Ive been going to Kaya Skin Clinic JBR for a few months now, and Im really happy with the results. Ive seen a noticeable improvement in my skin tone and texture. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend Kaya Skin Clinic JBR to anyone looking for a high-quality skin care clinic.

Since Ive been to Dubai Ive tried a few clinics etc due to my skin being very bad, Ive come to Kaya and consulted with Dr Naiyna, she has been the most helpful person I could come across. She took my case seriously and made sure Im getting the right treatment! If you ever go to Kaya Skins make sure to book with Dr Naiyna she absolutely an amazing soul!

I really enjoy this Kaya branch. I felt more comfortable here than any other branches I’ve gone to. This is especially because how sister Reeba is . She makes the experience very personalized. She knows my likes and preferences, and she listens my concerns and advices.I travel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai just to make sure my appointments handled by Sister Reeba.

The staff warmly welcomed me with utmost hospitality and responded clearly to all my queries and concerns. 5/5 for the facility and ambience. Returned to Kaya after a year-long break from laser treatments due to a busy period. I was assisted by the skilled therapist Sheleniel, who was incredibly efficient and made the experience much more comfortable by using ice to minimize pain. She also provided detailed explanations about other treatments that Im now excited to try in the future. I highly recommend Kaya for anyone considering laser hair removal or other services!

I had morpheus8 done at the clinic since April, been 6 months and I still have grid marks on my skin from procedure. The clinic didnt offer to manage the complications on their own they kept charging me for creams and unnecessary follow ups. Very poor clinical experience in dealing with patients, how would you go very deep needeling on a patient that you know would develop hyperpigmentation and scarring. I am left now with scars that looks like burn I dont know if they will ever go away. Very disappointing!

I just visited Kaya clinic branch in JBR today and, I am truly disappointed. First of all, I am a customer of Kaya from Jeddah, and I am sad to see how the staff and policies are so different. First, they scheduled me for a doctors consultation, and then rescheduled my appointment on the day that I was supposed to visit. Next, when I visited them today, the lady at the counter just took me to the room and asked me few questions and thats it. I mean, if I was supposed to be seen by someone other than the doctor, then my appointment shouldnt have been rescheduled. The price was told for 6 sessions, along with the discount, and money was asked even for booking the appointment. TSeriously, it is quite disappointing! I am not going again.

I’m very disappointed for how I’ve been treated. I’ve been a customer for around 1 year (I’ve done laser). Recently I contacted them to ask information about facials for me and my boyfriend since they advertised an offer of 50% discount (on single session). First I contacted them by WhatsApp and they told me I needed to buy 4 facials to get the discount, I asked if I could get just 2 and they stopped answering. The day after I called them to clarify and by phone they confirmed that I could get the 50% discount on 2 facials, they sent me the appointment confirmation and when I asked to confirm the discount on WhatsApp they answered that it’d be only 30%. At that point I sent them the adv they were advertising that same day saying 50% on single facial and they answer:T&C applies. Honestly I felt like I was being scammed, which is absurd cause I’m their customer and I was also bringing a new customer - my boyfriend. This is definitely not how I expected to be treated. Stop with the fake advertising and wasting people time!

It has been a beautiful experience at Kaya clinic. I had facial experience and also laser experience. Facial was good, staff are professional and welcoming, setup is nice and hygiene is very good. Their laser machines are pro, pain free and super effective and efficient. I have also tried kaya products ( facial skin awakening rinse, exfoliating rinse and blemish control formula) and as a conscious consumer I am in love with those eco-friendly products.

I have been trying to get an appointment with Kaya clinic in JBR for my laser package. They either do not respond for long periods or give me random appointment times I cannot attend. They also offer me last minute no show appointments.I am very disappointed with this aspect of the clinic amd the customer service. I am currently waiting for an appointment. The customer service is not good. The ladies who do the prosedure are very good if you can get your appointment time. Please be aware of this.Sahar

It was 2-3 years ago and they still booked it for me. Almost finished six lymphatic massages (face and body) and two hydra facials with Shen, and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely attentive and took extra care when helping me with my target areas. I purchased 8 sessions in October and its December and no one has still got back to me for an appointment with this clinic for ven my 2nd appointment. I have been trying to reach them by phone n no avail as well. If this was the case for appointments I would have never purchased the package when there are places available for half the price. The last conversation , they offered only weekdays and during morning which is never feasible for a working professional. This lack of followup is never mentioned during selling of the package .How ill any treatment be effective in this case.

I tried to book appointment with this clinic for 2 days. They answer once or twice a day in WhatsApp, and JBR branch never pick up a call. And I asked for appointment in the evening on weekdays or at the weekend, they just ignored and several times proposed slots at weekday morning. After calling to Kaya call centre, I found out that they made an appointment for me at 11.30 Thursday, without letting me know 😟 guys, I’m working this time! I really wanted to make laser hair removal there, but now starting to search for another clinic.

I booked hydraa facial for the first time and I loved it my face was glowing , she knew what was beneficial for my skin - booked more sessions although its a bit pricy

One of the best experiences we’ve had when coming to Dubai. I’m a tourist coming for a few days with my wife and we passed by Kaya JBR, met the friendliest staff and a very pleasant doctor, Dr Maher. The service at Kaya with Ann is fantastic but the overall scheduling experience with both the JBR branch as well as the call centre is painful. One has to call several times to receive a call back. More often than not, the call centre or even the branch doesn’t call back. Rescheduling is very painful.

Very bad service, was very patient with them I had a long treatment and very expensive (not even sure if it worked)They made me come to an appointment with a doctor that was not mine.They once sent me a nurse that was asking me what he should do for me, he was not briefed or has not received any instruction from doctor, he just wants to start getting me ready randomly!After that, they dont call you to inform you that the doctor is not here so that you dont go for nothing. Finally, they have a very poor customer service, you want to change an appointements and they are not able to read your conversation and make decision, they dont say when they dont know, they wanted to send me to another clinic for a treatment that has nothing to do with mine and with confidence... they were not even able to follow up on this and figure it out, I asked to be called, nothing... a complete disaster, zero credibility and reliability.I now understand why they wanted me to pay everything in advance, they know their level but still dont make any effort to improve it.

I visited Kaya for a Hollywood facial on Diwali and let me tell you my skin is GLOWING. I got my regular facial done at KAYA JBR clinic recently after a gap of few months. I was a bit in double mind to go or not in view of current COVID 19 situation however was very impressed with the clinic management. It was wonderful job done with all possible precautions from their side with least interaction with anyone else other then the therapist hence no possible exposure.....Felt very nice after the service, same subtle skin after a long time...I have already booked my next appointment too:-)) .....WELL DONE KAYA...Keep it up!!

Did lip fillers with Dr Maher, was so hesitant for the pain but it was sooo reasonable , and the result is just like what i asked for , so happy i did it

This is place is a scam. I came for a small skin bumps treatment. After consultation, the doctor told me that he could fix this in 40 minutes with a radio frequency electrocautery and that I needed to pay first. I went to another room with the doctors assistant, who told me the treatment would cost AED ~2400.I told them this was fine but asked for a treatment plan to share with my insurance company for pre-approval.After that, they gave me a small piece of paper where Doctor Maher Saleh wrote by hand two sentences that he would remove five small skin tags on my forehead. I asked for something more meaningful, with their clinic stamp, itemized plan, and cost per item, as the provided paper would not suit insurance.After like 30 min of discussions and arguing, they wrote on the same paper the total price, which was 1000 dirhams less than told initially!

Unprofessional and no customer service. They are willing to just take money.

I went to JBR branch to do Detox facial. Facial itself was good but nothing exceptional.After the facial, I met the dermatologist as I wanted some info about the treatments that they are offering. She checked me for 5min and made me a quote of AED20k!!! Then she wanted to sell me a cream at AED850! I felt they just wanted to sell me stuff. Its Business only.I will not go back there.

I bought a package from JBR branch for Venus Legacy treatments 2 months ago, at the time no one mentioned the machine wasnt available. Since then I have been trying to get the service that I paid for but were given too many excuses about why they dont have the machine available. After 2 months they finally called and said they will refund the money with no compensation for wasting my time. Now, I have to wait again for the refund, god knows for how long more. Dont you ever bother to use this clinic. Worst customer service ever!

Ive done pretty expensive sessions of chemical peeling.On result I got white panda circles around my eyes. I went for vacation in few month after procedure. Git a bit tanned and this circles.I cant get any tan now coz its going to be visible even more.Very unprofessional clinic. They give home care post treatments with no explanation how it will work and what u cant do. By surprise u can burn your skin.
