Though I was scared thinking abt the pain or discomfort during the sessions, but Esther took such good care that I could finish all my sessions with ease. She is a very warm and caring person. Thank you Esther, would like to have sessions from you again.

It was very disappointing. I did not expect this as KAYA being such a big brand. I booked my consultation for full body laser treatment and they made me hurry saying that the 50%off offer is only valid till 31st December 2024 so I asked them to hold it for me and I will visit the clinic on 1st January. Later I realised that some nurse gave me a consultation who was just newly joined and not a proper dermat doctor. She did not even check my hair growth or skin just gave me the packaged details asked me to pay and booked my appointment and mentioned that at the time of the treatment the doc will check. Later when my appointment was booked they informed me that full body was not required for me some soft line treatment is required apart from my hands and legs and now asking me to buy another package for soft line laser treatment.I already ended up paying for full body laser treatment. Firstly I am really disappointed that under the name of consultation a nurse checks who has zero knowledge and simply wants to do her sale. On top of that I tried calling KAYA main number they are not even answering my call. Secondly the new year packages which was from 1st of January is much cheaper than what I paid.i am ending up paying so much more and I am not even getting the correct treatment which is promised It’s really pathetic.

Its my birthday month and I received this very kind gesture from Kaya offering me a 50% discount on a single service which i appreciate. I booked an appointment at the Kaya burjuman branch. Two days prior, I received a call from the team to confirm my appointment to which I confirmed. One day before I received another call and message for confirmation which I confirmed again. I understand that it is essential to receive confirmation from the clients on the appointments but I dont see the need when I have already confirmed before.One the day of the appointment, a few hours before I received a call again to confirm and then again 2 hours before I received another call for confirmation, only during call the team member mentioned that the offer is applicable only on premium services hence i was obliged to choose a premium service to avail the offer. I was truly disappointed with this conversation and felt it wasnt a professional approach, and hence decided to cancel my appointment. Very disappointing experience

I was extremely satisfied with my last facial treatment. Naaz and the facial therapist explained me the different packages suitable for my skin. The treatment itself (detox) took more then an hour just to clear my skin as much as possible. Was just checking to see if this awful place is still open. I visited years ago and was so mad to pay so much for a consultation with absolutely no medical professional involved. This place is hardly a spa—just call yourselves “laser hair removal,” quit saying skin clinic. Unless you’re getting body hair removed this place is USELESS.

However, after my last session approximately 1.5 months ago, I have noticed that there has been no reduction in hair growth on my leg, contrary to the expected results of the treatment.Concerned about this discrepancy, I approached the laser technician (Nurse Esther) to address the issue. Unfortunately, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the technician. I am a regular customer of Kaya at Burjuman but recently I had an extremely disappointing experience at Kaya Skin Clinic Burjuman. Not only did my facial treatment go terribly wrong for the 2nd time, but the customer support and feedback redressal were terrible. Despite raising concerns with 2 calls and multiple messages on whatsapp about the treatment outcome, the staff showed little to no interest in resolving the issue or addressing my feedback. I requested to speak to the Brand Manager and I was informed that I would receive a call from her however it has been over a week and I have received no call. I expected better professionalism and care from a reputed establishment like Kaya especially with their regular customers. Even a regular salon who charges nominal rates gives better support than Kaya I must say. Besides such premium charges this is how they treat their regular clients. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and I cannot recommend their services based on this encounter. Truly disappointing.

It was my first time to experience this wart, and she helped me remove my large and medium-sized warts out of the seven remaining, which really stressed me because I was not able to walk properly for 2 months. With her professional medical advice and approach, I recovered within the span of 3 weeks. The removal process is not painful; however, the anesthesia process is what traumatized me; because she had seen my pain, I was not able to complete the wart removal sessions, so she opted for a refund process for me, considering I had paid the whole amount via Tabby. I recently visited Kaya Clinic and was extremely satisfied with service. I was initially worried about body laser and never got into this. After the treatment i am so happy and relieved . They have good facilities, consultations are done with doctor before any treatment. The sliming fat shirking also has very good results. Mica is one of the best specialist there and she is really sweet and very helpful to explain what pain and what machine is being used. There is nothing to fear just go for it, I always feel with these type of treatments you should go with the best and reputed clinics. They have immense experience in this field. I took a treatment from Kaya for my lentigines, doctor Naina suggested Q switched laser and it did help with fading a shade down to my skin tone. I’m thankful for the results. I had kept a star down because of the experience I faced at the front desk mainly from Naaz, this women joined recently and is so rude and tough by sharing different price quotes and definitely is leading to unprofessionalism. Dr and treatments are good but their reception and call centre and registered mob personnel is really poor and bad service..i had tried to call centre and it was promised will get a call back but no call back..i tried calling reception landline no answer and even registered mob no had no answer…was trying to reschedule my appointment but really poor response …i would request management to look into this..make sure ur front desk attend the client…and call back as a curtsy…🙏🏻

Went for comodone extraction and paid 600 aed. Disappointed that only my white and black heads remove which it would have cost me 150 to do in a Salon for clean-up.No preping procedure, just wipe and dig.Its more of pushing products and services for sales than actually delivering it.My first and last visit here.I seriously cant express my disappointment for the money i paid. I would have got a hydra facial done for this cost.

Very bad experience, I did my laser with Ramya, she left cryo burns on my legs that will now take months to go. When I visited them for a doctor consultation they shooed me away with one tube of cream. Leaving me with multiple professional doctor visits (their skin doctor didn’t even know they are cryo burns) and more bills for lightening creams etc. very poor service

I had recently visited kaya for doing the latest Microneedling treatment for acne scars . It was amazing . Dr Tabassum is very very sweet , kind , caring and loving to her patients.She did a fantastic job on my face . She always does and she did it again ! My skin feels tight and it is glowing . Scars look reduced. I sincerely recommend those suffering from acne scars to meet Dr Tabassum and take her best advice and go ahead with her treatment line. She recommends some excellent line of treatment, she knows best. Karima and Beverly at the reception are always at their best .

Sorry to say but they are looting customers. While booking yesterday I informed that I feel like my hair issue is related to alopecia, but the person booked my slot told 50% discount in normal and 300 is normal change and 360 is medical conditions, plus 10% for first time customer,never mentioned discount is not applicable for medical, when I went today I informed alopecia and doctor told the same. Without any treatment or any positive action they charges 360 plus vat. Where all good dermatologist charge near 150 to 200 with solutions really not satisfied

Friendly staff and very helpful, I really appreciate the efforts you made for me Pallavi. Dr. Tabassum was very professional, she really took the time to explain the procedures. Very incompetent Customer Service for appointment bookings! I requested for a booking of 2 full body sessions of Laser on 24th and the agent who received my call gladly confirmed that yes she will book for me at 1PM. I then got a message that for my booking, i will have the session on 18th! They failed to clarify that Sundays is not possible so i had to call back and reschedule the booking for Friday supposedly tomorrow on 29th at 5PM and i asked for a call back Friday morning to get the booking times confirmed.I got a call today in the afternoon from the clinic asking me to confirm my Consultation booking when i already confirmed to take both consultation and Laser sessions for Friday. Now i apparently have to again stupidly move my laser sessions for the next Day as Friday is fully booked because the person who attended my call initially was stupid enough to not only follow my requested day and time to call, she failed to book my sessions too! Not only that, i also was just asked if i ever visited the clinic when i cant even get my booking done! SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!! I was looking forward to the sessions and this experience is just ruined it!

The laser service provided by Esther was outstanding. My entire session went very smooth.
