The worst place! They are liars, they promote treatments with false results, they leave the treatments unfinished and they do not give you an answer, even my photos were edited with Photoshop showing results that were not real.I have proof with photos with dates where I had not gone to the clinic for the first time, I can easily prove that their treatments are fake, they use very poor quality products and Botox does not have any effect and they only intend to charge

I came to clinic for the lip filler and tummy hifu and it was my second time to come because I really loved my experience here. The services were top notch and doctors and aesthetic practitioners were gentle and cooperative especially Dr Farhana and Ms Bibi who were very professional and skilled with their job. Special mention to Ms Aisha for being friendly and informative reception and Ms khadija for being accommodating. I’m very happy with my experience. I will recommend to friends and family members as well.

Customer service is really good. When you arrive you will receive some complimentary snacks while waiting and the stuff is professional. I got Botox with Dr. Farhana. I will wait for the results for the next 2 weeks and I will update. Ok two weeks has been passed, my Botox it seems the brand they use is not strong enough since it’s been a month and I don’t see much results, they applied two times in my forehead but I can still move my muscles… waste of money, I also dissolved my lips and did not dissolved. I frankly feel cheated and will not come back even if they offer touch up!

This clinic promoted Hifu treatment and confirmed the redult so i trusted their promise paid and got the service,, there was NO RESULT NO DIFFERENCE what so ever. I contacted them by WhatsApp and they said oh the improvements will happen full effect after 2 months. Now 2 months later and it still theres NO RESULT OR IMPROVEMENTS and now they dont answer me anymore. They took the money. Fed me lies and disappeared.. what a clinic.. what a treatment, i work hard for my money i want my money worth, this is not acceptable shame on you, i dont recommend this clinic

Just done hifu smas facelift and it was fantastic. It didnt take much of time, during the procedure havent feel any kind of discomfort which makes me feel at ease as my skin are very sentive plus first time and thanks to BiBi shes so friendly and done the procedures well.Hifu is excellent choice for a facelift come try Innsavi clinic highly recommend.

I went for HIFU treatment, more than a month back doctor called me after 3 weeks. Just a day before my appointment I got a message saying doctor is not available then they messaged me that machine is not available since then I’m chasing them for appointment but no one ever got back to me. The only reason I wanted to go back was that the doctor was very good but such unprofessional staff it’s a put off.

I’m totally unsatisfied, for Hifu instead of using 3 cartridges they just only used 2!! Also they told me duration time will be 30 minutes for face and chin but the did it for me less than 15 minutes, also they told pilling is a gift but also they didn’t do for me, very bad experience, they cheated

Beautifully professional clinic with very knowledgeable doctors and staff. The whole experience was smooth and positive. I especially felt like their Hi-Fu treatments are very effective. Definitely a five star experience!

I just had my first HIFU session with Sana in Innsavi Cosmetology clinic, it was a wonderful experience the staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable they will explain everything to you from start to finish it is affordable and efficient will definitely come back again

Ive been to the clinic before and had an amazing service with Dr. Farhana ... now that I wanted to go book another appointment. No one is picking up the phone . No one answers the W/A ...its so unprofessional and off putting.

I booked for botox for my daughter and smas for me but I found out she did smas for her too which Im quite frustrated, hoping for better result....the rest is good...

I didnt see any difference to my face, nor do I see any value in spending AED 390.00. I wouldnt recommend at all. The photos used as advertisement on Instagram is for sure not true.
