DONT GO THERE…This is by far THE worst experience i had in a clinic. I booked an appointment at 6 PM and arrived on time but the receptionists in this clinic will let in their “friends” between patients which is SO unfair because why would i book an appointment if you will let 3 of your friends in before me ?????, had to wait for 30 min until the nurse applied the anesthetic cream and waited for another 30 min. After that a receptionist came to tell me that it would be 2 min until Dr rama sees me but i had to wait for 20 min more. I have had enough with the waiting (waiting time 1:30 hr total). So i just picked my things and left. The receptionist tried to convince me to go in but its too late. I drove for 1 hour until i reached the clinic and this is the treatment i get ??? On top of that i have been waiting for a month to get this appointment 😐I came before and had the same experience and thought that maybe they would fix that but NOPE. I had to drive back for 1 hour and will never NEVER go back.

One of the best experience with Dr. Rama Ayman she was very kind and she knows exactly what you need her work is amazing and very natural and the best thing that you don’t feel in any pain she’s very soft I recommend dr. Rama for every one who is looking for something natural and beautiful 💖💖

I would rate Dr. Ramas work as 5 stars, she is exceptional and I am completely satisfied with her work. However, the wait times at Lavida completely ruin the overall experience. I had to wait FOUR HOURS for a scheduled appointment, which I have never experienced in my life for an aesthetic appointment. I noticed other patients in the waiting room waiting for ridiculously long hours as well, so this did not seem to be a one-off experience. Unfortunately this part of the visit was highly disappointing and scheduling needs urgent improvement.

I was nervous going in the clinic .. but the reception staff were more than welcoming and my specialist Ms. Girlie was the best handling my nerves and the two hours didn’t feel long or tiring … can’t wait for my my next visit

I faced a problem with the receptionist, first i called for appointment they gave me appointment on 12 june after 2 hours they called me back they said there is a problem in the system and on this day(12 june) no appointments at all!! I took another appointment on 25 june, after that they called me they said that the dr will have conference on 24 june i told them anyway my appointment is on 25 not 24, after a long conversation I discovered that they didn’t set my appointment on they system and they are just trying to cover up what they did to me, and they want me to go to the clinic again on 25 june but il be like walk in patient i have to wait minimum 1 hour!!!

Our appointment was at 4:00pm till 6:20pm we did not get to see Dr. Rama. Every couple of minutes someone comes and tell us 5 minutes and youll see her. Not only us but couple of other patients are struggling with the same issue.

I want to share my experience with Dr Rama she told me i have to dissolve my old filler i said yes no problem she dissolved only the upper lip then after two weeks she did my lips and the same old result nothing change just filling the lips without any shape she’s not giving time for me to explain to her what i want she was in hurry just want to finish, i don’t recommend at all.

I love this clinic because of their very friendly staff, specially the receptionist Latifa and the technician Camille, the receptionist Latifa knows how to manage when there is any delay in appointments, i had to wait for a while until the laser machine its ready because apparently it was a busy day for them at the clinic since its weekend, and because they care a lot about their patients they treated me with a very tasty cardamon tea and free hydra facial session, i booked a full body laser session and the technician Camille was very nice and friendly, i like how she takes care and treats the patient and make them feel comfortable during the session, she asks every while if the patient is comfortable and that shows how much she cares about the patient no matter how long the session take, also during the facial session she was very nice and did a very good job, i was very satisfied with the results and for sure i’ll be doing my next hydra facial and laser with her inshallah.

Camille is very friendly and nice and she is professional of doing laser. Latifa as a receptionist was very kind and welcoming and helpful
