooth was infected from the inside to the point where it was decomposing which was causing me so much pain.I feel the best that i have ever had after i had visited HMC medical center and their great doctors.Dr.John Britto and Dr.Saba.Thank you so much for them.Also dr.Seba had taken care of me since the first day i visited the clinic and she answers all my questions and takes care of me when i contact her anytime.

Very bad customer serviceThey charged me for a blood test 650 aed and later just told me the results is normal.I also asked for w tele consultation and they did not give me a call. I called them three times.The reception girl ms Abu is very irresponsible and doesn’t follow up. She is not aware of the client database and does not call back to customer after I asked for help.

I was suggested by a friend to see Dr. Divya Bansal at this clinic. Appointment was given with ease respecting my time and the Dr. was nice enough to see me during break hours. I did laser hair removal at HMC, it was really a very effective session. Dr Divya was kind enough to explain the procedure and did it with almost no discomfort.

I booked an appointment the day before to do some tests, when I arrived before my appointment, there was no one at the reception, I had to sit and wait. When finally after 10 min someone showed up and I was asked to wait again. After 25 min of waiting the doctor called the reception and asked about what medical tests I want to do. Then he said to wait 15 min he will come to the clinic. That’s when I decided to leave, as no one should be treated like this.

Im doing the Laser sessions with Dr Divya and very happy with the results. Shes a great doctor & friendly too. Highly recommended to all who are looking for actual results. Value for money

Visted with my wife on a weekend and Dr Sharma atended the case. He was quick to analyse what caused the problem and was able to give us immediate solution and options and not waste time like many other clinics. The worst place I have ever dealt with, the family doctor /endocrinologist Dr. Sharma is extremely incompetent, he had prescribed me anti bacterial ointment instead of antifungal , I came with throat pain and tonsils stone he did not even check , prescribed the usual medicines I take but instead of putting 3 months he prescribed the diabetes medicine for 3 days , 3 pharmacies tried to approve it for me and could not he was extremely uncooperative, on top I needed a blood test to be done first time they couldnt find my vein and took blood near my index finger which was so painful, this time the nurse tries again around my muckle so I said no cancel the approval and Ill get it done at aster , they did not cancel approval and when I called he acts offended that I would ask again, I called insurance they could not get him to cancel, then the clinic send me WhatsApp that they will cancel it which means it was never cancelled , this doctor needs to be checked because he is not only incompetent as a Dr , he is extremely rude and has no idea about insurance requirements.

Worst place. Could not be named as medical center. I did the same filling for the same teeth. And each time they are asking for xray and fees. Last time the dentist collect money only to tell me it needs root canal treatment

The clinic I believe running just for laser hair removal, I did appointment with endocrinologist and gynecologist and only gynecologist was available. Instead wasting your time go to proper medical centers or hospitals.
