Amazing Dental treatment ever received. Dr. Murad at KindCare is the most professional, kind, and expert dentist I have ever met. Not only is the clinic accommodating, neat & clean, and friendly staff, but they have advanced technology and tools for treatment. I was new here in Dubai and was searching for a ‘dentist near me’, luckily I found a KindCare clinic. It was a very nice visit and the whole treatment. Deserves 5 stars!

This time I was looking for Laser Hair Removal in Dubai and of course the KindCare clinic wasmy first choice because my experience with them went very great last time. Team provides very high level of standards and services to their clients, thanks to the Owners and Management. Staff is experienced, polite and client oriented, and they speak Russian which is a perk for patients from CIS countries. Venue`s vibe is nice and cosy which is quite a rarity when it comes to a hospital. I have had a v good experience with Kindcare. Initially with dr asha and now with dr Alexander. The receptionists rose and Sandra always v friendly and v efficient. Also have good experience with ozone iv and nurses Anita and Anjana. And now with Islam who is brilliant and has such a good hand and is v professional as I am not v good with needles. The staff at Kindcare are really v good and that is what makes it a good clinic and me a loyal customer.

As soon as I walked into the reception area, I was struck by the lively and positive ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, providing me with all the information I needed and responding promptly to my queries. Kindcare Medical Center is a true gem and I strongly believe that the whole Dubai should know about them. I came with my child to see Dr Khaled by recommendation from my close friend as we couldnt find OUR doctor since 10 years. He is just great and very straight to the point. He doesnt rush, takes time to explain everything. After that I found out about all doctors that this Medical Center has: visited Dr Alexander, did VIP drips and already 7 sessions of Ozone therapy which made me alive again after being exhausted from the hectic lifestyle. Also my mother saw dr Kristina with her eczema and now following up. Oh, and Dr Surayyo -she is amazing.I cant be thankful enough for the professionalism and timely support. I’ve never dealt with a more professional approach to cosmetology before. I have tried laser at another Center before but did not like the results. At Kind Care medical centre, Dr Kristina did my consultation and procedure for acne laser. She explained the process and possible results to me and was guiding me throughout the procedure sittings. This made me feel at ease. She also suggested and prescribed appropriate products for post procedure care. I’m extremely happy with the results but more than that I was amazed at the way I was taken care of professionally yet with the emotional support that is a must in doing any cosmetic procedures

Just finished my 4th session with Miss Raghi and shes absolutely amazing !! (green color in everything is just one love) .. and my main review purpose is Dr Kristina .. I am coming to the clinic for Pediatric Dr. Khalid, he is just amazing. Not just a great and caring Doctor but also great human being. He is one of the best pediatricians I know. We also see there Dr Timur - neurologist and he is also great and caring. But I give it 4 * not 5, because its kind of weird policy in the clinic- I asked for medical referral to a specialist to use it outside the clinic and I have been asked to pay for getting a referral. Which is never happened in any clinic in UAE , as much as I visited. I mean it doesn’t make any sense, you go see Dr, he verbally refer you to some therapy and when you ask it to be on paper to actually go for therapy- than you have to pay for that?! This will actually will make to think twice if I should go to this clinic again or no as for now I have to go again to Dr of same specialty but in different clinic just to get from him referral for the treatment. Like I have to visit Neurologist twice … waisting time and money for consultation just coz in Kind care its an extra paid service… this is disappointing and I think it’s something for the management to review in their Policy because it’s nowhere else like this in UAE. Its absolutely normal that Dr gives medical referral after the consultation if needed as hard copy or vie email, without any extra charge

The team was incredible. I’m writing this as I wait to be picked up right now. I just walked in about an hour ago completely destroyed from the heat outside and the entire team leapt to help me as I collapsed on the ground. From first aid and vitals, to making sure I knew exactly what to do next, to making sure I am in good condition to head out, they were amazing. Their emergency response to a random person walking in off the street was incredible, I cannot thank them enough. The ladies at the reception desk, the nursing staff, and the doctors were all amazing, seeing a non-emergency outpatient medical center be ready to take on an urgent case with no background information was extremely reassuring.

Dr Nazarova the OB Gyno at Kind care is truly a human. She was very caring. I highly recommend her, and Lee Ann the nurse, is just a superstar. She’s so caring and professional. This centre is amazing and that is why I’ve been coming to it for a long time now.

For some reason Clinic didnt accept my medical insurance( which is high level) and in reception there tell me after visiting doctor I have to pay 550 , if not acceptable you have to tell me before visiting Doctor not after ! First time in 7 years!Doctor Khalid was very good, but Im filling really cheating from Clinic *Unprofessional!!!!

Have been a patient of Dr. Nazarova since 2017 and can not thank her enough for her attention, kindness and professionalism. Dr. Nazarova is always willing to help, keeps updated with test results and treatments. Dr. Nazarova never prescribed unnecessary medications or treatments as some clinics and hospitals sadly tend to do in UAE. Wish every doctor was as attentive, professional and precise as Dr. Nazarova.

I came to Kindcare after reading all the reviews, trusting that I can rely on the expertise and treatments here but I must say I was not satisfied at all.booked for Cupping Therapy at 12pm and upon reaching, I was told to wait and wait and finally after 20minutes of waiting they told me the dr is still handling other patient. No apologies mentioned. They gave me option to go to the beach at 12pm Noon in 40 degree heat! Told them Ill find a place to sit just call me whenever the dr is done.They rang me after 20min and I reached there only to wait for more! It was 1pm when I was finally seen by the nurse. The dr herself was okay, she recommended other treatments for my low back symptom, she did the cupping and completed the treatment, but no explanation whatsoever or what to do next. That was somewhat not reassuring.Otherwise the place is clean, most staff were welcoming and good parking spot.

Very polite and professional staff. Fast registration and process. Ive been referred to Dr. Kristina (Dermatology). I had some skin issue for more then 1 year and after 1st consultation doctor found the reason of my problem with the proper diagnosis. After 2 weeks of treatment all become to normal. In future if I have some other heath problems, Ill visit this place again.

Took my son and it was his first experience at the dentist, doctor was friendly and my son enjoyed the vist without any issues. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. They had a play area for children which kept us busy while we waited.

This guys are forcing me to visit them neurologist even I said I have already visited GD and neurologist and I have a claim for certain test of my brain. It is just to take money for visit 550 aed! Why would I pay again for consultation if I already have the claim approved by DHA!

I go to the centre to visit Dr. Kristina. Excellent and professional doctor. Procedures are done professionally and she always follows up with clients after the procedure. The only comment is that that they charge you 100 dhs for medical report. This is the first time I experience something like that. I think it is unreasonable considering that the price for consultation and procedures is quite high

Ive been there last year for colon hydrotherapy 22-7-2022First time I felt greatThe doctor there recommended that I repeat the procedure after two weeksAnd I did after one monthAnd I told her during the procedure that I was in pain and nauseous and she said its okI had continuous stomachache after that and when I went to the hospital for a CT scan it turned out that the procedure caused me hernia..Unfortunately I didnt follow up and complain immediately and now I have no proof that it was because of this procedure..Its been a year, and the pain still comes and goes..If you decide to do the procedure, make sure to wait 6 months to 1 year to repeat if needed.. if they tell you to do it in a shorter period dont listen to them..Just to clarify, I only tried colon hydrotherapy there, havent tried anything else..and Im not saying the procedure was wrong, but Im saying the doctors recommendation in repeating the procedure in a short period of time was wrong, and extremely wrong..Definitely never returning back

Actually, Kind care is not a clinic, there are your friends and familiy who take care of you with love. I came to the Kindcare medical center to improve my physical state-I was so exhausted with my everyday stress. I took a course of intravenous vitamin therapy and a course of ozon therapy. Doctor Lilia is so kind and so professional! She can answer any question. She is a great and talented doctor. She takes care of her patients day and night. As I was so weak in the beginning of course she asked by phone how I feel in late evening and in the early morning. If I felt not good she gave me advice what I should do to feel better. The result of the cure was impressive! At the end of my course I felt so good as if I was born again) by the way, my friend also took the treatment and also became more healthy and energized. Now I know: if I have any trouble with my health in Dubai I will address only to Kind care clinic. Doctors are only qualified to give antibiotics, if that did not helped they don’t know what to do next and will tell you to continue taking antibiotics untill you die. Don’t go to any private clinics guys especially with your baby infants they don’t have any equipment to do blood test, x-ray etc and in the big hospitals it will be done on spot and results will be ready in 10 minutes.

BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! We asked for prices for an ultrasound via WhatsApp because we were on holiday and my wife wasnt feeling well, so we just wanted to do an ultrasound. That would be 550 dirhams. Ultimately we had an ultrasound scan at the cash register and we had to pay 1200 dirhams. 650 for the ultrasound and 550 because the doctor made the ultrasound ??? Kind of consultation. They know in advance that I am coming for an ultrasound, so you know it will be 1200 dirhams.

I signed up for this clinic, wrote that I would be late for 10 minutes, (approved) I came and at the reception they said that my appointment was not there at all, unfortunately, I drove 40 minutes, spent it by taxi... but it turned out the doctor was not there at all, then they took my blood pressure , and they told me to wait another 10 minutes, in the end I left because they didn’t approach my appointment competently, I’m very sorry for my time because I could have made an appointment at another clinic
