Kaya Skin Clinic - Town Centre Mall

I had an amazing experience with Kaya skin clinic for my laser hair removal session! The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. The clinic was clean and inviting, and they explained the entire process thoroughly, answering all my questions. If you ever go to Kaya Skins make sure to book with Sana she absolutely an amazing soul!👍👍👍👍 10/10

Beware of misleading promises! At the start of the treatment I was told that after 6-8 sessions of facial laser treatment, I’d only need one maintenance session a year. Makes sense to shell out money for a year so you are free from the facial hair after that right? So I happily went for it. After six sessions, they recommended four more, claiming then I’d only need yearly maintenance- again trusted the doctor and went for it. Now, after 10 sessions, when visibly i still need to do something every 1-1.5 months, the Doctor told I’ll we never promise anyone just 1 maintenance session a year, it is required every 2-3 months—basically 4-6 sessions a year. This means continuously spending on an expensive treatment with no end in sight. Makes no sense- and I would have never signed up for it if they told this in the first place. Don’t fall for their false assurances! They go back on their initial words and try to fool you.

I have been going here for almost 2 years for my laser treatment and have had such a welcoming experience. Therapist Biblin is usually taking care of me and always makes it comfortable.She always gives good advice keeping in mind my skin type. Overall, would recommend to my friends.

I’ve been going to Kaya for over a year now, trying a mix of treatments, from laser hair removal to PRP, and I’ve always left feeling taken care of. The team—from doctors to nurses to the reception staff—goes out of their way to make each visit feel comfortable and tailored to what I need.I’ve actually done full-body laser in four different clinics across four countries, using the same laser machine, but the precision and care from Vanessa at Kaya have been unmatched.I also tried other big-name clinics in Dubai, like Novomed and Skin111, before finding Kaya. While they’re popular, they didn’t come close to Kaya’s level of professionalism and genuine customer care.As someone with pretty high standards, I noticed those other clinics invest heavily in Instagram aesthetics but not nearly as much in patient relationships or post-treatment follow-up. Plus, the constant upselling was a turnoff. Kaya’s approach feels authentic and focused on what’s best for the patient—highly recommend!!

Experienced throwing money away for this consultation! We were told it was a medical condition?! Doctor couldn’t even tell us what the condition was. I started of my laser sessions with Bibilin and decided to stay consistent with her as she made me so comfortable. She is extremely friendly and kind hearted. During the session, she would always make sure that I am not in any pain. I had a very bad experience with kaya , i got pigmentation and i paid in advance for some treatments and got refund back in 18 days which i paid them in seconds and that also in cheaque format i had to go bank and deposit it into my account . They made me buy creams worth 2000Aed and told me to stop later no other doctor later recommended those useless . Also end time they made me sign for not sharing any review on social media etc… before giving me cheaque for my money . Non sense

Biblin has always been so patient and great with doing the laser sessions. She is very attentive to slight movements during the process and constantly making sure it is pain free ensuring smooth skin results after.

Had my aqua salicylic acid package originally in 2015 and i was more than satisfied with the results. I came back this year and Im currently on advanced salicylic package and 2 out of the 4 sessions I had - I was absolutely happy and satisfied. The other 2 I had some concerns but the staffs - Jenny most specifically was attentive and tried her best to address my issues. She was genuinely kind and I thank her for that. Would like to commend the rest of the staffs in Town Centre for making me feel welcomed and important. Will definitely continue my session and hope to get amazing results once again (like I had in 2015).

Booked an appointment for 1600 hrs & yet the doctor did my treatment at 1715 hrs. Was in the treatment room the entire time after getting my face cleansed & the carbon was applied after 45 minutes of waiting. Wasn’t given the reason why until I went off & then the endless excuses started flowing. If the doctor only comes once a week, extend the professional courtesy to your clients & inform them at the time of booking & respect your clients time as much as they respect yours by being on time for their appointments. It’s no my problem that the doctor is overbooked or other clients are experiencing the same! Simply don’t accept my booking if the doctor has to ran in & out between myself & other clients.The “manger” in the clinic then butted into the conversation & was extremely defensive & dismissive before she rudely walked away... classic!!!Dalia however politely & calmly explained the situation & ensured that I walked away reassured that it wouldn’t happen again in future. Thank you Dalia :)Another irritating tendency I’ve noticed in this clinic is that they are constantly trying to push for additional costs on clients on top of their already costly packages.

The experience I had with Kaya Services deserves a 5 Star because it was just the best. I had laser underarm for the first time and I didnt even feel any pain. Maricor was very keen with what she was doing and also very accommodating. I love the service.

Visited the Town Centre branch earlier this month. The staff here is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions you may have. Both, Jenny and Jessy were more than happy to patiently tend to all my queries. I had consulted Dr. Mansi, who is the Head Medical and Service Innovation and Specialist Dermatologist at Kaya Middle East. We discussed my issues and concerns after which she suggested a few procedures that would be best suited for me. Ive had brilliant results with the procedures that I opted for - salicylic peels and 1 session of a jessner peel. Both the procedures were done by Jessy, who ensured I was comfortable during, as well as after the sessions. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone suffering through persistent skin issues. The prices are definitely on the higher side... But well worth the quality procedures and excellent results! :)

Before I was a customer in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi mall branch, did there several procedures and was very happy with the doctor and the staff as well, I moved to Dubai and decided to visit the Kaya Clinic Town Centre Mall. It was my mistake, better I would travel to Abu Dhabi. First of all I had plans for that day and thats why I booked appointment for 11 AM as I know the procedure will not take more than half hour. Well, I was waiting for almost two hours...and forced to cancel everything that I have planned. Guys, with all my respect....for what sake to get an appointment? Please have a respect for a customer time. Second part I came exactly for the botox and here its started: you need this and that and also this and....total amount will be 10 000....I understand that may be you need to reach your target but not at this degree. And doctor running between several clients as well may be also trying to reach the target, making you wait. So, again why to make appointments? I didnt feel any even a shadow of service and I dont want to came back...

I wish I had the chance to give them Zero stars. Unworthy company who will take your money for packages upfront and then make it impossible to give you an appointment. When you finally find an appointment they use the old machines on you. They make promises of being able to ustilse the service in any of their branches when as a matter of fact will limit you to the 1 branch you paid at, so if you relocate to another city within the country you can forget about the package you paid for. Life time packages are misleading. I would recommend going to many other places which are even better, charge less and have the decency to not rob you upfront. The prices for the same services are a fraction of the uae prices in India. The only decent thing they even have is the laser which now many other places have better machines and DONT shave your face ( which is a failed old technique) .

I had a gold facial which was done by a lady called Maria. She is as very positive and professional and proactive. She is as so good and I’m surely visiting them again.

Overpriced place, you dont get what you paid for. total scam. I had a face treatment there. the room was cold, fan noise, no sink to take water and clean the face, the therapist had to bring bowl with water. it wasnt relaxing at all. i was just counting minutes to finsh and go.

I revived a call from Kaya clinic yesterday ,, the lady who called was so polite she asked and wonder why I didn’t come back to Kaya after 1 year and I clarify my point about last treatment.. immediately she asked me to book again with very good offer .. and I went their in town center branch ..
