The clinic’s staff is super helpful and accommodating. I do all my treatments with Nina, and I saw quick results from the first session.

I had a micro needling treatment that cost me 1500 AED, and I was left deeply disappointed. The aesthetician failed to inform me about the potential skin reactions and inflammation that would follow the treatment. When I reached out to the clinic due to excessive dryness, they advised me to use creams, but I had no guidance on what to do.After waiting 10 days, I returned to the clinic and felt pressured to purchase more products that didnt help. The main trainer even made inappropriate comments about skin reactions based on nationality, which I found unacceptable. It felt like the focus was solely on making money rather than genuinely caring for my skin.I did not ask for a free treatment, but I expected some level of care and support. Now, I’m dealing with hyperpigmentation, something I never experienced before, and I can provide before-and-after pictures to prove it. I urge others to be cautious, as it seems like the clinic prioritizes profit over patient care.And I am not under any ongoing treatment so stop this false concern .

Nina is a star would highly recommend her she transformed my skin. Had so many bad breakouts and marking and through the program she put for me I know am able to show off my perfect skin with no make up would not trust anyone else with my face !

I thank the staff for their attention, kindness and friendliness! sincere smile, the salon is excellent; treatment rooms are clean, pleasant, which I should advise everyone to visit in a good expensive beauty salon, my rating is 5 to 5 in a ballroom school, prices are really high, but Dubai in general is not cheap! and to save money on your face and body skin is silly so that everything is fine and still please have more information in instagram since social networks now use and browse

The clinic was super clean and relaxing, the specialist Nina walked me through all the options and was very gentle. I visited the ivory aesthetic clinic where I had my body treated by Vicky, who did a fantastic job. The staff was friendly and well-trained, especially the receptionist Zia, who helped me tremendously.

I went for the under eye dark circles Consultation. The therapist Ansa sat with me and told me that the mesotherapy will be good for me. We started the session right away, the whole procedure took around 30 minutes but she told me one of the veins got ruptured during the injection and it will bruise. Its been a week now and it is still so bruised it looks soo bad and I did not see any visible improvement in the dark circles at all. I do not recommend it!

My experience is shared.Although the staff is impeccable, professional, welcoming, pleasant and attentive.But I am disappointed with the result of my treatment for depigmentation (AFT + CLEARLIFT) I did several laser sessions, which represents a lot of money, and the result is not what I was sold and expected.But once again all the staff was very very good.

The experience is great from the booking till you leave the clinic. They pay great attention to details (especially during Covid, attention is also on prevention procedures) and explain everything during the treatment. I tried the Arosha wrap with Vicky as therapist and she was very patient is answering my numerous questions. Very professional.... I cannot speak highly enough of my botox with Dr Oro here at Ivory!! I’ve been doing botox for around 5 years and have tried literally ALL the great dermatologists my friends have recommended, and the result has always been the same: frozen scary eyes! No one has been able to give me a natural look regardless of how little I always ask them to inject. Dr Oro is the most gentle, and the botox he has done around my eyes and my forehead is just perfect and so so natural!

I don’t trust anyone else with my skin. The facials are the best in town and I have been going consistently for the past few years to ensure I maintain my youthful glow. Also the massage is divine and the manicures so perfect. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

Very clean facilities. Making the booking was very easy via the phone (Hydrofacial). The beautician that took care of me, Zodumo, was very professional and friendly, asked all the right questions and provided me with many useful tips. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever done, she really overdid herself as I have a very oily skin very prone to blackheads and I am a very hard customer to satisfy. So I visited this place I saw on google, contacted them, told them what I wanted, agreed with price. When I got there at receptionist which was welcoming, ask the lady who did my facial and receptionist thy all say desame price, after I finish with the service which is hydra facial which usually comes with LED n thy never did on my face which was sad to me. Then I got down to pay , thy told me another price which I was upset, buh I controlled my anger, thy were all tryna convinced me if I like my facial, in most skin clinic hydra facial comes with LED. And thy all stood there telling me I should have told them I wanted with LED, I thought y’all where professional? Please if ur new to Dubai I don’t recommend u going here, expecially women of color cos u gonna be sad at the end of the day. Bad experience they all care about money that’s all.

I did previously dermapin in another famous clinic in Dubai but it was nothing compared to the miconeedling treatment I had in Ivory, which took 90 minutes. Most important, I didn’t feel they are being commercial and pushing me to buy their skin products or packages.I’m very pleased with the treatment and beauty skin advices received by Zodumo and will definitely come back.

Worst experience ever they left me scarred for every dont go please if you don’t want to be botched they only thing they care about is money also they didn’t even bother trying to help me or anything they took more money from me xD and did useless procedure that has not to do with fixing it i had do go see a professional dermatologist to try and do damage control on the situation told him about the procedure they did to fix it he said it has nothing to do with it they just made it worse so thanks ivory clinic for making my life miserable.

They are not the best for botax , my eyebrows didn’t come out even , ( left side dropped down ., and felt heavy ,. & the right side was too much high on the arch ., was not happy with not being symmetrical ., and when I went back , the doctor said he can’t do anything with left side which was dropping., he said to make it even ., he will make the right side also to drooped down ., which at this point I left the clinic ., now I have to Waite for my doctor to come back from holiday to see if he can fix it ., ( so this was my experience to share ), …( the 2 star I gave is for politeness & friendliness of the staff there ) .,

Best, best, best facials in Dubai if not the world. Shohreh is highly skilled, experienced and attentive. Place is super cute too and treatments are always suggested as to what is best for you. They also do wonderful promotions from time to time. I just left having used one!

At ivory aesthetics u can trust the facials and their all skin products are amazing..It really works and u can see the results within a week. I was having acne and dark spots on my skin but the TCA and glycopeel did wonder and ofcourse the nimue face products. Jacenta at Ivory is really knowledgeable with her products and the type of facial require for ur skin. She is also very friendly..I did so many things for my skin but Ivory is the best. The esthetician “Nina” was horrible. My girlfriend Alina and I will not return to this clinic solely because of her. My esthetician that gave me a facial was great but unfortunately due to my girlfriend’s horrible experience with Nina, we will not be returning.

It was 7/10 experience. I would expect more pamper for my skin since paying almost a 1000 aed, moreover my concern was facial which would remove the whiteheads, but it was not removed all which didnt make me completely satisfied. The machine it self did a perfect job, couldnt ask for anything more.

I went for a consultation while on holiday. They told me I will need 5 sessions. So I declined as my holiday was for 11 days and sessioyneeded to be 3 weeks apart. They charged me for a consultation fee which I am still trying to claw back.

I had manicure and pedicure there . I have to say she is and expert and I was happy with the result . But there is 2 thing you have to consider, first there is only one person for nail and it takes more time than usual and second there isn’t any special manicure chair and I think they need to buy more facilities for nails .

We went to Ivory clinic on my birthday since my husband had planned a surprise.. what I noticed first is the level of cleanliness and sanitation processes they had right at the entrance .. they were extremely professional .. we dealt with Jacintha and Michelle... both were extremely pleasant , friendly and warm .. they were very good at the work .. we got a hydra facial done they explained the process and details about it very well .. they gave us sound Advice customized to our skin type .. it was absolutely an amazing experience and we will definitely go back and recommend this place to everyone :)

I would give it a 2.5 stars for the amount of money spent and service received. Had booked for oxygen facial and the machine gave up mid way of the treatment hence had to go with a deep cleansing facial only.
