Dr Maha and Joann are an amazing Duo! The results halfway through my IPL laser treatment with 2 sessions is already showing visible results. I’m getting lots of compliments too.. Dr Maha treats your problem basic problem first and then moves onto aesthetic ones. Have been suffering rosacea and pigmentation issues as well as acne scars.

Over priced. Two things I hate wasting: time and money. Came for the consultation only to talk about things that could have been mentioned over the phone. Prices can also be mentioned on phone. Considering the laser treatments offered prices are way too high for no reason. Staff very polite and pleasant. Still was a waste of time

I visited Kaya clinic Barsha branch. The information given by the doctor was different from what I got! Ok patiently waiting to be ok with the health issues still the problem was not solved and I had to meet doctors from different hospitals! Then what is the use of the clinic???To make more worse is the payment plan of Tabby which is automated and is the worst method ever to only chop people’ s money !Worst clinic in Dubai ever I have ever visited ! Worst worst worst . Don’t visit!

Worst filler experience..first I didnt asked for Russian filler I just asked for filling without any shape but what? The dr decided to makes russian lips Because she thinks its a sign of beauty which completely i made my self clear about what i want and Then I asked her to correct and fill the area that she didnt put filler on it (in the middle upper lip was empty ) which IM totally not satisfied by the results at all

I already knew Kaya Skin Clinic as it has been around for a long time. I expected the prices initially to be at the top end but they are not! Very reasonable especially if you take a package. Terrible customer service and experience.I have completely given up on Kaya after multiple bad experiences.In my last few attempted visits I’ve had doctors not showing up, being pushed into / given ‘shopping lists’ of treatments I didn’t need, stand-in doctors performing treatments badly or not being aware of what they were supposed to be doing, being kept waiting on multiple occasions with no explanation and no apology are just some of them!This was my experience over the last year - before then the clinics seemed well run and I’d been happy enough with results.Sadly, patients seem to be at the bottom of the priority list and it feels like we’re just there for their profit.I won’t be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

Dr Maha Abu Zied at al Barsha branch is the best, she loves her job, she knows what she is doing , she literally can treat your skin, not just by sessions but by advising and giving after treatments cream. i went to solve my face skin issue and was amazed by the result and got many compliments you can see the results after first session.

I have tried Venus Viva on face a month ago ending with unbearable pain and burning feeling. I was told at the beginning that will feel a warm feeling but what happened was very different. My skin was completely burnt with blisters with pain. Until today I have marks.I have asked for refund of package I bought as won`t continue clearly, but to date after 4 weeks still no refund happened let alone customer satisfaction.Very disappointing, please be mindful before you think of this treatment.

Its all about money. I made a consultation and after went to the “auction” reception where they stated that my treatment will cost around 20,000 and after negotiation they reduced the price to 13,000. What a great offer!! I decided to leave, but they said no, and the cashier brought the ATM machine and added 300 dirhams and hold it in front of my face without any explanation. I asked what is this for? They replied for consultation, when I called they mentioned free consultations if you have Fazza. After I mentioned that they gave me %50 discount. I advise you to avoid this commercial center.

Dr Maha mashallah has very light fingers and works quickly. Her bedside manner and care is outstanding. Her expertise and love for her field is very evident in her treatment plan and advice.

This is just an honest review which happened recently.1. Kaya has been known to have these surprise charges. Good thing I asked. Doctor did not tell me beforehand that there will be a new treatment for me and that I still have to pay for it so be prepared guys. My advice is at the reception, clarify everything with the Doctor guys.2. I tried a request from their management about swapping my recent treatments (derma pen) to a new one since my skin is not ready yet for derma pen. One product that contributed to my breakout are the Dermaceutic Products that they insisted to me for use. My skin hated it that’s why I had breakout. Unfortunately, they did not grant my request. Guys, my advice is you have to insist too to your doctor that the products they recommend don’t work on you.3. Yeah it all boils down to “It’s all about money”. The Doctors don’t care if you have breakouts because of their products.4. Now, I’m at the stage of switching to other clinics due to my bad experience.

The wait is what consistently kills the experience. You spend 30 to 45 mins every session if you book with a doctor just sitting and waiting. Nobody comes to update you and you just waste 75 mins for a 10 minute session. This too after the receptionist not knowing what service youre in for that day. I come because they are in my neighbourhood but considering stopping and going somewhere else.

I love this clinic. The customer service is amazing, so glad I was able to get the deals during Eid. Karuna is the sweetest and my results have been AMAZING. definitely recommend coming here for your laser hair removal needs.

We are happy with Kaya Barsha Heights, nurse Karuna always takes extra care in making my daughter comfortable during her session. The machines are up to date, work space is always clean and the staff always accommodate our request. Our first session was a bit painful, but they worked around our sensitivity and we see positive results, Kaya’s offers are always value for money.

I had previously written a very positive review about the services at Kaya clinic, especially for nurse Jorena. I stand by what I wrote in terms of the laser treatment done very well and the nurse being very good.HOWEVER, the clinic has disappointed me beyond words since I stopped their services end of November 2023 (because I left UAE).I have asked them to provide me a summary/history of my records of services availed which is nothing but just the number of sessions completed (also please note that as a customer I have the right to get this information). This was requested on 22 Nov, 2023. After several followups/reminders/voicenotes on Whatsapp i finally recieved the summary today 16 December 2023, and the details are incorrect.Thanks Kaya for your poor customer service and professional treatment of customers who have exited the service !I frankly did not expect this behavior.

I went to Kaya dealing with acne, scars, and just overall super dull skin. After meeting several other doctors I finally met Dr Maha. She is the only doctor Ive felt so comfortable sharing my concerns and insecurities with, and she truly cares! Firstly, she is the BEST at face fillers. It was my first time getting any kind of fillers so I was a little nervous, but Dr Maha knew EXACTLY what to do with me and also kept it looking completely natural! Also, all the treatments she suggested not only helped with my acne, but my skin is actually sooo much brighter and fresher now. I have completely stopped getting any new breakouts, and now I only have some more scars left which Im sure should get even better in the coming months with a couple more treatments.

It was a good choice at Kaya for my melasma sessions with Dr. Eman. Very effective result with just half of my session done. Karuna did 7 of 8 laser sessions, she made sure I understood what was going on making me feel safe at all times. The process could become a bit painful in some areas -not as bad as waxing-, specially as the intensity of the laser increases, there could be some discomfort after but it would depend on your skin I think and how you take care of it after (they guide you on this too).The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner.Thank you Karuna.

Good experience in kaya skin clinic and good services

Previously i have been to Kaya mirdiff and it was an amazing experience. So then I went to Kaya Al Barsha for full body laser. At my first visit i asked them for discount, the receptionist Naz straight away told me there is nothing. I mentioned to ask the manager, and even then there was no discount. Anyway i booked 4sessions with the 30%. Between my sessions whenever i wanted to change the date, she kept telling me all slots are booked. I even asked if you can give me 10mins in between appointments to that also she said no. My question is, if a person cannot make it on a day, how do you accommodate with such requests? Anyway i finished my 4sessions. In between when i complained for the receptionist, i got a quality persons call who also did not listen to my concern. The staff of Kaya seems quite rude and straightforward, rather than listening to customer queries they tell you to go elsewhere where the charge is less. Since i started my services here, i thought il continue here so i wanted to book next 4sessions. To end my service, they called me and told me because i have complained they will not be able to give me service! Woah that is so surprising, a brand like Kaya would let go of an old customer because they complained? Its like they cannot take the fact that some of their staff members could be wrong. I feel like i have wasted all my money! Please think twice before going to them. As eye catching as their name is in the market, maybe its not worth your money and experience!I cannot reply back on their comment! But they have not called back or taken this issue up!! Just FYI

I am a regular client in Kaya Skin Clinic - Barsha and I was very happy and pleased with the service. I avail the Kaya Hair Free Laser on my undrearms and legs and it was already my 4th session. I am really seeing visible and optimal result but not only that, the skin practitioner Karuna was very accomodating and was able to give excellent service. I paid for 4 sessions of laser for scar removal. I went for my appointment for the second session and only there I was notified that my appointment was cancelled because the machine was not working. They then informed me that I needed to go to the other branch to solve the issue. Even though they couldn’t offer the service that I paid for (machine couldn’t be fixed) they refused to reimburse me for the 3 sessions left. I was told that there would be a 30% processing fee + the first session would be charged as full price and basically I’ll get almost nothing back (I spent around 5k at this clinic)At the end I got convinced by them to use another kind of laser that’s supposed to be similar. After the hassle of being in 4 different branches all around Dubai, I finally finished 4 sessions.The staff were nice and friendly. However, laser’s final result wasn’t worth the price and I honestly wish back then I were more assertive to get reimbursed due to the circumstances mentioned before.

Dont waste your time or your money. I stopped by and asked many questions and about prices for the treatment I needed. Then when I booked the appointment everything changed. All the prices were amended and were suddenly double...when I argued about it tbey then went back to the original price. Then they didnt even have the ability to do the treatment I had booked for. They wanted to send me to another clinic...I could have go e elsewhere if I knew that particular location could not meet.my needs. They were rude, unprofessional and unapologetic about wverything...from booking my appointment time wrong to misinforming me about costs and available service. What a colossal waste of time and money. Just awful.

I just did my 2nd laser session in kaya I really notice that my hair growth was lessen. Miss karuna was really a nice nurse and she really did a good job. I will definitely come back to complete my sessions and recommend kaya skin clinic to my friends.

Just had my laser hair removal session with Jorena yesterday. During the session, she continuously made sure the laser intensity wasn’t too painful for me. Was also quite surprised to receive a call from her this morning to check if I was facing any issues after the session and advised me what to do Incase certain issues arise. The fact that she followed up on this really makes me trust that she is dedicated and cares about her customers.

I’m disappointed that after 1 year of treatment (10 session ) the result still the same. Initially they said 8 session is enough for my daughter for underarm area. Then after the 8 session are over, they ask to pay for other 4 session to continue. And today I have consumed 10 already and I’m not even half way of result yet.

Ive been with kaya barsha heights clinic for like 3 years now because of my acne problem that comes and go coz of my hormones, treatment services were safe so far and with quality, its a bit expensive yet worth the price. The clinic staffs like Jorena, Naz, Jo-ann, & karuna are always accommodating, polite and very friendly. Special thanks my current Doctor Maha, you are amazing. Doc Maha is very attentive to my acne problem and treated it carefully and effectively. Definitely I would recommend this clinic to visit.

Kudos to the doctors of Kaya Clinic they are accommodating and keen to details, special mention to Dr. Maha who performed the 3rd session coz she was very thorough with the procedure.Just a feedback to the representative who called for my appointment, i cant remember the name but she was not able to log my previous date request which led the delay of my procedure, when i called to follow up the callcenter did not find any appointment. I went for a consultation and was given an assessment, but when I went for the treatment they made me pay more than double what I was told the first time. They also prescribe creams they have that are 3 times more expensive than similar products at pharmacies. I already sent feedback and no one called back.

Today was my last session at Kaya before I relocate back to my home country! The treatments for my face over the last 5 months have yielded amazing results and I feel more confident. The ladies at Kaya are wonderful - Nabila, Nazia and especially April who conducted my treatments. I also had to rate the Miradry treatment - a few months down the line and I am relatively sweat-free. Definitely much better than before the treatment! I was really disappointed with the clinic! i have been contacting them for a couple of days to book consultation and a session on the same day and i was clear of everything i said but they were not honest with me and they booked only a consultation!!!they sent me prices of every body part of hair reduction and i confirmed everything with them and when i arrived at the clinic i was surprised by the prices they gave me they were more than they said in whatsapp! It is unprofessional to do this with the clients we came to the clinic and wasted our time for nothing!!!! i have all the conversations is whatsapp about the price list and everything they sent me! I wont’t be recommending this clinic to anyone!!!!

I recently had plasma pen treatment around my eyes with Dr. Maha Abouzeid. I have also been using Dr. Maha for my botox for about a year now, she is brilliant and really knows her stuff. Im a lover of facials but sometimes its so hard to find the time to get one. The 30-45 minute facial solves that problem. Done with microdermabrasion also I still got an extraction, a facial message and left with glowy skin. Shen is very knowledgeable, patient, and had a very soothing voice/hands. If you value your time, want actual results and would want to get your money’s worth, GO ELSEWHERE.I came to this clinic to have my acne hyperpigmentation treated and I paid over 8k for 6 peeling treatments (that’s what they gave me as a package) and products.I wouldn’t have minded paying so much if the results were actually great, but it wasn’t. After paying all that and buying their beyond overpriced products - the marks faded just about! They’re still very visible!After I completed my package, the doctor wanted me to get on isotretinoin for 6 months. If this was the course I should have taken…the right process would’ve been for me to take the meds and 2 months after that, I can go get the these peels.So in essence, Kaya Clinic wanted me to be a cash cow knowing that those peels weren’t really going to do much for me.I know this because that’s what my specialist dermatologist from Aster Clinic Al Barsha has done for me now. 6 months later on full doses (daily) of isotretenoin, my face has cleared up. I am now on my 8th and last month (only twice a week). After this, only then can I go do any of these chemical treatments which will also be done by her for 6x less than the price of what I paid for my treatments at Kaya!Not to mention that 4 out of the 6 times I was there, I had to wait about 30 - 50 minutes past my appointment time just to be seen by the doctor for about a minute!Seriously, go elsewhere…or go to Aster Clinic Barsha and ask for Dr.Nishat.**Review updated with my progress from Aster Clinic

Worst experience ever!This clinic is only looking for ways to take as much money as possible from you and Ive been a client here for 1 or 2 years total so I have lots of bad experience to share. (Where do I start?!)The service price is by bargaining so if one day you are called with one price and you go the next day to pay it, then ask for more cash.This happened over 2 times already and Ive paid over 30000 for laser sessions which I CANNOT even get as they get overbooked all the time. I had a booking made 3 months ago for which they resheduled to a public holiday date, emailing me afterwards that they tried to contact me but no one actually did. When I called over 5 times and waited for hours for someone to pick up I got told the date sent on my email is all fully booked so nothing for me left.Then for the chemical peel quality, which I have done in other places many times, they charge you a HUGE amount of money and give you the lowest possible % of chemical, telling you to book for 4-5 sessions beforehand. Results from such peels are usually noticeable instantly unless they made sure to lower the % so that you need to go again few times and pay more money. SO disappointed! I thought you were an actual proper clinic for the prices you charge.

I paid 380 dirhams for a facial and it’s a complete waste of money, they only use a pin to extract the blackheads with no steaming or anything at the beginning, then 1 vitamin C mask and my skin looks exactly the same, black heads and white heads are as is, my skin is not smooth and doesn’t look cleaner, and when I complained about it she took me back in and did exactly the same and was convincing me that’s what my skin looks like and it’s not blackheads. I do a 150 dirhams facial at a local saloon and they so like 10 steps and use several scrubs, cleaners, masks and serums and the result is 10 times better than this. Extremely disappointed

Ive been going to Kaya skin clinic since 2017 for facial treatments, i would say they are pricey, but its worth the treatment and service. I really saw the difference after trying cheaper clinic thanks to Jorena for doing my aqua radiance, such a very gentle hands and accommodating.

I bought a package from JBR branch for Venus Legacy treatments 2 months ago, at the time no one mentioned the machine wasnt available. Since then I have been trying to get the service that I paid for but were given too many excuses about why they dont have the machine available. After 2 months they finally called and said they will refund the money with no compensation for wasting my time. Now, I have to wait again for the refund, god knows for how long more. Dont you ever bother to use this clinic. Worst customer service ever!

Horrible experience i can say its pure money financial driven center not a treatment centre no experience and they tell you the dr. Will see you then advise which treatment you get but youend up not seeing the dr. And the nurse advise you with the wrong treatment. My nose after the treatment i asked foe black head removal and apparently after i complained its still the same the dr. Sees me and say its open pores and u need different treatment!!! After i paid 650 dhs !!!!

Dr. Maha did quick observation and calculation which lead to over 2k after the discount(not sure what that was about).After all I decided to hold my botox treatment, but wanted to return for milia treatment. I called twice the clinic to find out how much would it be since Dr. Maha had seen me few days ago and also had taken pictures were taken, hence I thought would be pretty easy to see estimate treatment required. No one ever called me back until this day, sadly.

I have had 2 sessions so far with Dr Maha, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the results I’m seeing on my skin. The staff and the environment is also very good.

This is an Amazing place for all your Skin & Hair treatments. I have taken Facial and laser treatments. I found that the results are amazing. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Naziya who was very helpful.

Really poor service in Kaya . The focus is NOT on customer but more on how they can make the maximum money and push products on to the customer .. yet they keep you waiting for more than 1 hour AFTER making appointments and coming early .. it’s not the first time .. overall I have had really poor experience with the Kaya Barsha clinic

Completely overpriced! Charging twice for single laser sessions comparing to all other clinics in Dubai. And then offer “discounted” package which I might not need! Very disappointed
