Had high expectations for Maison Privée due to its 4.8 rating, but unfortunately, my experience fell below average. I booked a HydraFacial with Joe. My appointment was at 6:30 PM, and I arrived at 6:35 PM. After handling payment and receipts, I was taken to the treatment room around 6:40 PM to change and get ready. However, the facial itself didn’t start until 6:50 PM and was completed by exactly 7:30 PM.While Joe was skilled at giving a head massage, the facial felt very basic and ordinary. I was also disappointed when she skipped treating my neck, claiming it was a sensitive area. Upon my request, she agreed to do it but seemed disinterested. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the hype. Need lot of improvement and hire someone who has passion to the job .

Was a great experience with my mom. She enjoyed her hydrafacial. We did mani and pedi too the technician is really experienced, did it fast and the result was seamless.

Very disappointing. The therapist applied Vicks on my back without asking me first. Never ever in my life had Vicks on the back during massage. And without asking. Also. Therapist massaged all my leg without doing the toes. I have no idea what type of massage this was but I had to end it in 15 minutes as it was not enjoyable at all. And when I asked to talk to the manager the staff refused to link me. They said the manager is not available.I thought this was below expectations honestly and not professional.

Got an at home madero massage from Thong. It was great! She came with all her equipment and was very professional. I will get their package sessions.Update: after 10 sessions I can tell it definitely reduced the appearance of cellulite (in combination of a clean diet). Thong is great. I came already couple of times for the amazing hydrafacials done by Jenny, but unfortunately that will be my last time. I have decided to try mani/pedi here that time - First, they tried to charge me more than what weve agreed on (initially they said yes for Groupon prices and then said no, and tried to charge me one additional gelish removal). Second, this is the only place in Dubai where callus removal during pedicure are not included and cost additional 50aed lol. Third, the lady doing mani/pedi seem really annoyed by doing her job. The work was well done but as a customer (and especially in Dubai where the service is always 5*) I would expect a minimum of empathy coming from therapist. Cherry on the cake, it seems that the team does not know how to handle upset customers as no one said bye when I left the salon. Very disappointing

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Maison Prive that I feel compelled to share. First, they accepted my booking for a time that wasn’t even allowed and proceeded to charge me for it. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.When I arrived, I was 15 minutes late, and the masseuse was incredibly rude. Instead of being understanding, she insisted she had done me a favor by waiting. This attitude is unprofessional and completely uncalled for.Additionally, I tried to call the person who made my booking for assistance, but of course, they didn’t answer. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected better service and professionalism from a place like this. I will not be returning and do not recommend Maison Prive.

Even the lady that did my eyebrows used a tweezer which was more gentler and gave me a great shape (they were recently overly threaded & very thin without a shape) she really worked her magic to fix them! I had the Kobido massage for the face and the results were amazing! My skin was glowing, more smooth and even toned than before that I didn’t even feel I needed to wear makeup it was looking that good. Farnaz was really attentive and professional. I love my hair, even though I was afraid for the final result, It was great and I got what I wanted. However, in the end the other girl nail technician charged me 10% VAT. I’ve realized it only when I came home. I don’t know whether she did it on purpose or not, but be careful for payment.

Went for the scalp treatment. Although it included steam and scrub and mask, it wasn’t long enough and wasn’t worth the price in my view. My scalp does feel nice and clean but the lengths felt dry afterward. Blow dry wasn’t included (hairdresser said it was but then when I asked to come back for the blow dry later the receptionist said it’s not included). Worst thing of all was that the basin (at which the treatments were done for approx 30 min) was very uncomfortable and I left with a neck and back ache. The staff were very friendly though and made the experience a little more tolerable.

Not worth the price. I asked my hair to be darker but the result was lighter, then to redo it, they were asking more money. Felt deceptive and unsatisfactory.Respond to the comment- thank you for getting back. If you checked the CCTV, there would be a footage of me going inside to find the hairdressor as I had changed my mind for darker shade.she clearly said yes but probably forgot. Secondly i told her that roots should be darker, and she said yes but in the video provided by you, you can clearly see that thats not the case. Yes, I made the video but that doesnt mean I am happy. It seemed different because of the styling maybe, the second I washed, it became worse and my friends commented that it isnt suiting me at all. The hairdressor offered to go darker after the 5 hour service was over, I couldnt sit for that long as I have a child. Anyways, I dont want to take this further, at the end it could have been about a good experience. Things happen, sometimes you dont like. And please, I request you to delete the video from your social media. Thank you.

When I complained, their response was only to note not to send the same therapist again. Upon a second complaint, they offered a mere 10% off my next booking, which I find unacceptable given the initial subpar service. Not recommended at all!

I paid for a relaxing massage and it wasnt relaxing at all. They sent an untrained therapist.The worst was when I told them my concerns, and they anwered they will train her better.They also told me the management will contact me and its been 2 days and I am still waiting...What a bad service!!!!!!!!
